Excellent and courteous service at this location. Robin was very helpful and provided knowledgeable and skilled service. I would definitely recommend. I brought an iPhone with a cracked screen in and the cell needed the LCD replaced also. Additionally I purchased a cover for the cell. Very pleased all around.

They are supposed to open at 9 AM. I showed up a few minutes after nine and the door was locked. I knocked, no one answered. I went next-door to get coffee, came back 10 minutes later and there were two people in line ahead of me. Super irritating. Waited another 15 minutes for the guy to tell me he doesn’t have my screen in stock. I’ve now wasted almost 30 minutes of my day all because they like to sit in the back with the door locked until someone apparently bangs on it loudly enough.

I had spent several weeks on the phone with Apple customer service and as much as they tried to help they were no help I went to see Lewis he fixed my phone for me immediately and took care of some other issues absolutely fantastic service courteous well recommend him to everyone that needs their iPhone repaired thank you

Don’t bring your iPad here, they won’t repair it. I came in for a cracked screen repair and ended up returning three time. The first two times they gave me defective screens with dead pixels, no problem, covered under their warranty. After I received it the second time I began experiencing LCD issues which is not covered under their warranty.

DONT GO HERE, THEY CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS AND STEAL YOUR PARTSmy boyfriend got water damage by leaving his phone out in the rain by accident, took it to this shop to fix it. firstly they took far longer than their 2-4 day timeline. after he received his “fixed phone” he got urgent updates that his new screen wasn’t an apple product and his device would slowly become less and less usable unless he got it replaced AGAIN. then he discovered his SD cellular data card was missing making his phone even more unusable.so glad he paid close to $300 for a less functional phone. DONT GO HERE DONT IGNORE THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS PLEASE.

Brought iPad in to be fixed the last day of November it is now March and my iPad is still not fixed even though they knew exactly what was wrong with it the day I dropped it off. I have been calling for two months now and they keep telling me it’s not fixed yet at this point I don’t know if I’ll ever get it back very poor customer service experience they yes you to death and then do nothing. I would not recommend this place if you need any electronics fixed just for the poor customer service alone it’s not worth the aggravation

Took my iPhone to have the battery replaced late afternoon. After I picked the phone up and went home. I plugged the phone to the charger and noticed it was not only charging but it was draining the battery and there was a orange streak on the display. I took it back the next morning and told them my issue. I left the phone with them for a couple hours and when I went to pick it up they asked me if I dropped the phone in water which I did not. He claimed that there was water inside and they would not honor the warranty. When I told him I did not get any water in my phone from the time I picked it up till the time I bought it back. They guy asked me how do I know you’re not lying. What an insult. Will never use them again

I got an iphone 5s cracked screen repaired here and these guys did wonderful job. The phone looks new and works great.

BEWARE, I should have known when it took the guy at the desk 40 minutes to write up my quote to put a new glass on my tablet. he kept being called back in the office to talk about personal things with the manager who knew I was out there and didnt care. They told me it would be 3 weeks, which I was fine with even though I use this tablet for work. I had not heard from them after over a month, so I went by there only for them to tell me that they havent even ordered the part yet since they mis-quoted me, and it was going to be more expensive. You cant get any worse customer service.

If I could give this business a lower score than 1* I would.I went in to get a new battery for my MacBook Pro. They told me they would have to order the battery and they needed an $80 deposit. That was in October. It is now january 10 and after many unreturned phone calls, I have now been told that Lewis the manger has started the refund process.No explanation, lies about emails that were sent to me, and no one knowing anything when I walk in for an update. This is one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. Im surprised they are still in business!!!!!!@!!!!!!!!

My iphone wouldnt charge and was very frustrating. The young lady at the store told me she could do a free diagnostic and check it out. 10 min later my phone was charging! She told me the was debris in the port and it just needed cleaning. VERY HELPFUL, highly recommend!

Came here to have a battery installed in my brothers phone. They took the phone apart and melted the glue off the back before they realized he had purchased the wrong battery. When we came back to pick it up they didnt charge us for their time but said if we got the correct battery it would only take a few minutes to install because everything was opened and ready to go now. Quite nice of them to not charge us for our own mistake.

So my iPad got crunched on 2 corners; glass shattered in several places across the whole screen. After an hour Mallory had the whole thing repaired. Looks like new! Awesome, I highly recommend this service

I came in with a broken screen. They fixed it and even sold me a tempered glass protector & a case. Fast forward to about a week later & whenever I would click certain letters it would type a letter I wasnt pressing. The issue got slightly better (or maybe I learned how to manage with this issue) and then randomly last night (now its been around 3 months) the upper part of my screen is completely unresponsive! I cant even get into my iphone! I decided to take it to another company that does the same thing as this one & with one look at it they informed me that it wasnt anything I had done wrong and that the previous person who fixed my screen had done an awful job. & just like that over $180 down the drain. Plus another $180 for my second screen repaid. Watch out. -___-

I went to this store in February this year with my MacBook Pro mid 2015 with apparently a battery problem. Asked them for a battery replacement service and they told me that didnt have a unit at the moment but It was able to order one paying the express shipping. Total of $189. I was in the area, for holidays, just for 1 week then I was flying back to my country. So I had no time to lose. They offer me a free diagnosis of my computer and it will be done in 3 days (because of the shipping) and they will sent me an email confirmation when the job was done. On my last day I went back to the shop, they have not even try to do the diagnosis nor even took 1 screw out from my macbook. They said come back at 5 pm, same result I had to took to another iFixYourI store because they had no techniciansand also they were not able to give me my money back. At the other store somebody said that was not the battery was the capacitor: 100% BS. at least I got my money back and now my computer with new battery is working without problems. DONT TRUST THIS GUYS, NOT RELIABLE. NOT COMPROMISED.
