Gunn Doors Is a quality door and window installer from beginning to end! Their staff is experienced,knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the product is excellent. Unfortunately we had just installed brand new doors two years ago with BNT and had a nightmare experience which included The wrong doors being installed, sub quality product and installation which resulted leaking and water and damage.Kevin Gunn understood our situation and made this as easy as possible. We had to rip out everything and replace everything. Kevin and Eric are informative and honest. We are so pleased with the results and highly recommend them!

We needed repair work done on some of our windows. Gunn Glass was knowledgeable about what repairs were needed and had the parts available. The two people they sent over to fix our windows were great and made sure we were satisfied before they left.

Had a sliding glass door that was leaking when we had hard rains. We got in touch with Gunn glass and ordered a new door from Eric. The process was really smooth. The installers Dillon and Arnie did a great job. They were very through covering all of the furniture in the bedroom where the work was being done and did a great installation. Excellent, conscientious, and on time. Highly recommend if your looking for a glass company.

TERRIBLE customer service. We have impact sliding doors and windows from Gunn’s Glass. They all have developed major leaks and I can feel wind coming in under the doors. I’m talking gallons of water coming in under the door tracks.I had to call literally a dozen times to get someone on the phone to help me. Finally a technician came out and said he’s give me a quote for repairs. He took 3 months to get back to me. In the meantime I called the owner and complained. Finally they got back to me but said they couldn’t fit me in their calendar. Seriously?!?!?Be aware that if you spend tens of thousands of dollars with Gunn’s, you risk being left high and dry later for any customer service needs (well, high and wet is more accurate). I’d give zero stars if possible.

I live in a upper floor condo that needed hurricane windows and slider doors. I reached out to Gunn and was very satisfied. I was able to get a lot of information from their representative either in my home or in their well equipped showroom. The knowledge and expertise exhibited by their representatives regarding their products was outstanding. They were able to provide me the right solution for the concerns I had. The communication between order and delivery was very good. I was kept up to date on my installation status and I was installed ahead of time. The installation team headed by Carlo and Josh couldn’t have been better. Their experience allowed them to install my products in the highest professional way possible. Living in an upper floor condo makes for a very challenging install and they did it beautifully. Carlos and his team had all the tools necessary for the task at hand and also took their time to make certain the whole install was done properly. I feel Gunn’s Quality Glass and Mirror performed as well as you possibly can to complete our contract and contract expectations that I would refer them to anyone in the market for their services

Chris was so prompt in coming to give an estimate and the installation crew were fabulous! terrific company. Gunns window company are true experts in their field.Dalton & Arnie who did the installation were highly skilled installers and attention to detail and expertise.They were meticulous with their work and very careful to protect floors and furniture with plastic over the construction area . I am very happy with my window.

Gunns was great to work with, and the job done (High Impact Windows and sliding glass doors) was amazing. We were very impressed with the crew(s) that came in and did the work. Carlo, Charlie and Adam were so helpful and were a pleasure to have around. The work site was clean and neat, and they left the house every day with the floor vacuumed or swept. It was much less disruptive than we could have imagined it to be, considering they were working all over the house. The office staff, Eric, and everyone we dealt with was fantastic to work with. Great selection of products, and a lot of assistance with choosing options. It is a big investment to have all windows replaced, and after seeing the job they did at a relatives home, we knew we were in the right place. I highly recommend them for your window, door, or glass needs.

Sales person, Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing important information in order to make decisions on impact windows. Installation was performed by Arnie and Dalton . Install team were AWESOME, all materials and workmanship exceeded expectations.

Really top flight people. The crew was excellent. They erected plastic to keep dirt from going into our condo, and were amazing at cleaning up each night. Our power went out for 4 or so hours, and they carried up the new windows 5 flights of stairs and walked down the old ones! Mr. Gunn communicates very well from his first visit to coming to inspect the finished project.

Just had 4 kitchen windows replaced. The end result is great. This is the second project we have had done by Gunn. Everything from estimate to completed project went very smooth. Th project team of Carlo, Charlie, and Dalton were hard working, professional, and friendly. I can highly recommend.

Gunns Glass is extremely professional and very easy to deal with, starting from their knowledgable sales staff to the guys who perform the installation. We replaced our sliding glass doors with new hurricane impact doors and glass. With so many choices to choose from, Erick guided us through the process and helped us select the right doors for us. He was patient and understanding of our needs. When it came time to install the doors, it is hard to believe there can be a better team than Jay and Adam. We chose Gunn’s Company to replace the 23 windows in our home with CGI Sentinel Series windows which took about 4 weeks to install. A combination of windows were used depending on the location and size: solid glass, casements and hung. We could not be more pleased with the job that was done and especially how it improved the looks of our house. The two main workers, Carl and Robbie, were very careful to tape plastic over the construction area and we would ask for them in the future if we wanted to replace our sliding glass doors. We worked well together as a team moving and covering our belongings. It was a big job for the workers and homeowners, but with a successful outcome.

I very rarely rave about a business in Jupiter but Gunn’s Quality Glass and Mirror is an exception. Erick Gunn came out to my home and patiently helped me select the best replacement windows for my home. I didn’t feel pushed or hurried to make a decision. I tend to ask a lot of questions so having someone with a very nice manner review my choices with me ad nauseum if needed was great!!! When I did make my choice I felt really good about it.Jay and Adam installed my beautiful new windows with incredible care and attention to detail. They were right on time each morning and kept my home and the rooms they were working in in the same condition as when they arrived. It was so nice to not have to clean up a thing! I called this company to arrange repairs on shower glass sliding doors in which the rollers had worn out. The woman who answered the phone arrogantly stated that Gunns Glass does not do repair work, only new installation.I informed her that I would remember this the next time I needed new work done. And it would definitely not be from Gunns Quality Glass.

The word Quality in the name of Gunns Glass is most appropriate. We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the 34 floor-to-ceiling glass panels and 12 floor-to-ceiling sliders installed recently in our condo and especially with the dedicated professional workmanship of Jay, Jesus, Dalton and others. Everyone with whom we have come into contact with at Gunns Quality Glass has been a pleasure to deal with.

I was looking for two shower enclosures and a custom glass shelving unit for my bathroom. I went in on a Monday and was told I would receive a call back. That was 2 weeks ago, I reached out to them twice in the last two weeks. No call back, no estimate, basically nothing. I guess they are too busy. Dont waste your time and go somewhere else if you can.

You cant go wrong with a company thats been around half a century. Its a family operated place thats backed up by years of good quality work. Forget the big box stores. Theres a reason these guys are around for so long. Great work at reasonable & competitive prices.

One of the best experience weve had during our home remodeling. They handled it all, from pulling the permits, installation and final inspection of our new windows. Great customer service, professional, and reliable. This is the 2nd time we used Gunn and would recommend them again and again.

I DONT KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!I made an appointment for Feb 22nd for a rep to come out and measure for a mirror install over a vanity in a newly renovated bathroom along with a glass door shower enclosure and some glass shelves at our bar. Chris came out and took measurements and said hed send me a quote. I said great, Id like to get this done soon. After 3 days I called back to let him know I have not received quote and thought maybe he wrote my email wrong. The girl at the front desk said she would give Chris the message. Still no quote after 1 week...call again, the girl tells me, Chris is out sick for the week...I ask the girl, is he Ok? If he doesnt want the job, thats fine.....Ill call another glass/mirror company..... He will call you when he gets back to work she said....well is there anyone else there or is this a one man show? 2 weeks go by, I call and he is on another line and cannot take my call and the receptionist says she will give him the message and call you back.The next day I call back....Is Chris there and explain to the girl...again...Im waiting on Chris to give me a quote on a bathroom that he promised 2 weeks ago! She says hes running out the door to an appointment and cannot take your call.... CHRIS, LET ME GIVE YOU SOME GOOD ADVISE, IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS, YOU HAVE TO BE HONEST....IF YOU DONT WANT A SMALL JOB...THATS OK....DONT LIE AND SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING AND DONT EVER CALL OR EMAIL BACK....THATS JUST WRONG and BAD BUSINESS.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Just move on.
