I went in because my phone was not charging correctly. Eric the person working at the time was a fantastic help. He looked at my phone and did some repair to it. In and out in 5 minutes! Very impressed.

Shattered my i-5 phone screen. Found their website at 10 pm and their web site allowed me to make an appointment as early as 8 am the next day.Their services are listed individually, and with a price and time to repair. You simply put the service in your cart and request an appointment. The web site said one hour for the repair, but it took less than an hour. Job was flawless. Why cant the rest of the world work this easily?

I made an appointment at 3:00 for 4:00 to have a cell phone battery replaced. The young man was pleasant, efficient and took care of me right on time! Because I made an appointment online I was rewarded with a $10 off the quoted cost of the battery! Great experience. But I have to say I am always pleased when I go to your store! Nice guys. Wonderful help. All in all great service.

FANTASTIC! My phone screen was shattered (thanks to my 9 week old kitten), and I was able to schedule an appointment online for the very next morning. The employees were great, and fixed my phone within a couple of hours! They also answered all my questions, and I got a discount for scheduling online! Will ABSOLUTELY be returning.

Over the last 2 years, I have had multiple incidents with a broken phone (thanks kids!). I have always been able to count on the guys at Batteries Plus in Jupiter! Recently, Alec repaired my phone because the charging port wasnt working. I had my phone back in 2 hours working like a champ!

For the first time in my life, my cell phone DIED!!! These days, your entire world is contained therein. On a Sunday, I brought them my problem and within minutes they confirmed it was a bad battery caused by a bad charging port. One and a half hours later, again on a Dunday, my phone was good as new!!!

Terrible, terrible. They said phone would be done at 11am, I showed up at 3 and it wasnt started yet. Long story short, they never fixed it and never tried to make up for it. Terrible business will never step foot in there again.
