I just had a package delivered to me today that had the same house number but different road. This happens with me receiving other peoples mail too frequently. I had a package sent to me about 2 weeks ago that I never received. The sender contacted the post office who confirmed it was delivered to me which was absolutely not true. I have a camera out front which was checked for that entire day and no delivery. The sender could not replace the item due to being out of stock but did give me a refund. Is there no requirements for getting a job with the postal service?

I had a really great experience here today and really wish I got the name of the employee who helped me. I was hoping my receipt had the name but only has a number :( she saw me looking at shipping boxes for an item I needed shipped to my nephew and was very helpful on pinpointing on which one would be best and affordable for me. She even helped me pack it without me even asking because I was in an arm sling. Thank you so much for such great customer service clerk number 20!

Sheree is absolutely fabulous! I drop off packages on a daily basis. Sheree is always happy with a nice word to say. She is always so helpful. She is definitely a huge asset to the post office.

Quick service (although at 2:30 p.m. on a work day), reasonably stocked inventory, and cordial staff. Ample parking for when it gets busy, unlike most USPS locations I have been to.

I get other peoples mail which leads me to believe others could be getting my mail.I posted a card May 5th. It was deliverec today May 27th.Seriously???

Theyre always delivering my mail to my neighbors mail boxes and I usually have to go hunt it down. I get an email every morning letting me know what will be delivered that day. Ill order important stuff from online shopping and itll show that it is coming that day. Then Ill get the notification that it was just delivered. Ill run outside to my mailbox all excited to take possession of my items. Only to find what Im looking for isnt there. But my bills sure are! 😡 They never get lost. Anyway back to the missing packages. It says delivered but nothing there. Now when I contact post office they dont know what happened but I must of had received it. Then when I contact the place I orderd from, theyll say that it shows it was delivered to your address. But I tell it wasnt I dont have anything in my possession. Oh well I have to eat it and take the loss every time! Happened 3 times!

Worst customer service at a post office that Ive seen in my 66 years. They never have postcards, they dont give change and the clerk tells you to use your credit card, and they removed the drive up mail collection boxes which are at every post office Ive visited, except at Tequesta.. This is in a community with many seniors, some with disabilities. Clearly, the clerks and supervisor just cant be bothered. And this all started before dejerk dejoy became postmaster.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY PHIL!!! THAT LAZY SOB NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THERE ARE PEOPLE WILLING TO WORK & HELP FOLKS VERSUS HIS LAZY SELF

Never had any issues with the service or the staff. Its as it should be and as expected. I live nearby and use the post office quite often, and Im always pleasantly surprised with how helpful they are.

I am missing a package, they called me back but when I found my tracking number the local # they used doesnt work. How are you supposed to get in contact with someone!!!!

Most of the time I get better service in Tequesta office than other post offices. But when theres a problem, its never their responsibility. I knew FOR SURE that the delivery person had misplaced our packages, because one was delivered for me and one for my daughter on a same day and neither one was anywhere to be found. They automatically blamed it on the retailer (Amazon). Amazon was kind enough to replace the items. 10 days later our neighbor 2 houses down brought our packages though and told us that they were left by their door, but they just now noticed they did not belong to them. As I said, they never take any responsibility for anything, so Amazon did and paid for it. Of course later on I returned the extra items. City- and Federal offices are just horrible in general. Employees have the attitude that their word is the law and they cannot be fired for any bad behavior.

Well run, accommodating operation. The team there is great.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. CANT EVEN FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE RATES OR SERVICES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE. AND THEY KEEP ASKING FOR RAISES? PEOPLE AT WINDOWS ARENT BAD BUT THE REST.....

They have hours that dont work with a working person. We use all other means possible before resorting to the us post office. Thank goodness we dont have to use them often and there are many great options that actually take people in to consideration. Try UPS or FedEx. The US post office is broken and not likely to be fixed any time soon.

Very disappointed with this post office as they will not fix their mistake or honor what their website clearly states.

Accidentally had UPS package sent there on Jan 18. Someone named “Little” accepted it. Now it is gone. USPS theft?Also It says they accept general delivery on the website then when I get there on the 22nd the angry black woman from the back tells me they don’t?!?!?!?She did not appear to be ignorant. It seemed from the moment I walked up that she was angry that I am a white male.I called to reorder and they sent me more free. I didn’t even ask!Definitely not getting this order sent there!Hahahahaha

Grumpy old guy (usually to the left) has the personality of a rock. I know it is probably not the case but I swear he tries to find reasons not to be helpful.

The only post office in the area where i get treated like a human, staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. If you think that the line is long here, you have never been in the Gardens,West Palm or Lake Worth locations.

If I could give 0 I would. Rude little man behind the desk!!! Customers are old and grumpy too.Will never go back!

Have submitted NUMEROUS address changes to update my location in Jupiter and this Post Office continues to return my mail as incorrect address. I have gone in person, spoke to the manager, NOTHING has worked. Manager was rude and condescening and told me it would be fixed... that was 2 months ago and they are still returning my mail as undeliverable at my address. Totally ridiculous.

Terrible neighbor. Start working on trucks at 445 am, blasting music, beeping horns. Very inconsiderate to the dozens of town homes nearby with sleeping kids, workers, and seniors.

This post office last two of my packages and the employees are extremely rude they dont care. Id rather pay a little extra money and use FedEx or UPS at least I know my packages will get to my destination.

Very helpful at the post office and our mailman is also very nice.

These people are the reason the USPS should be privatized - they would be fired.They do not answer phone calls ever.They are rude and discourteous to young and old alike.They do not care about their work and it shows in the delivery of the service.Just another example of wasted government funding.

The day time employee (he wears the Mr T rings) that works here is so very rude and extremely condescending! I thought it was just with me but then my mother in law went in there yesterday and he spoke to her in such a distasteful manner! I cannot believe this man still works here, this is NOT the first time! Everytime I go in there he always has some kind of chip on his shoulder and hell give you an attitude and then proceed to laugh about it! I dont understand where his cocky attitude comes from being that they cant even keep track of the Mail! Ive had multiple cards go missing and he told me to stop putting the mail in the outside mailbox bc people steal the mail! I proceeded to tell him that I always walk my mail inside and he rolled his eyes as if I were lying! Everytime I go in there I have to mentally prepare myself bc I know Im going to be reprimanded as if Im his child. Its disgusting and extremely disgraceful! Go to the ups store instead...!

Never answer phone. Makes you feel like a burden. Mail always gets delivered to wrong address!
