My red Mercedes had to be repainted due to a bad Mercedes paint job.They had the car for a month. When I drove away, I stopped to put the top down and it wouldnt work. I went back to Bobs. Several people were trying to figure out what was wrong. The technician who worked on the car told me it was not working properly when I brought it in. It was. He had disconnected a sensor. That also means they didnt put the top down when they painted the car. Not sure what that could mean in the long run, but not how a car is supposed to be painted.The paint did not look like I expected a new paint job to look like. I let them know I wasnt happy. They said to bring it back.What I had already learned was to get the paint to match theyd have to repaint the whole car again.I was very disappointed in the paint job. I sold the car.Someone said theyd never seen a car with S550 on it.They didnt put the L in SL550 back on the car.The family is wonderful, but they have a problem with their technicians.Id never take my car to them again.
