They didnt rotate my tires which was supposed to be included with my oil change. Nobody told me it hadnt been done when I picked up my vehicle. I had to find it out on the receipt later on. The reason the auto center had listed was due to not having the proper tools. I dont understand not having the proper tools to rotate tires, nor did I appreciate the lack of communication when I had paid for the service. It also took them 2 hours to do an oil change and I was the first appointment of the day.

Clearly the owner of this establishment does not feel the need to properly staff his business properly. I would bet he only has one at the front trying to do everything at once sacrificing quality for quantity. Its only a matter of time before that quantity part turns on you. Ive been trying to call for hours.

I would not order tires via Amazon and send the tires to Sears Auto Center for installation ever again! It took 5 hours!It was the only choice I had via Amazon so I thought it was a good idea.So, I made an appointment to install four tires at 2pm at 4:52pm they call to say they can’t locate my wheel lock. At 5:03 after looking again they find it and say they are starting to put tires on. I continue to wait with a toddler at the mall because I am stuck with no other option, 3 hours have already passed. They said it would be around 2 hours. My window for service was listed from 2-5pm. I continue to wait at approximately 6:45pm my tires were finished. Since when does it take almost FIVE hours to install 4 tires! I thought I scheduled an appointment time for a reason. I also e-mailed the contact person via email to schedule an alignment they said yes no problem. I arrive they tell me they can not do any alignment, they do not have an alignment guy working anymore (this Sears advertises alignments) and I will have book another appointment and they send the car elsewhere. I am far from impressed and will not ever use Sears Auto again! I really recommend you go somewhere else. I contact costumer service and they said “sorry” and thanks for letting us know and we hope to serve you better in the future. Is that costumer service? Guess what Sears you have lost me and everyone I know as a costumer. I just spoke to a friend and heard similar horror stories about this auto center. Also, shame on Amazon for contracting with such an awful business!

Very inefficient. Slow service. Only 1 lame person Cedric handling front desk. He cant handle walk- ins, answer the phone, look up details on computer, mange the boys in the garage etc are the same time, so u will have to be put on hold or never helped or if u make an appointment u probably will not be taken in a timely manner. I do not recommend Sears until they get competent staff

I went in because my car didnt start. I appreciated that the front desk manager and his teams were very polite and very friendly. I didt feel like I was rushed. they kept informing me as they worked on my car. Yes, I had to wait for a long time but I usually wait very long time when I do car service, so I kind of was expecting it.

Convenient since it is located at the mall, but be prepared to wait. I was told 2 hours for oil change and alignment. Its been 3 hours and they still need to change my oil and air filter. Make sure you have plenty of time. I did appreciate the fact that they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment.

Hey just bought a tire from Sears auto great price good tire I talked Charlene the day before and she was very informative and went extra Mile to make sure I was getting the best price... I did shop around and they clearly had the best price for the tire I needed. Sam is the person that helped me at desk and she also was friendly and courteous...they got my tire put on quickly..The ratings and peoples comments are not great but from my experience their awesome. Sears and Amazon teamed up now so u can buy tires from Amazon with there low prices and Sears does the installation which means more savings for us the consumer I will definitely use them again. Thx for your help and friendly service

Don’t use them if you can avoid it. I went for an amazon tire installation. I was told they wouldn’t get started until 2pm and asked if I wouldn’t rather take my tires to be installed elsewhere! I said that’s fine, I can wait. At which point the lady told me it will take one hour per tire, if I could leave the car overnight. I again stated I could wait. She once again asked if I wouldn’t just rather take them somewhere else.So I did. What a joke.I do want to add that the reviews stating that they don’t answer their phones are also correct!

These people do not answer the phone. I called at least 10 times on different days to confirm my appointment which was set up online and not once did they pick up. I then left a message with the store manager for them to call back which they never did. I will not do business with them.

Don’t go here. Even if it’s the only place amazon will ship. Just get it shipped to your house and get it installed else where. These guys are a joke. And you’ll be waiting 4 hours for tires they never installed.

I purchased 4 tires from Amazon and they were shipped to Sears for the installation on my friends car.They finished 2 tires and said they would do the other 2 first thing in the morning. If the car was left over night. My friend got a call from Sears in the morning and they told her that the battery was dead and wouldnt hold a charge. They tried but couldnt jump start it. She called and told me this as well as needing an air filter and a alternator test.If they determined that the battery wasnt holding a charge then why were they asking for an OK on doing an alternator test?I called Sears and they told me the same suspicious story.I told them Ill address the battery myself but they stressed the point that it wont start and wouldnt hold a charge. I said no battery and no air filter. That was at 10am when we spoke. I get a call at 4:55pm saying the tires are done. Which was 5 minutes before they close. They were supposed to have started with her car first thing in the morning because it was left in the garage overnight. So the car couldnt be picked up until the next day, which makes it 2 days the car was tied up. We got the car the next morning and it started right up and had all week. Then just to confirm, I had the battery tested at NAPA and it tested StrongSears lied and attempted to steal money from my friend by selling her parts and labor for things that were unnecessary along with upsetting her about issues which were fabricated. Theyre stories were inconsistent and made no diagnostic sense.Im glad I recorded the 2 phone calls I had with them.Its unfortunate that an excellent company like Amazon had teamed up with Sears, one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with.I would have never chose Sears but its the only tire service center on Maui that Amazon deals with. Hopefully that will change because there are plenty of other companies that do quality service.

I’m surprised by so many negative reviews. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. I was driving on a spare and just got my new tire I ordered from amazon. I understood they had a heavy work schedule and may not be able to mount my tire on the same day. I politely thanked them for their time and effort to try and squeeze me in, and it all worked out same day. They are honestly doing their best to keep up with a heavy work demand and I prefer a job done right, rather than rushed with shortcuts. I will continue to use them for my auto tire services. Be fair, don’t just leave negative feedback, If you have a positive experience leave a positive review. Mahalo!!!

Purchased 4 new tires. Experienced wobbling at speeds over 50mph. Clearly a tire balancing issue on the new tires. Took it back in 4 times, 1-2 hours each time. Finally they admitted their balancing machine was in need of service and calibration. I wasted a total of 8 hours here and still had to go somewhere else to get tires balanced.Thought I was getting a good deal on tires, I get a discount at Sears as an Uber driver, but wish I had just gone somehwere else and paid a little more from the start. Cost me more money in lost time than I saved.Customer service I experienced was friendly, but it doesnt matter how nice you are if your equipment doesnt work.

They told me truck would be ready to pick up at 12:15. I arrived 12:30. They told me 10 more minutes, almost pau with putting on 2 new tires. No chairs to sit on while waiting. Truck not ready for another 45 minutes while I STOOD and waited. Really Sears? No waiting room? Not one chair for a customer? And then they lost my wheel cap and i have called many times for them to look for it and no answer. No wonder going out of business. Sad.

Took my auto in for a safety check and was told that the tire thread depth was not acceptable and I needed to replace ALL 4 tires. I witnessed 2 other customers being told the same thing about thread depth and replacement of 4 tires. Needless to say they both left. SHADY,SHADY, SHADY! !!SHOULD SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE AUTO CENTER! MAYBE THEN BUSINESS WOULD PICK UP ****.

AMAZON!! STOP MAKING US USE SEARS!!!Its always a bad sign, when the first thing the you see when you walk into their auto center is... empty registers and no one sight. When you (the custmer) gotta walk across the store for find help only for be told to walk back and wait, some one going come. Local born and raised, I can remember my dad always going sears, cause was good back then(10yrs ago), but now..... Sam (Sears employee) told me, they only get one machanic working back there (I hope that machanic is swiming in money)... SAD! (SEARS AUTO CENTER IS DISAPOINTING)All that said, Sam (employee) was Great on all counts, very helpful!! Good job.

Bought 2 new tires, within a month had both replaced, and one plugged. Now the plugged tire is flat again and I have to go back, every time its an all day ordeal, they are extremely slow. There is always a 45 min wait just to talk to somebody because they only put one person on a register, while leaving the remaining 4 registers empty. I had to leave My car there at 11am and pick it up the NEXT DAY. JUST TO GET A PLUG thats only a 20 min procedure

I go to this place for the convince of being in the mall... But if it wasnt so conveniently located I would never return...Possibly the worst run auto service center Ive ever been to... Most times I wait for more than 30 minutes just to get a service representative to come out from the back or finish whatever lengthy conversations they are involved in.. terribly managed... Expect long waits and poor customer service!

Would not ship in a car battery that was advertised on their online store, terrible customer service despite many visits and compromise for them to have it shipped in. Manager did not want to talk to customer and showed no interest in our concern.

Went for a wheel alignment, they said 2 hours. 2 hours passed and they didnt even start on the truck. Man at counter very rude and giving excuse way they havent started on truck. So, I didnt get my wheels aligned and Im going somewhere else.
