Had appointments that were rescheduled by them multiple times because 1) the doctor had an emergency (by the way, the appointment was a month out but the doctor for some reason knew he would have an emergency on the specific day of my appointment) 2) after rescheduling my appointment they gave me another date at 4pm, which i accepted. two days before the appointment however i get a phone call stating that the appointment time was to late and that they would not be able to see my daughter for tooth extraction. again they assigned me the appointment date and time. it was NO secret how many teeth would be pulled and what the appointment was for. they then again give me another date for the extractions and i again say yes because i am at their mercy. two days before the appointment i am called AGAIN and appointment was cancelled. by this point i am LIVID! i do not recommend this place to anyone for business. once my daughter has her follow up this week, i will NEVER return here. but then again they wont know anyways because i will be told i am not a patient there...and yes that is what i was told when i called to confirm my appointment

My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed. After doing some research I found Jupiter Dental. She was treated by Michael London who was wonderful! His education and bedside manner had me sold. I truly felt that my daughter was in great hands. The office staff was very kind and helpful. Debra who works at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to deal with and her kindness is genuine. I would absolutely recommend this office to family and friends.

I wish there was a 0 option, I’m very disgusted with the service I received from this facility!!! Please pardon the lengthy review but I’m that frustrated. I’m a fair person and can handle any given situation very calm and collective but the receptionist Debra and endodontist Edward really pushed my buttons!!! My son had a root canal on July 16, 2021, and was told he would need a crown over the tooth. A request was put in for it but unfortunately my Insurance denied the request, the reason is that because the filling did not go completely to the tip of the tooth which is called and inadequate fill and therefore a cap can’t be approved for a tooth that has an inadequate fill from a root canal treatment. I drove an 45 mins to an hour from PSL back to the Dental Specialty Center of Jupiter where my son received his treatment from Endodontist Edward D. Kosakoski. Debra the receptionist was very rude and kept saying ‘I don’t know what to tell you, there is nothing she or the office can do’. Just call your insurance. I said the insurance already sent me a letter explaining why I got denied so it’s up to your office to fix it. Even the endodontist said that it’s BULL.. who told me that it wasn’t complete, he kept insisting that it was a complete root canal when clearly the xrays were showing that it wasn’t. They are very rude and unprofessional. Debra even told me to leave or she would call the cops, I told her go right ahead!!! Of course she knew she was wrong and didn’t. Now my son has to redo the root canal and I’m furious!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE..they do not complete the treatment and are very unprofessional when confronted about it!!! The only person who actually helped was an assistant named Sara and I’m grateful for her help.

Early 2021 I had to make a dentist appointment so i called my dental insurance and they sent me to Jupiter Dental Group, 90.9 miles away from me. At the time of the procedure i had to pay $175.50. About 6 weeks later i received a bill from jupiter dental group for $106, I called the office and spoke to the lady who answered, I explained i received the bill and she said that it was being billed to insurance that i didnt need to worry about it. Never heard back so all was good, then a couple months later i received yet another bill i called right away and asked if i needed to pay, i left 2 voicemails and i went on their website message and left a message for them to please check into this and call me back no response from them at all. Then i just got these letters in one from a dental collection and another from jupiter dental group. I called left a message no response called the next day got a lady on the phone who said she couldnt help that the office manager was at lunch and that she would give her the message. she never called back, so i called again and this time the office manager answered, i explained about all my attempts to call/write to find out about this bill. She said I owed $106 that my insurance didnt pay, i asked why as they are the ones who sent me to jupiter dental group, she said he wasnt going to discuss my bill over the phone and how i would like to pay, then tells me i am being rude.i told her i was disputing the bill .I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND JUPITER DENTAL GROUP!!

Made an appointment for my husband. Scheduled for 10am. He received a confirmation text of 10am. Then received another confirmation, same time. Then two days before the appointment, he received two confirmation texts for 11am and then 12pm. He called, they told him his cleaning appointment was at 11am, with a follow up after at 12pm. He got there at 10:45am.. by 11:45am, was not brought back, but others who came in after him, were brought back and their appointments were for later times.

Dr. Salehi is fantastic! I had to have some extensive work on a back molar. In the past with other dentists numbing the area was painful. I anticipated the pinching pain. However, Dr. Salehi made it painless! She took her time, was very gentle, and very caring. She has a great personality and sits and talks with you while waiting for the the area to be completely numb instead of leaving me alone in the room. She is very proactive and does a lot of things that most dentists have the hygienists do. Her staff is equally caring. Looks like I have a new dentist! 😊

Scheduled an emergency extraction two months in advance. I suffered infections and had to go to the emergency room multiple times. Had my surgery scheduled for July and they just called me and rescheduled in two days which i cannot make because the surgeon will be out on vacation. Out on vacation during my appointment which has been scheduled for two months now. My insurance needed more information for my claim and the office would not give me any info but instead asked me to have my insurance call them, hours later, i plan the whole thing out and the secretary wouldn’t give the insurance any info and the appeal was denied leaving me to pay out of pocket for my procedure which i had budgeted for but now my appointment was moved up two weeks and i can’t afford it. I have severe infections and when i asked the lady on the phone if i could even wait till the next appointment in September if i don’t take the one in two days and she said “sure!” Then laughed. I really just had a secretary laugh at the fact the Er doctor told me the infection could kill me. This dentist is out for his paycheck considering he is taking a vacation while previously scheduled patients are in life threatening situations. i was also called a man during my visit and waited an hour to be seen originally, which was my first appointment in the office and that first appointment was rescheduled three times by the office. But if you reschedule as a patient there is a fee. But no fee for the five reschedules the dentist has done. If i was able to reverse collect the fee i could pay for the procedure, they’ve played so much. Don’t go here unless you have to because of insurance. They do not care.

Dr. Salahi and the staff are great. Dr Patel did great work as well.Any area to focus on is on time appointments, I understand a few minutes but today I was today I was the first appointment after lunch 2pm. I was not called back until 2:25, I can say bring there 3/4 times over the past 6 weeks for crown work each appointment started 15-30 min past my scheduled time. I book these appointments around my work schedules now if I miss an appointment they charge me but I’m not compensated for the late starts to my appointments??? After spending 5k plus in the last several weeks is an on time appointment that much to ask for??Again the dr’s and staff keep me coming back they are great..but I’ll be exploring my options.

New patient and needed an emergency appointment to have a molar extracted. 9am I called the office, Debra who works the front desk, was incredibly kind and scheduled my appointment for 11am and directed me to their website, to complete new patient paperwork before arriving. Upon arriving, Debra greeted me, took my temperature and I waited in the lobby for a few minutes (nothing unusual) and was called back by Ocsava (sorry if I misspelled your name). She spoke with me about the reason for my appointment and that she needed to take a full mouth of X-rays. Knowing that I was in pain, she was extremely gentle getting the X-rays (thank you!). Dr. Salehi (rocking a red WW cap) came in, introduced herself, reviewed my X-rays and did an initial exam. She too was very kind, gentle, explained Id need oral surgery to address my immediate situation and presented treatment plans to address future work that I know is needed. I was scheduled for oral surgery same day, at 2pm. I returned to the office just before 2, waited in the lobby maybe 5 or 10 minutes, was called back again by Ocsava and Dr. Patel, Oral Surgeon introduced himself. He too was warm, kind, understanding and clearly explained the extraction procedure. He even cracked a few jokes with me. Even though I was in quite a bit of pain, every staff member that engaged with me, helped make this a great experience! Everyone was kind, caring and professional. 24 hrs post oral surgery, no pain and very little swelling AND Dr. Patel called to check on me! I cant remember the last time any Dr. or office did that. I will most definitely refer family and friends to this office for their dental needs! Thank you Jupiter Dental Group Staff!! 🙏

From the minute I walked in door I knew I was in good hands. The office was immaculate! The endodontist, Dr. Kosakoski amazing and entire staff friendly, happy, professional, compassionate and welcoming. Highly recommend

I went in to have all 4 of my wisdomtteth extracted and I just knew that once I left, Id be in so much pain. But, by the grace of God, I wasnt. The office staff is very nice and patient. They had my meds sent to the pharmacy immediately. Dr. Patel is very I ok relative and talks about everything that he is going to do before actually doing it. I was very surprised to get ancall from him on Saturday to check up on me. I highly recommend them.

After three years, I changed my Dentist to Dr. Salahi.I cannot say enough about how great of a Dentist she is. She is very knowledgeable, considerate and does an amazing job on my teeth. Her diagnosis about teeth problems is unbelievable. Also her office staff are very friendly & professional—specially during this pandemic 😷 when they take every precautionary measures for everyone’s safety.

Check yelp reviews! Not a safe practice. Although temperatures were taken at the door, staff did not wear masks consistently or correctly. Staff in rooms with patients wore masks below their noses and pulled them below their mouths at times at well. Staff behind the front desk wore masks below their noses and completely removed their masks at times. The woman who took my temperature got closer than necessary, and wore her mask below her nose. Measures appear to be in place just for show. Only leaving a review because as a patient I would’ve wanted to know ahead of time to avoid this place at all costs. Please reconsider following proper ADA and CDC guidelines.

They are absolutely unprofessional. I had a set appointment to get a cleaning done. When i arrived they start handing a stack of papers to sign, I asked them why so many papers?! They told me im getting my surgery done today. Two extractions and two implants.They never notified me at ALL and i had never met the surgeon either. I told them i wasn’t comfortable getting it done because i wasn’t prepared at all. They tried to peer pressure me to get ig done that day.They are in it for the insurance money. They also canceled another appointment for my impressions without contacting me. Their lack of constumer service is mind blowing. If i could rate them a zero i would. Don’t go here the manager takes things personal and is also unprofessional.

Staff did a good job, but I was billed for services I specifically refused and did not receive. When I asked them why they were billing me for things that I said I didnt want,, they said the did them anyway, and if I didnt pay, they would take me to collections. Nasty and dishonest front office and always trying to sell extras. Avoid them.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Patel and the whole staff there. His bedside manner is great and he even personally called to follow up the next day after a procedure. It’s not unusual for office staff to do that but I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor do that.

This is the THIRD time I have driven over an hour for an appointment that was cancelled. Every time I arrive I’m told they have been calling and I didn’t answer. I receive NO calls from them. I have confirmed my number with them more than once. I don’t understand how I receive texts reminding me of my appointment but when I arrive all of a sudden it’s cancelled and I haven’t been answering. I’ve dealt with the rude front desk for years, the long waits between appointments and the cancellations. This is the last time!!!! And just to add, I have been a patient there for YEARS. I’m disgusted.

I did not wait more than 5 minutes to be called from the waiting room. The staff obviously gets along well and loves each other. The doctor ordered a procedure far less invasive than his predecessor because he said it was not called for. I was impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. I have walked out of several Jupiter dental offices in the past few years. This office has my 5 star recommendation.

The Office Manager was very unprofessional. I was never informed about my copay( insurance is Medicaid) until the day of surgery. When office manager was confronted about this issue she stated, “well I’m telling you now.” Very rude and they have been unprofessional from the beginning but this stunt put the icing on the cake. Jupitet Dental Group has helped us in so many awesome ways! FInancial, dental, professional oral and dental care. We had a dental emergency recently and they were able to find time for us even though it meant working overtime for them. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. You are always treated with courtesy by a very caring professional staff. They have always provided excellent dental and oral care. I recently had oral surgery there and through out the procedure I knew I was in good hands! I highly recommend them. The office is organized, very clean, and well staffed. I particularly enjoyed working with Victoria. She made sure I knew and understood everything she was going to do during the procedure. She reviewed how to use my waterpik, recommended and awesome toothpaste, and told me about a really good mouthwash. She kept checking as she continued the procedure to make sure I was all right. No surprises, which was terrific. If you need dental work this is the place to go!

Jupiter dental group is very professional with their services, and make you feel really important. I had a root canal done on a tooth which kept giving me problems and everytime I called the office the entire staff seemed to be concerned about the discomfort I was feeling after the procedure. Dr B, even went to the extreme too come to work on his day off because of the discomfort I was feeling in the tooth. The ENTIRE STAFF is very warm hearted and makes you feel welcome and wanted from the time you walk in, and until the time you check out. I had a wonderful experience with the oral surgeon, Dr. Patel. However, the blonde middle aged assistant was rude and had no customer service. She made an anxious experience worse for me. When I would ask questions she would talk over me and not let me finish. Her attitude made the experience unpleasant. I dont think I will be going to this office again because the customer service overall in the office is lacking. I also had to call three times within a week to get in touch with my care coordinator because no one else in the office could speak to me about the surgery. I find it ridiculous that I can only talk to one person the office about my surgery plan and insurance information,and no one informed me in the three calls that I made that that individual was on vacation so I had to keep calling to figure that out.

Ive had my teeth cleaned here a few times now and Ill keep coming back. The office looks nice, the staff is great, and the wait isnt long. The most important part is that the cleaning is thorough. Your teeth look good and your gums arent bleeding and stinging afterward.

Excellent dental group Dr Armando Bengochea is just super nice, he is pleasant, professional, engaging and provides sincere conversation about my teeth always with a genuine smile. Sarah is so sweet and helps calm my nerves while getting me ready for Dr B Renata could not be more helpful with my questions, cares and concerns. They all are gregarious people, with great attitudes who consistently provide first rate customer service.

Quick work. Honest opinion by Dr. Patel. Ive been to dental offices that tell you you need everything but dentures just to get that extra $$ out of you. Did not get that from him. Also had a cleaning there and came out feeling grateful. Too often cleanings are a torturous business. The cleaning room was also spacious and had some nice sunlight streaming in. Quite a nice change from previous experiences.

I was refused to fix issues with low quality dental repairI have submitted complain to BBB about this wild (for me) case of unacceptable dental service in the USADetails:1) I had caries/cavities on my teeth 19 and 20. One of them (19) was very tiny.2) On July 25, 2018 General dentist Anny Vera, DDS strongly recommended to put a crown on 19 tiny cavity (~$800 cost to me) but I have insisted to put filling only (~$60 cost to me). The rationale under her recommendation was possible tooth invisible fracture. No any fracture was discovered during repair and after. I had this tiny cavity for >15 years and another dentist even refused to fix it 5 years ago because it did not disturb me.3) On August 27, 2018, General dentist Anny Vera, DDS put other fillings on my teeth 19 and 20. Again, she strongly recommended to put crowns but I have insisted to put fillings only again.4) After the treatment, I have found issue with interference fit-gap between 19 and 20 new fillings which made impossible my normal eating. The teeth pressure each other from sides. I had visited Anny Vera, DDS with a demand to fix the gap. Anny Vera started to blame me that I have refused the crown and it is my price for that. Anny Vera told that she can not adjust that gap between 19 and 20. I asked her to remove the fillings and to create a new one with a normal gap. Anny Vera refused to do it.5) Being refused to fix the interference fit-gap between teeth 19 and 20 I have started to scratch by my fingernail in between those teeth. In 1 -2 hours of scratching and 2 lost fingernails I have got an acceptable gap for normal living.6) I have ordered Dental Polishing Strips on ebay for $7 and have adjusted the gap much better than by my 2 fingernails. Good but still not perfect.7) On October 16 2018 I have got post mail from that dental office that they refuse to serve me anymore. This is an official confirmation of 4)My opinion: Anny Vera, DDS service is 1) not fair in damage and repair estimation 2) threading patient health 2) not reliable in fixing her mistakes with fillings 3) in general shady.

Dr. Vera’s workmanship is mediocre at best, had to rework crown multiple times to the point of giving up and seek real professionals. Dr. Vera low-balls your out of pocket expense without checking with insurance company and makes you agree with the proposed charges to then invoice you for the portions “not covered by the insurance”. Very deceptive practices. BE CAREFUL, or better GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I love my hygienist Alicia. Shes always on time and provides me with the best cleaning. The rest of the staff is extremely caring and kind. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Two of my parents recommended Jupiter Dental. I was very pleased with my care and treatment. I called yesterday to get treatment and found out my account was flagged and I was removed as a patient. After three phone calls and being lied to by the office staff, I did finally speak to the office manager who said that they had problems eight years ago with my HMO. My account had been fully taken care of but it was flagged and I was removed as a patient. I worked for the School Board of Palm Beach County and was one of its 20,000 employees. They dont want my business so I will go somewhere else where my money is wanted and I am appreciated.

The staff was very friendly, and my initial exam thorough. The only negative...they were running behind and I waited an hour past my appt. time before being seen. My next visit was on time. I think Im really going to be happy with this team!My next appt was with the oral surgeon, Dr. Patel, was so kind and patient to answer all my questions and ease my anxiety concerning the extraction and implant.. His assistant was also an excellent asset for seeing that my questions were answered.

Dr. Bengochea was very gentle and patient with me. Would highly recommend him and his office staff.

They wanted to do extra over a regular cleaning and charge me over a hundred dollars each time. I said I needed only a regular cleaning which is covered by insurance and I was told no, find another dentist. So I did.

I went to this office two times and found the committee I cation horrible from the time I walked in. The fist time I saw the dentist she seemed professional and nice but having other people in the office coming in to speak about other patients by name is.unprofessional. My second visit.was with the hygienist who was professional and good. I attempted numerous times to speak to someone about my 3rd visit but kept getting half of an answer for my question. Will not ever go back to this office. I truly can say I have never seen so many office staff with not a one who can answer a question.

NO STARS. After having teeth pulled over 5 years ago, still have hole into sinus. Returned several times after the extraction, only to be told it will heal on it own. I wonder what their time frame is, 20 years. After another sinus infection, and pressure building up forcing green funk to be drained into mouth. Would have had better luck wasting those thousands of dollars on crack, and booze.

I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s horrible service and warn others, but I fractured and chipped my 2 front teeth on my birthday no less! I left a voicemail around 6am and then showed up when they opened just before 9am and showed them what happened and the front desk said she would look to see what she had available and she told me to have a seat (thinking I would be there for quite awhile I sat there). I sat for like 10 minutes because they weren’t quite open yet, and my name was called fitting me right in! I think I left 2 hours later with my smile again and then proceeded to the local urgent care to have my face and head looked at and no broken bones in my face and no bleeding in my head following a head injury I sustained! Staff has always been nice and friendly to me and always took care of me during my appointments! Forever grateful and would recommend to friends and family needing dental care! Side note I did have to be patient when I first became established patient with chronic illness and needing clearance from my primary doctor and they got rattled, but I didn’t say anything or act impatient except that my doctor did send the clearance as I called my PCP about it during the appointment and they eventually found it but had the office resend it just in case! So patience is a virtue! But that is anywhere you go!

Absolutely amazing ladies. I came in with the upmost pain and needed major dental done on a very short notice. Dr Vera hand their hands full with me and did spectacular. I could not have asked for better dental group.

This office has changed so much over the years. Doctor Alveraez was their forever then they got a doctor that doesnt even know what shes doing I came in for pain this doctor Z didnt do anything about that she sent me for a Endo that doesnt even know how to talk to people the assist explained more then the doctor so that was a waste because she told me to come back and get a filling I could of done in the first place! This is a outrageous office. Not to say anything bad because I know the doctor is just starting but try somewhere else first if I were you .

The staff was so helpful and the doctors are wonderful. My daughter was so scared but Dr. Patel explained everything and made her feel more comfortable about her surgery.

Terrible dental office. My 1st visit took 45 minutes before I ever got to go back to a room which then waited another 20 minutes to be seen. They didnt have a doctor that could do root canals so they had to refer me out? I decided to try them again and this time sat for 1 hour watching 8 people that came after me go before me. Ive owned a dental lab for 15 years in my past and have seen good and bad dental offices but this one is the worst Ive ever seen. Go Elsewhere!!!
