I am so relieved and lucky to have found Dr Mejia at Jupiter Dermatology! I’ve been going there for about 5 years and I’m always satisfied with my appointments. Most recently, Dr Mejia helped to fix my face after a plastic surgeon did a very aggressive “test spot” of an IPL laser and ended up scarring me terribly. Dr Mejia was understanding and knew what to do gradually to help me out. He and his staff are friendly, professional and I always feel like I am in good hands when I go there.

I went for a minor 15 units of Botox in the middle line of my forehead. Yes its literally a line. I remind Ally every time JUST THE MIDDLE LINE! Her ego and arrogance is so huge that she is physically and mentally incapable of doing this simple task. Ally does it Allys way not listening at all to her patient. Thus not putting enough units where I need it and putting the rest exactly where I did not want it. Which is at the top of my forehead relaxing that muscle thus pushing my hair line back. Its like she does it on purpose. I specifically tell her not to put it there but she cant help herself. She has to defy her patient.

Dr Mejia and his staff are awesome, very professional and super sensitive to the patients needs. I’m always taken into the exam room at the exact time of my appointment. From there the attentive staff and doctor efficiently and effectively do whatever is necessary to treat the issue I’m there for. The doctor always lays out all the options and takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. It’s refreshing in this day and age to receive such great attention. I’d recommend this doctor to anyone with dermatology needs.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mejia for years. From skin cancer checks, to cosmetic Botox, as well as Botox to relieve TMJ. He is truly a knowledgeable and skilled doctor with a fantastic personality. His office staff is wonderful as well.

I HAD 17 STAPLES IN MY HEAD LEFT IN TOO LONG DUE TO SEVERED SPINE IMMOBILITY. HAIRS WERE GROWING ALL THRU THEM SO I COULDVE LOST A 2 inch SWATH FROM FOREHEAD TO CROWN! DR MEJIA SAW ME IMMEDIATELY, DELICATELY REMOVED THEM 2SALVAGE MOST OF THOSE HAIRS! FOR THAT IM THANKFUL TO THE ENTIRE STAFF❣

If you want the job done right and once for all you’ve found your doc. Atmosphere is relaxing with a great staff feeing extremely inviting. Dr. Mejia is extremely detailed in explaining procedures so you can feel comfortable and is if you’re in great hands. He is very personable and lightens the kids with his humor. Not only is he a great doctor but a great human being. Highly recommended

Im actually writing this because my boyfriend is too lazy to. Dr. Mejia did an excellent job! His hair looks soooo much better now, and so much fuller. My BF is so happy and confident now. I just wanted to share that with anybody considering this doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Meija and Ashley for 16 years. The office is amazing and they are all very dedicated to what they do. I have had multiple surgeries for skin cancer and you would never know. Recently I had another Mohs surgery on my birthday and they welcomed me with a song and a small gift. Dr. Mejia is a very good doctor. He is very knowledgeable in the field of dermatology and was able to answer all my questions. He is very friendly and makes sure all his procedures are done right and that his patients are happy. Dr.Mejia was very responsive to my concerns. He asked that I set an appointment with him which I did this afternoon. I feel very confident going forward that Dr. Mejia is going to help me resolve the situation with my finger cyst. He was very thorough in explaining all of my options and why he felt the more conservative approach was still a better option at this time, rather than surgery. The removal and cauterization was virtually painless. I can now understand why he receives so many positive reviews and I will recommend Dr. Mejia as well in the future.

Dr. Mejia has been our family dermatologist for 14 years and counting. To my mother, he has in someway served as a sort of guardian angel, especially during her bout with skin cancer over a decade ago which she was able to successfully defeat with the help of Dr. Mejia. Subsequently, to myself and my father, he has also provided excellent care and we could not be more grateful. Apart from being highly skilled at what he does, he is also incredibly amiable and always makes us feel at home during our office visits. I had a lipoma on my neck and was removed by Dr. Mejia. PETRA medical assistant very professional and efficient. Thanks PETRA, you also did a very good job.

I recently noticed two recurring small scabs, 1 on my shoulder and 1 right below my eye. Dr Mejia had the skin tested but he said at least 1 was probably skin cancer. As it turned out, both were positive for basil cell skin cancer, and he successfully removed all of it. I am skin cancer free now. I thought he was very professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. He assured my wife that over the next couple of months, the scarring would be virtually invisible. I would recommend him to anyone with any dermatological needs.

Highly arrogant. Someone screwed up some test results and he then spent quite a bit of time trying to belittle me to inflate his own ego. His nurse was nice. I would image he goes through quite a few. Several fake 1 time reviewers here giving 5 stars to change his rating score. Again, inflating his own ego.

Dr. Mejia and all of his staff are wonderful. I had my skin cancer removed and plastic surgery all at the same time. It was on my nose and you cant even tell it was removed. Thank you Dr. Mejia and Ashlyn his PA.

I understand Im not paying out of pocket for my appointment but I was scheduled for 9:30 I wasnt scheduled for 10,10:30 or even 11 If the doctor had a surgery scheduled for or during my app time by a out of pocket payer I believe out of being professional that you would think they would have the needed time slot blocked off for the procedure instead I sat for over a hour I wouldnt of said anything if the Medical assistant didnt say he would be right in a hour before I finally got fed up and said im leaving I believe patients should be treated with equal amount of respect either someone be on state or even a out of pocket payer I find how today went just proved I rather go somewhere else and pay out of pocket so hopefully I get treated better

After I received new insurance card, I called Dr Ricardo and his staff to make sure I was not out of networkI asked them to double check it, since it s a HMO plan, and it was an emergency for my 10 year old daughter to see a dr.I said; DO not give me an appointment if you are not 100% SURE.staff said YES, YOU ARE GOOD and gave me an appointment 2 weeks later.When we arrived we had to wait 30 min before someone realized we were here. when they finally took the insurance card and id, we were asked to fill a formafter another 30 min, the front desk lady told us that my daughter couldnt see the doc as we have an Obama plan...I told them No it s not an OBAMA plan, but private insurance that I pay.So we had to wait..... she finally told us SOrry we are out of the network..Random staff........useless.avoid this place...
