Scott associate #6824 came out in less than 30 minutes of me calling after I was quoted about 45 minutes so I was already happy. Sometimes calling a well known company costs more but we had a job someone else couldn’t complete today.I was very surprised that the price was a lot less than expected. Both men were very nice and completed the job within minutes. This is my 2nd time calling them (once for the kitchen sink and today for my guest bath) and both times have exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and and the quality of their work is excellent.

We were very lucky to have chosen Roto-Rooter. We were able to schedule an appointment at the earliest convenient time for us. Diego did the diagnostic and found where the drain stock was leaking. The renovation was done by Ralston and Victor. It turned out to be a very difficult and hard work, because the old cast iron pipe had cracks though first level ceiling. Ralston had to be in a limited space, an uncomfortable position and for a long time. But thanks to Ralstons experience the problem with our pipe was solved. Many thanks to Roto-Rooter. Its wonderful staff.

They came diagnosed the sewer line problem by scoping the drain line with a camera and quickly and got to work. We also asked them to fix the cold water in the shower and a bonus the water pressure improved after they fixed it. They were professional courteous and respectful of our home. They’re a little expensive but there are no hidden costs with them. They are up front and transparent about all services and costs and all the work to be done is written down. Also, they deliver, they do what they say and they work fast. They did all this work in 1 evening.

Roto Rooter came to my residence to fix a water leak from corroded copper pipes and for water clean up. Their work is top notch and all their technicians and plumbers are very professional.
