After speaking with several different realtors, I was lucky enough to come across David and the Meyer Lucas Team through an online review. Knowing that he was local to Jupiter and that the office was conveniently located in Tequesta, I called David as I was specifically looking for an agent that was very familiar with the area. David exceeded every expectation and made the process of selling my first home the best experience I could have imagined. From start to finish, the process took 39 days from the day I signed the buyers agreement to closing. The photographer was efficient and produced very high-quality pictures for the listing. The listing was well executed and drew a lot of attention. Most importantly, David was extremely involved in every step of the process, not only communicating problems that may have arose but creating solutions for them before even coming to me. He assisted me with everything from helping to schedule a reliable plumber to meeting the plumber at the unit. On another instance, he just so happened to stop by the unit the morning it went on the market and thank goodness he did because the electricity was turned off and it was 80 degrees inside! It was those little things, the minor details that made this entire experience enjoyable. Davids attention to detail, persistence and motivation made him the best agent ever. He was by my side to assist through the entire process and made me feel supported and not alone (Mind you, I am a young woman who was selling her first investment property on her own so this was very important to me). Aside from David, Shannon (manager of real estate operations with the team) was another person who made this process very smooth. Despite Davids determination, we were having trouble reaching the HOA for quite some time but Shannon successfully acquired all of the necessary paperwork from them! Her persistence and professionalism and their partnership made it happen. Between the two of them, selling my first home was efficient, effective and ENJOYABLE! Having a background in luxury hospitality, I truly appreciate all that Meyer Lucas Team, David and Shannon have done. It is clear that Holly Meyer Lucas invests in her team and sets them up for success. If you are looking for an agent who cares and someone who is truly invested in you and your property, look no further. David is the agent for you.
