We unfortunately have a white tile roof and most companies wont touch it. XTerra not only cleaned our roof, but make it look brand new again! I really like that its not your typical pressure cleaning - it seemed to be more of a solution they rinsed on the roof... and it took everything off! The two gentlemen who came out were very nice and professional, even letting me know of an issue when trying to clean our gutters. There was almost no smell and my plants all look fantastic (theyve been killed in the past) so needless to say, theyll be my go to from now on. Highly recommend!

I wanted a biodegradable low pressure wash system so our new cement tile roof would not degrade.The roof looks like brand new!!They are more expensive than a “regular”powerwashing, BUT this process is overall, not harmful to a roof. Xterra Clean did my roof a while back, so when my paver patio needed cleaning, I called them. Keeping my patio clean has been a chore, but in a few short hours the Xterra team had pressure washed and chemically treated AND re-sanded my patio! This will definitely help keep mold and plants from growing on the pavers down the line. This is a new service they’re offering but I think it’s worthwhile and my patio looks as good as new. 5/5 will definitely book again when the time comes.

These guys are the real deal! Our area has landscapers, pressure washers and irrigation pros galore - but finding a truly professional team that does what they say is a needle in a haystack - and these guys are definitely a winner. Gary responded quickly with an in person quote and his guys Adam and Julio were on time, professional, super clean and efficient in getting the job done. Very detailed work. Seriously could not be happier. I plan on committing to a maintenance plan with them.(We have had several pressure washers over the years for our roof and hardscape. I waited to write this review for over a week, to ensure none of our landscaping showed damage, which I have experienced in the past - all good!)

We used Xterra to clean our patio screen, patio deck, paver paths, and windows. They did an excellent job and most important, caused no damages. We would (and will) use them again.

Gary the owner presented me with a comprehensive proposal that covered a number of options with corresponding prices. He personally visited my home in order to provide the most accurate assessment. We have a roof composed of clay tiles. Its very pretty, but after ten years it needed to be cleaned and we did not want folks stepping on, and breaking the tiles, so we opted to use Xterra services. They use a low pressure wash and a biodegradable chemical treatment that kills the black stuff (bacterial film) that grows on the clay. They were very careful to make sure that plants near the house were protected and the roof came out looking like new. I strongly recommend Xterra for home care services. Fair prices, on time, and very professional.

My gutters had not been cleaned in a while so the crew had their hands full. They did a great job cleaning the gutters and the roof. They bagged the debris and cleaned the front porch. My only issue is that they left the 4 bags of debris in the front of the house. The waste company only picks up in the back yard. Still, I would recommend Xterra and the specific team that cleaned my roof.

My husband and I hired Xterra based on a recommendation found on the Nextdoor Ap. We were EXTREMELY pleased by the service provided to clean our lanai and pool deck. We were there when they started, but had to leave while they were cleaning. When we arrived home, it honestly looked like they had painted our pool deck AND installed a new lanai! Fabulous work and we will DEFINITELY hire them again.

This is the second time that I have had Xterra power wash our home including the roof. They are always on time, take care of my home and possessions as if they were theirs, and leave my home sparkling clean. Luke and Jeff worked nonstop. We chose Xterra after having a positive experience using the Soft Wash process back on Long Island NY. Xterra did a wonderful job of cleaning our roof and brick driveway, but what really set them apart is the care given to protecting all our plantings around the home. Part of that care is the selection of products used for the cleaning along with the process. The workers were professional, courteous and neat. They took special care to listen to any concerns we had before starting. We couldnt be more pleased and already some of our neighbors seeing the process and results are planning to use Xterra.

Gary and his team at Xterra are great, they are responsive, courteous, and do a good job. This was our one year follow up lifetime warranty roof cleaning and it went as well as the first. After a slightly more expensive initial cleaning, the warranty cleaning is super affordable with the same spectacular results. Several people on our street have used Xterra and all their roofs look the best.
