This service is COMPLETE WASTE of MONEY! Their customer service is the worst!!! Terrible, in fact horrible responsiveness from management. I spent over 6 months with this service telling me they would get my voice and grow my social media business...to a huge FAIL. The editors work tirelessly to find the voice without any support or efforts from whomever it is who runs this business. ZERO attempts to correct or revise posts...I had to write many myself! Absolutely zero accountability of ownership to connect with clients. I was very disappointed with the sales/service and their ability to work with me as a PREMIUM client. I wasted thousands of dollars with them...as they never attempted to understand my business or even try. Wen things started to go south, I was completely ignored and not one person attempted to contact me to reconcile. In the end, they failed to deliver work product I paid for through September 24th!!! Worst customer service I have encountered!!

I have had a great experience with 98 Buck Social. I read through some reviews that stated they had a completely different experience than me, so I thought Id address our first month with 98 Buck Social (I think we have now been with them for 5 months).Anyway, yes. The first month is rough. I did not sign up for the content review and posts were just flying on to my page magically, but were not on target with our brand. So, I called and upgraded to the content review for all 3 of my businesses. After 1 month of guiding them on my brand through the content review process, I moved back down to the $98 plan with two of my businesses and the content is excellent, they just needed that 1 month to get to know me. With the 3rd business, I have maintained my content review because I enjoy working with my account manager so much, I cant cancel it. I love her work and love working together to make our posts amazing.Try it, but know it may take a month to ramp up. Just as any employee or professional will need training to really master the essence of your brand. I would recommend jumping right in with the $249 content review package and getting the ball rolling with a very easy review platform, then scaling back to the $98 plan.

TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOTHING. I was told they couldnt help me without setting up social media and that would cost the higher rates. They would do all the media work for $$$$. I told them no thank you and please refund my money. I called a few times to ask about my refund. They didnt respond. Their contract is set up making you believe they are honest. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. I asked for a refund after they assigned my account to someone new who only used two emojis as a caption and the same hashtags verbatim to every single photo. Nothing was customized and their quality of work on my account was not acceptable. I had two calls at length with the sales rep to ensure my account would be run by someone with experience and after her assurance I paid four hundred dollars. Their owner frankly frightens me and I have had to file a complaint with better business bureau, who’s site I would recommend looking at as well as YELPS as their reviews are similar to mine.

This is the 2nd time we have used 98bucksocial and they have gone WAY downhill. This was a HORRIBLE experience. The account manager was a joke, slow to respond, slow to make changes. We didnt get one lead that was worth anything. (We were on the $498/month plan with about $1000 spend on FB). The CEO/Founder reached out to us, made promises that he would correct everything for us on Monday, we followed up and finally on Friday he said he fired the Facebook ads manager. (excuses excuses!) Then he wanted to give us a credit for future months for our wasted money. I asked for a refund for those months and he immediately said Dont waste time with disputes, we always win since we have a digitally audited and signed contract to submit to the bank. At that point we canceled our account. Clearly we arent the only clients disappointed. Its unfortunate that this experience is 100% different than a year ago. Save yourself the money!

Signed up for profile creation service. As soon as they got my money I didnt hear from them after multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages. It wasnt until I let them know I was disputing the charge with my credit card company did I hear back from them. Then the CEO has the balls to email me that they have my name signed to a contract so they would charge me. How do you charge someone without providing any service. This is FRAUD! I will contact BBB and the attorney general. I keep seeing these complaints on facebook and other web forums about this company. I wish I did my research before signing the agreement.

But you just cant beat the efficiency that 98 Buck Social delivers when it comes to the time it takes to find good quality content on your own. With some direction and tweaking as you go, they do a great job of creating content, promoting our services and making us look good on all platforms. Horrible Experience! No follow up to my calls even though when I signed up they told me someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I had to send multiple emails and finally got a response a week later. I was told they were having system conversion problems,,,,and apparently I was paying for nothing! WOW! I wasnt even with them more than a week before I started having problems and I was being charged anyways. No support from anyone to try to save me as a customer! This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service! I had to pay a whole month of service for 1 week. They need to get their systems in place before they try to sell to the public and make sure that they follow through on their promises when you sign up with them! You get what you pay for, but in this case its even worse!!!!

Used 98 Buck Social for over 9 months. Everything started off fine, then the service went rapidly downhill. The relationship ended when they had my Instagram account shut down three times. The third time making it completely impossible to recover. All emails regarding why this happened and if they were able to recover it went unanswered. As of the current date, they have yet to make any effort to recover the account and were still locked out.Be VERY careful when dealing with these guys. The general quality of their work is good...but its money well wasted if they get accounts shutdown for spammy practices.

Horrible communication signed up a Saturday they asked for my Facebook log in on Monday, I provided the log in on Monday morning, I get a call Thursday afternoon that they need a facebook Business account, so they let basically 4 days go by of not doing nothing as your subscription expires exactly 30 days after you sign up, could have asked the same day for this information in order to get the ball rolling, cancelled and asked for a refund, not even a email or call, not good business practice. Would not recommend at all.
