I just needed a haircut did not have a place in mind. Randomly I picked this hair salon that came up on a Google Maps search . Big was my surprise when my favorite haircut was done beautifully by Jessica. Jessi did exactly what I asked for, a Modern Stacked Bob. I am absolutely impressed because from my experience I know that not all hair stylists are able to do a nice looking Bob with a side-parted cut bringing volume and body to my straight hair . I walked into this Salon per word of mouth recommendation to see Jessi. She was able to schedule me the very next day for a root smudge, high light and low light color fix and hair cut. Let me just say I was more than impressed with how beautiful my hair turned out!! She is very talented, friendly, spunky and did turned my hair into exactly what I had imagined. Today was my second time doing Botox hair therapy with Ruby. My hair feels so much better after bleaching it for couple of years...She is amazing and knows what to do. The best part is she won’t do anything that can negatively affect your hair, instead she would suggest a different treatment that can refresh your hair without damaging too much. Am a “snowbird” who had been trying to find a “ go to” hair salon to provide all my hair needs such as cut,color, foil and keratin treatments. After trying numerous salons I came upon Illusions! I had gone at the end of season May 2018. I then traveled backnorth and went to my usual hairdresser over the summer to my disappointment. I returned to Jupiter in December 2018 and quickly made an appointment at Illusions. I have been going there ever since for all my hair appointment. I have now officially transferred all my hair needs to Jasmine at Illusions salon And have continually received great results each and every time I visit. I highly, highly recommend the salon! I went to illusions this morning for the first time to get my highlights, cut and blow dry done and was blown away at what an amazing job Jasmine did! I have been trying to find a hair salon I can go to regularly for my highlights instead of bouncing around to different places each time and I have definitely found my salon! My hair came out perfect! I would highly recommend this salon! (especially jasmine!)

Illusions Spa and Salon is the Best! They are a high end Salon and Spa and the prices are very affordable! I went in with very damaged brassy blonde hair and Jasmine did my color and conditioning treatments and my hair looks the best it has in many years! The color is perfect, still light blonde, with no more orange and it is shiny and silky again! The staff at Illusions are awesome, they all make you feel at home and always greet you with a smile! I Love this place!❤😘

I moved to Jupiter in July of 2018 and had no idea where to get my hair cut and colored. I have longish blonde hair and I am getting more and more gray every day. After reading a few reviews, I decided to go to Jasmine at Illusions Spa and Salon. I am so pleased that I gave Jasmine a try! She is fantastic and gave me a great cut and gorgeous blonde highlights. I have gone back several times now and this is definitely my favorite new salon. Jasmine is talented and a lovely person as well. Her prices are fair and reasonable. You will not be disappointed!

This was my 3rd visit to Illusions & once again another great experience! I had my hair colored & a keratin treatment. I was in & out in no time & the owner even stayed longer to accommodate the extra service I added on. I came out with silky shiny gorgeous blonde hair. After living in NYC & going to the top salons I have finally found a place in Jupiter which fits the level of quality I have been seeking. I must make mention of there oil infused straightening service which I had last time. It left my hair looking gorgoeus, smooth & frizz free for days in humid Florida. It’s my sure go to place if I want a perfect hair day!!

SO BAD THEY LET ME LEAVE FREE OF CHARGE BECAUSE THEY FELT BAD. WORST SALON I have ever been to. Jessie has noooo idea what cosmetology is. They had to call in the boss in order to fix what they did to my hair. Went in for a bayalage and came out with a solid head of YELLOW hair with god awful solid lines of attempted blend at the top. After telling them My ends were already bleached and it did not need anymore, I was told its impossible to not bleach the ends. It is now dead and in need of a real Stylist to repair it. Asked for them to not cut it, and an inch and a half was taken off. If you do go here do not let Jesse touch your hair. The purple shampoo is used to continue the bleaching process and remove the yellow tones, but in my case, Jesse had no business doing hair and continued to pour the purple shampoo in my hair even after we expressed concern for how white it turned out. Mortified absolutely worst experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

So i called Illusions Salon this morning and i was able to be fit in right away, which was wonderful. I talked to Jasmine the owner what i had done to my hair and the damage from striping and bleaching my hair my self. She explained to me to come down so she could get a better look. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! I just moved here from New York City I know no body and After a long time and debating where to go and reading some online reviews I decided to go to Illusions salon. After 2 years almost without cutting my hair I asked Jasmine work her magic. AND BOY SHE DID! let me tell you all she knowsnwhats she is doing! She was so warm, kind and really a good hearted person. She is willing to do anything for her customers she was reassuring and took her time with me. She was absolutely 100% attentive asking every question I would expect a stylist to ask. When entering the salon my hair looked a total mess, I was sick and tired of my burnt fried hair job i did my self looking all dull, dry and lifeless. I showed Jasmine a photograph of what I wanted and she did exactly that and it turned out perfect. Jasmine even turned it up a notch and tought me ways to do my hair at home to keep up with my uncontrollable frizz. The salon is very chic and hip with top of the line products to buy and even some hair brushes, clip in bangs and jewerly. I was offered Coffee, or water and they do specials. And I took Jasmine up on her special offer for karatin. I have never had my hair so straight before. Illusions uses the top of the line karatin treatment because I have had it done before where I could not take the smell of the chemical and I could not believe it I had not reactions because the products were not cheap. If your looking for the best karatin straightening they do it right here. Its really worth it. I explain how damaged my hair was from bleach and Jasmine explained everything that was an option and showed me color charts to make sure it was exact to my photo i showed her on my phone. Everyone else is so professional and so sweet. so all and all I am 1000,000 % satisfied with my roots touched up highlights, low lights, and cu, blow out and straightening and karatine treatment. Jasmine has the most reasonable rates around just to think with I would have paid if I was still in New York City. Truly Thank you Jasmine your an angel and a life savor your forever customer. :)

I and my family were shopping at T J Max when I asked my wife if we should try Illusions again. We took a peek through the window to make sure Anita was not working. 😦😨😱😲To our joy she was not there! 😄☺😄Us and the kids enjoyed getting our haircuts by Lynn and Jessie. The Halloween decorations were awsome! The kids got a real kick out of it.😊 They did a wonderful job. The shop has been remodled and looks amazing! They had us all out of there in no time at all! Besides getting the best haircuts and service. We learned we no longer had to peek in the window as Anita 😱 no longer works at Illusions. 😊😀

While searching for a new hair dresser in the area, I stumbled across Illusions Spa and Salon and was impressed by the good reviews. I called and spoke to the owner of the store, Jasmine, who quoted me a price for what I was asking for (Ombre highlights and a new haircut). I was confident after talking to her and made an appointment. Sadly, It was a HORRIBLE decision. Once I showed up, she immediately doubled the price she had quoted me saying she needed to a second process to make it natural. I agreed feeling as if her explanation would make the end result worth it. By the end of appointment, I couldnt really see anything wrong in their lighting and was rushed out pretty quickly. When I got home, I realized why. My hair was bright yellow instead of the ashy blonde highlights I asked for. She clearly had no clue how to do ombre highlights AND there were lines all over my hair showing exactly where every single foil ended. None of the highlights went to my scalp so my hair was patchy. IT WAS HORRENDOUS. The next day I went to a hair salon in Gardens who examined my hair and said after owning a salon for over 16 years, I have never seen anything like this. I then had to pay double for him to fix Jasmines horrible attempt at doing hair. I had to have 4 different processes (balayage highlights, hair color on my roots, lowlights, and toner) done just to make my hair look somewhat decent. I cant speak for the rest of the staff, but I am highly disappointed that the owner of the store not only did a horrible job, BUT also let me leave with my hair looking horrible instead of trying to make it right or admitting her mistakes.

Why post hours if you never adhere to them??? Very frustrating calling and stopping by and every time,no one answers nor is present.

Actually my name is Teresa i had coupons for hair dying and highlights so my app was set with Anita this sunday not reccommended she had to dye my hair several times to get the color right then omg she was supposed to layer my hair and I went home to find a long strand of hair inthe back and No layers I immediately called she told me to come in the next morning tfix the hair cut and the nex t morning i went back and as she was cutting my hair I literally told her to stop right in the mdddle of it she made it worse my hair was boxed cut so uneven and NO FREAKING LAYERS so I drove right to super cuts in chasewoood plaza where i normally go and they fixed my hair cut it breaks my hair to write this because anita is very sweet but its not about a friend ship its about getting the proper hair cuts/coloring I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO ILLUSSIONS EVEN IF IT WAS A FREE TRY!!!!!!!!!!!!! so sorry anita but i have to worn others

This week was my one year anniversary at Illusions- and I marked it with my fifth visit to Jasmine for a haircut and high/low light. New to the area last year, I was nervous to have someone new cut and highlight my hair. Jasmine listened to what I wanted, and I walked out with a beautiful cut, natural-looking high and low-lights, and a healthy-looking style. I have consistently come back and have been pleased each and every time. Gina at the front desk is incredible at scheduling, accommodating, and even keeping her word when she says I can call you if we get a cancellation. The salon has such a fun vibe and I not only love my hair, I enjoy my visit. Looking forward to many more anniversaries with Jasmine and her team.
