The bad:Following the our acceptance of the offer, Mr Rizzuto left town on vacation and did not leave anyone to represent us at the closing even though we were out of town sellers. Leading up to the closing, the buyers agent called us directly two days before the closing and the buyer himself called us directly the day before and the morning of the closing! We were victimized!The good:Mr Rizzuto found us a buyer at our price within three weeks of listing before he disappeared. I never met the man.
