Fantastic customer support! Our company uses Allstate for all of our computer needs and theyve never let us down. I was locked out of my programing computer and its a very vital piece of equipment. Bruce asked me to bring it in. He had me back in within 5 minutes. In the past, weve had issues with computers and Allstate has always been there for us. We know if we have problems with any computer, Allstate will resolve the issue in an extraordinary short amount of time. Brian and is team are the best. Excellent service! My hard drive failed. Brian & Mike assessed damage and was very helpful. A week later, I called for some help with setting up an external hard drive, Bruce logged into my computer and performed a quick fix at no charge. In my opinion, these guys genuinely care about the customer.
