I was so impressed with this company. They responded right away to our flooding emergency, got everything cleaned up, dried out and it looks like it never happened. They were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very good at what they do. I’m in New Jersey and they are in Florida so I will probably not have the opportunity to use them again but anyone in Florida and in that area would have a wonderful experience with them.

We were assigned PuroClean for remediation from water damage after a pipe break during the 2021 freeze in Dallas, TX. They explained the process, and then performed the service exactly to the explanation. They set our expectation and then met it. What wasnt explained to us was the level of communication we would receive from them about what was happening and why, nor did we expect the attention they took to keeping things as clean as they could (Remove this, clean it up. Do the next thing, clean it up, etc.). I dont know how we could have been more pleased and impressed. Thank you Daniel and team!

We called PuroClean to repair our kitchen after a leak from the dishwasher created water damage and mold. The insurance company wanted us to use a company with terrible ratings so we looked for one with better customer reviews. Happily we found PuroClean that had all 5 ratings. So thanks to all those customers for steering us to a great company. We called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with the Daniel Castro, President of PuroCleans Jupiter company. He asked when we wanted him to come. I said, jokingly, in the morning as I wondered how many days we would have to wait. Daniel said in the morning or afternoon? And this was a Saturday. It got better from then on. They took care of everything and did a GREAT job. You will not go wrong with this company.

We had a tub drain break and our ceiling and walls were filled with water. The plumber we called out recommended Puroclean to us to do dryout. Daniel came out and did an assessment. Juan then came with a crew and opened up the sheetrock areas using advanced tools to pinpoint wet areas. He was very, very, thorough checking all areas. Then using fans and dehumidifiers, they were able to save a lot of the sheetrock in place. When all was dry they did the build back and we were so pleased with the results. Like it never happened. Daniel worked with the insurance company and helped us through the whole process. Very professional company and individuals. Timely, fair, honest, high integrity, punctual, and thorough are words that come to mind when describing this company and individuals.

AMAZING! I rarely write reviews, but feel the need to do so given PuroCleans amazing service. My husband and I recently bought a new home in Palm Beach Gardens and experienced a water leak following a flash tornado event. Daniel was great from beginning to end. He showed up on time, was very thorough and answered all of our questions. However, what makes PuroClean and Daniel top notch is that even though Daniel figured out pretty quickly that we ultimately may not require his services, he still took his time, and at no time did he try to push services that we did not need (which he could have easily done). Daniel even followed up with a separate visit to make sure the situation was resolved. That sort of honesty and dedication is very rare to find in todays world. We would not hesitate to recommend PuroClean and Daniel to anybody that needs these sort of services; and we will be reaching out to him if we ever need his services in the future.

We discovered this overflow of water from a running toilet at 9:00 on a Sunday evening of a Holiday weekend. It had flooded the guest bedroom. bath closet and family room. PuroClean arrived in 45 minutesand worked for hours and retuned each day until everything was completely dry. Took out the flooring, baseboards etc. Very professionaland polite - all workers. Excellent job.
