I’ve been using the laundry service (wash and fold) for at least a year and the staff is usually helpful and pleasant. I find if you are friendly and polite, people are friendly back. The prices are competitive for our area and there is an extra charge for same day service. Would recommend it. Be careful, the small parking lot takes patience to get a space.

I had to run in here and take care of something for a client. The lady at the counter was pretty helpful. I took one star off because it was kinda dirty, especially the bathroom (really dirty). But as far as a laundromat goes, this was a pretty decent experience overall!!

Met the owner. He is super helpful.He set me up with a commercial account that really helped me out being 987 miles away.Owner hires immigrant workers who are very reliable.Yet, difficult to understand at times.One person made a rude comment about it and I asked to have it removed.One person said the staff does not accept credit cards. Not true.I use mine each time. I think the problem was the employee was not trainedTo know how to process a credit card.Language is an issue, yet it is a self service coin operated laundromat.Best time to process drop off and pick up orders is doing 9 to 5 pm.Jupiter Bay Vacation Properties

Just picked up my king size quilt that was laundered here. The staff is very friendly and the laundromat is clean. The price was fair as well...I paid $16 to have the quilt washed and dried. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to drop off or DIY their laundry.

Im new to using laundromats, Ive been to a couple in Jupiteralready and my experience was way less than great. But this place was so amazing!by far the cleanest Ive seen, the cheapest, best selection, and the staff was absolutely incredible. She was super informative and really really sweet and nice. Definitely found my spot

Loads of machines, helpful polite staff but facilities were not clean (floors and bathroom smelled strongly of urine @11am). It appears that there is no a.c. as they have several fans running. Large machine was 8 dollars, and medium machine was 7. To wash heavy duty as I chose to it was another dollar without the option for hot water so likely wont be returning here.Also the gambling machine is rigged to where even if you win you cant collect.

Half the machines were broken... Ive never seen where what temp you was you clothes on cost more if you use warm or hot water... WAY over priced. $9.00 for one washer. I would NOT recommend this place nor will I ever go back. $40 dollars just to wash 5 loads... that didnt even include drying my clothes that was only washing. Ill go back to Hometown Coin Laundry before I come here again!!

I was in a bind when my apartment complex machines were all down. Despite the late request from me the staff was very understanding and invited me to come do laundry! Ill only go there now. Facility is clean and then machines are in good working order.

Helpful attendant. Long time since I have been at a laundromat...shicked by prices. $5 for each cold wash and 25 cent for every 5 minutes of drying time. Everything was clean. Change machine inside. Soda machine, tv, and clean restroom.

Nicely kept and clean. A variety of machine sizes. Prices seem reasonable. Also games available to pass the time and wifi while your there. Helpful staff, wash & fold available too. Dry cleaning (sent offsite) also. Thanks!

The smallest load size available is $5 per load... $.25 for 5 mins of drying. The washer overall were not very clean, they leave the doors closed so they smell of mildew and humidity. Tons of soap scump in the dispenser area.

These people are a total joke. The last time I used him they totally destroyed my clothes and the service was horrible. The owner called me and apologized and promised that if I came back as a customer they would do a great job for me and give me a same-day service. I went back and the girl try to completely overcharge me for same-day service. She said she was too busy or to do my stuff today and if she did you have to charge me extra. I would highly recommend to anybody who goes to this place turn around and walk out. It’s a total joke. Besides I’m doing horrible work they want to charge you extra to do horrible work. Her and give you an attitude on top of it. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

Best laundromat around Jupiter, FL with plenty of newer looking machines from big to small washers and two walls of dryers. Always friendly, knowledgeable staff who was willing to show me how to use the machines.

I will never go back to this place after the way I was talked to and treated today. The woman that was working today accused me of purposely trying to damage one of their washing machines by jamming multiple coins in at the same time. I have never been treated like that as a customer and she has no business in customer service. I would never treat a customer the way she did. I had been coming here for a couple of months and never had a problem until today. I put one coin at a time in and apparently that washing machine is not working properly because it only registered that I put into coins and the rest of them were stuck somewhere in between. She came over with a coat hanger and tried to dislodge the coins but was unable to. She then accused me of jamming all of the coins and at the same time and walked away. I put my stuff in another washer and spent another $10 and when I approached her she had no intention of refunding my money. She was nasty and belligerent to me and I will never return to this laundromat. Trust me go somewhere else. This place is way overpriced and the people that work there are apparently very rude. They charge $6 to wash a few items of clothes in a small washer and $10 to wash clothes in a large washer and I think those prices are ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere until I get my washing machine fixed.

Awesome place. Ive used them for business and personal laundry, owner is unbelievable accommodating and I have found the pricing to be almost exactly the same as competitors.

Website and sign on door says it close at 9pm but they will NOT let You wash after 7:30pm :👎👎👎👎👎👎its ok I guess but the least the owner can do is put a sign 📄 on door so that we know, After I had 2 big washers full the lady tells me I can not wash the clothes because the last wash is at 7:30 really??? 🤔🤔I only needed an hour to wash and dry..its ok I guess but If the owner had a sign on door I shouldnt have waste my time... and also they will not accept credit or debit cards to pay for the detergents, but I notice that there is a cc scanner by register ...I went to the one on Northlake which is kind of far but I had the service I needed.

This is the second time they have closed early with no warning while I still had clothes in the dryer. Employees are extremely rude and do not care about the closing time posted on the door they leave whenever they want even if they still have custumers clothes.
