My wife and I needed to have a document scanned and digitized in order to email the file to our contractor / engineer. A fairly simple process that we could have performed ourselves if we had a flatbed scanner of our own.Being very aware of how small and local business impacts our economy, we decided to stop into Alpha Graphics. It also was super conveniently located just on the north end of our neighborhood... a couple of right turns and here we are.So this is the jist...We take the document there and asked the nice young lady to scan it for us. We also brought a thumb drive to transfer the file to when completed.I hand her the paper and ask about how much will it cost.She replies, It will be a minimum of 10 to 15 dollars.Dumbfounded I explained what we needed but she reconfirmed the pricing. Needless to say we reluctantly chose a Big Box store.We ended up spending 25 cents and no tax and was in and out in less than 2 minutes.So with this experience, what is a conscientious consumer to do?

I was in a hurry and I needed a large canvas print and they were able to do it the same day! I was blown away. No one else would do it so quickly! And it looked perfect! I will be using Alpha Graphics from now on. (No more online prints for me!) Support your neighbors, shop local!!

Glidecoat attends a lot of trade shows, and has a large dealer network. At any given moment, Jenn and her team of experts are eager to turn a last minute project around for us. Customer service and print quality is great, thank you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!Went to them to get presentation boards completed for a large design project. Their incompetent employees ran the boards with a filter on that changed all the colors to a pink hue. Totally unusable. Never received a call there was a problem or that they were going to miss the deadline for delivery. Then to cap it all off, we get attitude from the staff and owner when we tried to show them just how off the images were from the originals.A word of advice to anyone looking to get work done here, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your work done. They apparently don’t know what they are doing and definitely don’t understand the first thing about customer service!

TJ (the owner) gave us an unbelievable amount of his attention for our fine art print job. He was so passionate and he didnt make us feel for a second that we were taking up too much of his time - this impressed me the most.In response to Chance Cacdacs review, that is a pretty unfair assessment of AlphaGraphics scope of services. If you need something scanned and emailed, AlphaGraphics may not be the best choice but if you need high quality prints with a stellar level of professionalism, this is the place!!

TJ was really great when I went into the location to pick out paper and make a decision on how many business cards I wanted and some other options. He followed up with me on the phone a number of times until I had a moment to discuss the options and the cost.
