This dental office is amazing! All the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The wait time was quite short as well. I just recently moved to Florida and the staff took the time to explain the insurance information to me since I am still learning about the medical system. They left a great first impression on me! I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Christie is unbelievably Awesome! You get the combination of an excellent pediatric dentist with the bedside manner of an awesome mother which results in a comfortable environment for the child. We love this place. They are so good with my kids. My 18 month old hates when I brush her teeth but her first visit was very successful and she let the dentist clean her teeth with no fussing.

Excellent pediatric dentist office. Dr. Christie and Paulette were amazing at keeping my 5 and 8 year old kids calm and comfortable. The 5 year old was very hesitant about the dentist and they talked her through each part of the visit and procedures. Children and dentistry is definitely a unique calling and this office has the staff that exceeds that!

I had my braces for a while and my appointments never took too long. My teeth came out great and the dentists were always careful and made sure everything was ok. Honestly the best! My kids have been coming since babes 6 and 5 now and I’ve never had any issues. Super clean, staff is amazingly friendly! The kids come out feeling so special. I’ve never had to wait long for anything. Even super helpful with payment and insurance policies and questions. We love Dr.Christine Michaud ❤️

I don’t like how the receptionist was rude to me. She called me by the wrong name expecting me to answer but it wasn’t my name. It’s extremely rude the way they harass people about wearing a useless mask. Their attitude implies that it is a control issues. The other receptionist, Crystal was nice as always.

Went in for a free cleaning over 600 dollars in insurance claims latter and seems 100 out of my pocket.they even charge you for there own facemask.

Ms.Faye and Dr. Thomas were excellent and took great care of my child during her dental procedure. All of the staff at the front desk are friendly and polite, creating a great atmosphere and environment to be in.

If I can give 10 stars plus I would! Crystal and her whole entire staff provide such professionalism! From the communication to scheduling it’s beyond the experience I expected. From the orthodontist, dentist and the whole staff everyone is amazing, professional and courteous. If I had to drive 2 hours for my kids to be treated I would!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! The entire office was so friendly and nice. My daughter had an accident at school needing stitches to her lip and was in desperate need of pain relief and make sure the teeth werent damaged. All the nurses and staff that helped give my daughter a cleaning with this injury was amazing. They were sooo patient with us. My daughter is 4 and this was her very first time at the dentist with a broken lip open. Thank you dr. Paulette

I feel happy when I come in very excited.

Super disappointing first experience here after waiting a solid month to get in. The wait took longer than average however I can deal with that especially with all that is taking place now thanks to COVID-19. However what is NOT OK is the lack of interest in tending to the patient. I took in both of my girls for their very fist visit here. Waited about 30 minutes and they finally got taken back. After about 20 minutes the dental assistant came out and said they did great the dentist would be with me soon to discuss the findings and any treatment plan. Well after about 20 more minutes of waiting in the area I was taken to I took it upon myself to check with the front desk to make sure I wasnt forgotten about. I was then advised it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked what I was waiting for exactly and it was then brought to my attention the dentist was in the middle of an exam/procedure with another patient. Baffled by this, I explained I was leaving and cant wait on another patient to be worked on. I asked if I would get a phone call to go over what the dentist found and they assured me I would. Well folks my appt was on Saturday Nov 21st - it is now Wed Nov 25th and not a word from this office. Needless to say i wont be returning to this office. I just can not wrap my head around why in the world one patient who is already done would have to wait on another patient to be tended to. Clearly I was forgotten about and no one cared enough to even follow up. Very unprofessional. Almost 2 solid hours in this office for a cleaning and set of xrays for two kids and I never got to see or speak to the dentist.

They all always do such a great job! Always super nice, professional, and they took great care of my Scarlett today! I highly recommend Main Street to all parents!

My children recently went in for a dental cleaning with Dr. Michaud and I can not say enough about how great the experience was for my children. Everyone who works there is wonderful, the facilities are engaging and clean, and our hygienists Ms. Brooke really took the time to make my children at ease. Dr Michaud, Brooke, and Miss Crystal are the best! They have great social skills and are very polite. Dr Michaud gives great injections. Not too pricey and the wait time isn’t very long! 100% recommend.

What a great experience for my kiddos! Roger and Brooke were amazing! They were very patient and friendly. Dr. Michaud’s office is extremely kid friendly! There are kid friendly shows playing on the television in the waiting room and each kid station to help distract the kiddos and make them feel comfortable. The kiddos received many treats for their behavior and services completed! I highly recommend!!!

The ladies at the front are awesome!! Those that work on my kids’ teeth are very patient and answer my questions. Best Pediatric dentist office ever! I have 3 kids, ages 5, 7 and 9. We have been coming here for almost 4 years and my kids actually get excited to come. When my daughter developed fear and anxiety over going in, the amazing staff completely changed her attitude around and quelled her fears by getting her involved in the process. They not only do amazing dental work they also relate to the kids and make them feel comfortable. Always a positive atmosphere. I trust their recommendations and am very grateful that they somehow got the kiddos care about and feel proud of their dental hygiene.
