Our experience with Zach was the best! He reviewed our bill and saved us tons of money! Then without being pressured he explained all of the programs for cell phone upgrades as well as the pros and cons of each of the types of phones we were interested in. He also discovered that we were scammed when my sons phone was essentially stolen by an AT&T representative who never gave him credit for the phone he traded in last year and we were left to pay the full price. Unfortunately AT&T is not taking responsibility for the dishonesty of the sales person in Philadelphia who cost us hundreds of dollars in additional fees!

I had to go in yesterday to trade my phone out. It’s been a couple of years since my last trade in and wow. This process of paying off my phone and switching to a new one was so much easier and more simple than I remembered. Matthew and Zach took care of me ~ they were friendly, polite, diligent, fast, and helpful~ Best two phone people I’ve ever worked with! This specific store had responsible reliable workers who knows what they’re doing when it comes to technology, would never rip you off, and will only provide the best service. Love my new phone, love how easy and understanding they made this switch for me, enjoying my at&t experience 🙌🙏💫

Matthew was amazing and patient. He helped get my mothers contacts back on her flip phone. The best AT&T experience. Roman also was amazing with replacing my old glass protector with a new one.

OK YALL. I’ve been to a million atnt stores but since I’ve moved to Jupiter, I haven’t had the need to go until today. Google maps recommended the closest one (on Indiantown) and I was literally blown away at how nice this store was???? ALSO NOT TO MENTION THE AMAZING EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED ME OUT!!! Simon is the best!!! (although the other guys in there were super helpful and awesome too:) )Didn’t even feel like I was in a store. Game changer. Thanks again Simon!

Glad to say.. I have been an existing AT&T customer for years and have been very satisfied with my service. From time to time I have run into difficulties over the phone trying to solve issues. As a result I have learned from experience to go to an AT&T authorized store to get the help I need to resolve the problems. I have been into this location on a handful of situations whether it be to purchase a phone, change my plan or help with an issue. The employees at this store are beyond excellent! On one occasion they even waited to closing time to help me with my phone that was turned off by another representative. My hat goes off to Cesar and Alex most importantly! Went into this store today to upgrade to an iPhone and the manager Alex was excellent, very knowledgeable and made my visit extraordinary! Definitely coming back to this store. Staff over all was great ! BEST OF ALL NO LONG LINES OR LONG WAIT TIME

I had another great experience Jadrian at At&t upgraded to I phone 6s plus. As usual he was very accommodating and patient made sure everything was perfect his partner Cesar was helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Absolutely a terrible experience. Lost my phone information for all 3 phones and phones were not transferred appropriately. The representative was extremely rude. They were unable to fix the phone. I would not recommend this store.

I had ordered a new iphone from the store to avoid waiting in line. After trying to activate it, it did not work. I brought it into the store and I was told I need to call apple so they can fix it or pay a restocking fee even know it didnt work. Then, I left the store as it was closing. 1 minute later I thought of another question to ask ahead of dealing with apple directly and I was told We are Closed. After they deferred the issue to Apple, they couldnt work for an extra minute to address my last question.

One of the worst retail experiences ever. Went in for person-to-person help to get short term service for my kid to take on a trip. Ended up being sold a sim card and prepaid service for an old phone which was kicked off the ATT network the next day. Went back in to ask for full refund and had to spend 30 minutes speaking with everyone including the store manager who were totally unhelpful. Thankfully I was able to call ATT support to get help crediting the cost of the unusable SIM card to my regular account. I would never have expected someone sitting in a call center to be more helpful than a local store but this store set a really, really low bar.

Horrible Experience. I went in with the hopes of getting a problem with my phone fixed and discovered that all three employees working there had absolutely no intentions of helping me. The customer service was horrible, obviously none of these employees cared about or valued their jobs. They could not have wanted to help any less. While I was there, several other customers all entered and left with the same frustration with the customer service that I did. Upon voicing my displeasure, I heard one of the employees jokingly say a racial slur about me to his fellow employees as i was walking out the door. Something should be done about these employees as it is very clear none of them want to be there.
