I have been in customer service for over 40 years and I know exceptional customer service when I see it. Sandy is a true asset to this company. They are lucky to have her. Lots of hands on cleaning, plenty of employees to tackle high volume of customers. If you want a fresh and clean vehicle give them a try. Always busy so avoid Saturday mornings if you can.

Been using their wash and fold service for nearly 2 years. The last time I used their services, my clothes get lost and it looked like they threw in some tattered garbage to make up the weight difference when I picked up my bag. This tells me they were well aware of my laundry being missing, but tried to cover it up so I wouldnt notice when picking up. This has been brought to their attention, but no one has returned my several calls and messages. If a resolution isnt offered soon, I will start standing on the sidewalk with signs warning others. Its absolutely ridiculous that I now have to spend over $500 replacing the items lost due to their carelessness of such a simple task.

Has what you need, for cost I believe there could be better cooling. Lots of machines. For most its 2.50 to wash and to dry 25 cents gives you 5 minutes. Out of all the ladies who work there one is very rude.often times makes the environment unpleasant. She smokes with the doors open so the laundry room will smell nasty. The elder lady is very sweet.

I drop off my laundry and they do a pretty good job. I think all the staff are friendly. Great place.

We have been doing our laundry here for 2 years now. Normally in and out in 45 mints. Today another girl was working,not Miss Ann and all the dryers was taken by her doing other peoples laundry. Yes she took up All the dryers except the 4 old ones in the back I had 5 loads to dry. Not good Mgt.
