Starting with my salesperson Will who came BEFORE I even closed on the house to measure and get my order rolling as I requested, to the project manager, Jamie, who EXCEEDED my expectations by having my job done a week earlier than I expected. Any time I had a question, Jamie promptly came over and answered any questions. The guys were clean and very friendly. They came to me and requested to work on the Saturday and Sunday of Mother’s Day which I was all for. Just goes to show how eager there were to get the job done. The entire project went perfectly from start to finish. Surely one of our most successful home remodel project over many years. Cory, the Sales guy, was knowledgeable and provided a price quickly. The paperwork was completed and Rick, the Measurement guy, came out and measured the windows, explained the technical details and we were on our way. Before we knew it, the 19 windows showed up. Marnie, the Project Manager, was on site every day of the install. She kept us up to date and answered all questions. Having a Project Manager is an important service. The Installation Crew, headed up by Chris and supported by Chase and Mason were exceptionally accomplished in this type of construction. They have many years of experience with this type of construction. There were horizontal sliders, fixed and architectural style windows, some requiring high staging. Even though the crew was here for days, we did not find much disruption of our daily routines. They were always fun to talk to and did a terrific job of cleaning up the job site every day and keeping all the materials neatly assembled. The Project Manager completed the permit process sign-off and any loose ends.The entire job came out flawless. It is a large upgrade to the home having all impact glass that looks architecturally pleasing as if it has always been there. I have been involved with Home Improvement Contractors for over 40 years and will say that working with WDRC has been my most pleasant experience.

I have been a general contractor and developer for over 35 years. A couple of things that generally aggravate me. One is not being able to get a price out of a supplier or vendor. Another is lack of follow through on the job. I did not have any of these problems with these folks. In fact I was doing some renovation in the home that caused dust which had they cleaned the windows as they normally would they would have just gotten dirty again. Subsequently they came back after I completed the renovations 2 months later just to do this for me. They also remembered to check in with me periodically to see when I wanted them done. Quality and knowledge of the product. Noticed also they were comparable in pricing with competitors. They have my vote 100% and yes I am a pain in the tail when it comes to this sort of thing.

A friend recommended Window & Door Design Center to me because I wanted the doors and windows made impact resistant which would be a lot easier for me instead of my hard hurricane shutters I had on my house. We were given delivery and start up dates and each and every scheduling adjustment that was required either on our end or theirs was accommodated.The four key elements of the experience are selecting the product, pricing, installation and post installation follow up. PB Windows and Doors scored more than five stars in each of those categories.In searching reviews of other companies prior to selecting PB Windows and Doors the most common complaints were poor installation, failure to respond to requests, refusal to follow up on product or installation issues, failing to keep scheduled appointments and personnel at the ownership or management level refusing to deal with valid product or installation concerns.Our salesperson spent hours going over the various products and manufactures with us and answered every single question we had and believe me there were many. It was the care the salesperson took that sold us on using PB Windows and Doors rather than one of the five other vendors we engaged.Our project manager was tremendous always keeping us informed about all aspects of the project. When an issue arose about a paint related matter in one of the slider door frames that was clearly something the manufacturer was responsible for the project manager discussed the matter with the PB Windows and Doors VP who agreed to take care of the matter rather than get into a prolonged process with the manufacturer. It was the installer and project manager who identified a flaw in the glass panel of the new front door that we might never have noticed. Within a day they made arrangements to have the manufacturer replace the glass and kept us up to date on the scheduling of the replacement. That type of honesty on the part of vendors in Florida is not the norm as most of us have learned the hard way.Our installer was also tremendous. Professional, very knowledgeable about the product and detailed in the way each window and door was installed and he never missed a day on the job. Just as important, on the two occasions we asked if the installer could come back to make a few adjustments our request was honored, scheduled and unlike what normally happens here in Florida the installer returned as promised and as scheduled.If you’re shopping for a company that sells and installs windows and doors you are making a mistake if you don’t include PB Windows and Doors in your search process. Overall what made my experience good was Justin the project manager and this was the only company that were able to install the pocket slides door. The only downfall of the company was the sell rep. He made promises and wouldn’t come through with them. Due to his service my project took months to complete.

A stress crack appeared in my front window sash after about 14 months for no apparent reason. This company told me they WILL replace my cracked sash at no charge and they also offered to Grandfather me into their new lifetime limited warranty program for all my windows! .It took only about 3 weeks to order and they have just installed the replacement sash at NO CHARGE this AM, 11-7-2018. This is about 5 days prior to the day the told me it would be done. Install was quick, looks great and the service tech was very nice, removed his shoes without being asked and on a rainy morning too. Couldnt be more pleased. They do stand behind their jobs, and are offering a lifetime breakage warranty now. So would buy from them again. Thanks for the quick fix! Regards....Bill Cooper

Wonderful experience. From the beginning David Crosman was patient and responsive and h to tolerate a lot of beauacratic nonsense. After the paperwork and etc. was passed the workers arrived right on time and worked hard. Wonderful crew overseen by Justin McGarrity who was also added finishing touches beyond the job. We recently had 2 windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced in our condo. We chose the CGI Sentinel series and had the best price from WDRC. Mirne was our project manager and coordinated all aspects of the installation from start to completion of punch list items. The installers were on time and conscientious about doing a good job. We are very pleased with the look and quality of the product. Having a dedicated project manager was an important benefit for us; issues were resolved quickly and finishing pieces were added which has resulted in a beautiful and professional installation.

We used Palm Beach Window company in the past for a remodel of our previous house and upon the closing of our newest home we retained their services once again. This time we were advised their newest division catered directly to the on going challenge of completing an entire remodel, while homeowners present and without any issues that typically arise in home remodels. I must say that The replacement company of Palm Beach window and door stuck to their word and delivered a rather seamless experience.The salesman who they call, Ro was very knowledgeable and guided us through the consulting phase and we are truly happy with the wonderful results of our new home. The installers were polite, timely and performed up to our expectations. I would highly recommend The Window and door replacement company to anybody looking for a quality remodel.

Excellent service at a fair price. They did a big job for me (over 40 windows and 7 doors) replacing what I had with impact resistant glass and upgraded frames. Originally I posted a negative review for this company regarding a Saturday appointment that was scheduled by them but not kept. Since that time (and to their credit) one of the owners wrote a very apologetic reply and the Sales Manager reached out to me several times in an attempt to win me back. I eventually relented and decided to give them a second chance and boy am I glad I did!! Roldan Ro Romero was wonderful and I knew right away I was dealing with a true professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and explained everything thoroughly. I left with a quote and made the decision to buy the next day. Thanks for everything Ro!! The install went smoothly thanks to the oversight and attention to detail paid by project Manager Mirne. I just cant say enough about how fantastic she is! She made sure everything was perfect and if it was not, she followed up until it was! Overall, I would just like to say thank you to the entire team for a job well done!!!

We just finished having all our windows and french doors replaced with impact windows and doors and have to say we couldnt be more pleased with the whole process. David Crosman, who we first contacted came by so quickly to work on an estimate for the job. He was very knowledgeable and had a quote to us in very little time. We are super pleased with the quality of the product and the installation was done so efficiently with the men leaving everything so clean at the end of each day. Such a nice team of installers. Justin McGarrity was the project manager and we couldnt have asked for a better person. He was incredibly conscientious and constantly kept in contact with us during the installation process and has assured us that we can contact him at anytime if any issues arise down the road. We couldnt believe the discrepancies in the pricing between companies we got estimates from. This company was the most reasonable by far. We thank everyone at WDRC for a wonderful experience.

Highest recommendation possible. I cant write enough about how great was every aspect of working with WDRC. I had 30 new windows and doors to replace with hurricane rated product. I spoke with four different companies, then selected WDRC because of both numerous excellent references, quality of product and exceptional value in their pricing. I was so impressed how competent and thorough were both the sales and project management/installation staff assigned to me. They, WG and MS, were a dream team to work with, so supportive and customer sensitive every step of the way. Completion was right on schedule. They are best of class!

The Window and Door Replacement Company did an excellent job in responding to my request, setting up an appointment and being on time. It turned out the windows were not the problem after all, but he went above and beyond to take pictures of the cracks in the stucco that are causing the leaks and walking the entire house, not just the areas where water is coming in. I would use them again in the future and would highly recommend them. The service was prompt, professional and courteous.

The entire Window and Door Replacement team did an outstanding job in replacing 3 patio doors, a complicated front door plus 8 windows in my house with CGI windows and Doors. From David Crosman, my sales rep, who took plenty of time with me over several weeks to make the right decisions, to the installation team led by Matthew and the project manager Justin, the entire project up through the permit inspection went smoothly. The dates projected for the project were accurate and the timeframes for the installation was met nearly flawlessly. Im extremely pleased with my new windows and doors and I highly recommend the Window and Door Replacement Company.

I recently ordered 7 windows and 2 sliding glass doors; a combination of CGI aluminum (downstairs) and PGT vinyl (upstairs). This past Monday a crew of 7 installed all of the doors and windows in one day including all of the interior trim and caulking. The next day they completed the stucco. I am very picky and precise; these guys did a fantastic job! I could not find any issues. The crew worked well together, it was obvious they have been working together a long time. I have heard horror stories about window replacement companies and am very happy to report there is a great company out there. I would highly recommend WDRC to anyone.

We had about 40 windows and doors replaced with impact ones. It is a long process, but the excellent quality of their product along with super considerate and capable installers made it very worthwhile. I definitely recommend them.

UPDATE: Ive updated the review to 4 stars because the company, and particularly Ro Romero has demonstrated a commitment to completing the job and standing up to their promises. Ro continued to follow up with me and had a separate stucco contractor come and fix the job the installers had done. He also personally checked all of my windows and screens and made a detailed punchlist and sent out a crew to take care of any and every issue I had. Thank you, Ro!_____We chose this company after getting 5 different estimates and even paid a little more because they had such good reviews and seemed like professionals. They also claimed their installers offered “white glove service” which included removing our old shutters and patching the stucco (for which we paid a small sum). I seriously regret choosing the Window and Door Replacement Company. Corey, our sales person was a horrible communicator and it just got worse from there. The windows seem good and look way better than the old ones, but what wouldn’t? The company couldn’t manage to schedule inspections - I finally went to the town myself and got it scheduled after sitting at home waiting for the inspector for days. The office blamed the project manager, the project manager agreed the company sucked and said he wasn’t going to be working there anymore after another week. And that’s the last I ever heard from them. My stucco patch job is a mess and a joke. I could have done a better job myself and since the company seems to be in the wind, I am going to have to. After calling so frequently and getting 0 results, I am absolutely through with trying to contact them to get anything rectified. I tried to get them to hold up their end of the bargain, nobody cared, except maybe the PM who seems to have quit, who knows?

Gerry Penrose gave me a quote twice, I went to pay a permit and sign contract for install, once I only needed window to be ordered and paid, never answer my calls or email . No Communication, no good business practice, i trusted with windows quote before went ahead with whole process, and wasnt pocket change quote. Cant imagine needing assistance if purchase anything from them. Frown on lapses of information. When people admit that they didnt keep you informed, let them know that you dont want this kind of protection. I contacted this company a month ago to order windows and screens. I had to call again because the contact person, Sarah Armento did not get back to me as she promised. She again promised to get back to me and I still havent heard back from her and its been about a month now.When a customer tries to give business to a company and they fumble around and fill you with excuses then it is a good indication of their lack of character.

That being said, I have to commend you and your company as it has been a smooth installation, considering not only the scope of the work, but also the fact my home is a wood frame home which I know can sometimes be a bit more challenging.Ro Romero was my initial point of contact and sales representative. I found Ro to be not only professional but keen on detail. He made sure that everything we had discussed was documented and verified in order to avoid mistakes or delays. The Sub-contractor, Mr. Yoanny Nunez of Impact W & D, which installed the doors and windows, was truly exceptional. I’m always skeptical of subs as they are sometimes disorganized and their crews unreliable. This was an eye-opening experience with Impact W & D. From the day they arrived to the last day of install their attention to detail never wavered. They were on time EVERYDAY as they committed. They worked all day and sometimes later than I had expected to get the job done within the schedule I was promised. They never left my home without first cleaning everything from the areas and around the house where they had worked. All their equipment, ladders, tools were neatly organized in my garage in order to not waste any time getting to work the subsequent days. I am very pleased with ALL the individuals I encountered not only in your company but that of Mr. Nunez’s.
