I enjoyed Stretch Zone immensely! It was quite clear after just a few sessions how my hips and back were getting more flexible. I enjoyed every session and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional during the stretches. For anyone looking to improve flexibility and movement, this is a deff 5 star place to go!

Im new to the stretch zone. My first free visit was with Theresa. She explained everything as she went along. Had second stretch today with Ty and I can feel the difference already in my flexibility. All the staff is very professional and address all my concerns and areas of discomfort. Place is clean and tables cleaned between each client. Will be recommending to others.Mara
