The worst experience we have ever had with a rental car company.We spoke to Anthony, the branch manager of the Jupiter location, and he offered no resolution. He wasnt rude per se, but it was obvious he could not have cared less. He made excuses and said there was nothing he could do.In short, do not use this company for your rental car needs.Here is what went down... We reserved a pickup truck months in advance for a dive vacation we were slated to take in July. We specifically reserved a pickup because with dive equipment and a cooler full of fish, we wanted a truck bed for everything so it would be outside the vehicle. We showed up on Monday morning and they did not have our reserved vehicle. They offered us an SUV instead. My husband told them that was not going to work for us, so they sent us down to Riviera Beach where there was a pick up truck available. Mind you, the Jupiter location was where we originally reserved the vehicle because its just around the corner from our home in Jupiter.We go all the way down to Riviera Beach and pick up the vehicle, our vacation was delayed by several hours. They gave us a work truck that had been completely smoked out. It was disgusting. There were even cigarette burns in the upholstery. Any time we rode in the vehicle, we stunk. Our toddler smelled like smoke. We would go somewhere and we stunk like smoke. One of the most disgusting experiences.When we called to seek some sort of resolution, we were completely blown off. In fact, I spoke to an employee who lied about his name, lied about his location, and claimed to be a manager, which Im now confident was also a lie. Our concerns were completely blown off by the staff and company.Worst rental car experience EVER!
Reserving a car while mine was being worked on was very easy. Picking the rental car up was also easy. Anthony was great at going over the specifics. Returning the rental was simple. Joe even gave me a ride to where my car was. This was so helpful!I recommend Enterprise in Jupiter, FL. They are courteous and respectful of the safety precautions during this trying time. Ive been a business renter from Enterprise and others for years. The location of this branch to my house makes it an ideal choice for me but unfortunately now on 3 separate occasions Ive booked rental cars through this location, received confirmations, only to be called the day of letting me know they dont have any cars. I understand Covid has put a strain on this industry, but their customer service in letting their renters know about issues in advance is non-existent. Additionally they have given mixed messages, some indicating they would receive a vehicle and I was next on the list and others saying they have other renters who were priority because their bookings were made further in advance or for longer periods of time, etc. Management really needs to be improved as does the service here. Convenience only matters when reliability isnt an issue.
Double charged for recent reservation on 4/9/21. I called the business location, and spoke with a nice person there. She said that she would give my message to the manager, and no response in a month. Dissatisfied customer. Toyota Four Runner Rental - tire blow out. Exchanged the vehicle and was charged twice.Updated review on 5/19: I spoke with the manager and they will address the issue. Thank you Enterprise!

Rented one-way from Jupiter, FL to St. Petersburg, FL.Stayed too far away for them to pick me up . Have to be within 2 miles.But, the rental experience was favorable. Agents at pickup and drop-off were pleasant. At pickup, I noticed a small dent in the trunk lid and brought it to the agents attention. Not sure if he would have caught that, without me mentioning it. So make sure you look over your car carefully, before you drive off.
On the higher side of the price. The staff are proactive. My only complaint was being given a vehicle I asked for which made my day a little messed up. The Jeep Grand Cherokee had some software issues that locks the ignition which required road side assistance (I was provided that free of charge). Some staff here are nice, helpful and some are mean. Overall my experience was mixed but certainly much better than AVIS.
Really unhappy with the customer service. I made a reservation then inquired about an upgrade. It was for a special occasion and I was immediately told that an upgrade was not included which I knew. I was inquiring about the cost and availability of an upgrade. My customer service rep Alex could not tell me this after 2 attempts and directed me to the chat function. They were able to provide me with the information but were not empathetic at all about my poor experience and even ended up ending the chat before the matter was completely resolved, essentially hanging up on me. I was shocked by this being that I am an enterprise plus member and app user. If you want customer care look elsewhere.
The office in Jupiter has been very helpful. Theyve made the process very easy and went out of their way to get the vehicle I needed.

Reserved a car (luxury) Toyota Camry while visiting Jupiter, Fl and had a time of arrival at 1030 when I got there - No Camry, only a tiny Ford Escape for the same price???? Then they bill me for Coverages extra money that I never asked for or that I told the REP that I dont need any, but still get charged. Now you have to play the game of emailing them and wait and wait and still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my bill.If you reserve a car make and model - Id think with todays technology would or should show you what is available, not Sorry this is all we have.

Service is very attentive and covid restrictions are in place. The premier suv I rented was reeking of marijuana and there was a lot of dog hair in it. So cars could be a lot cleaner for the price and the Jupiter island clientele. All in all I’m bot picky as long as they have cars.

Ive been coming to this Enterprise for about a year now and the experience is amazing. The selection of cars is usually pretty good, and if they dont have my reservation ready, it usually arrives within an hour or so. I usually just upgrade and they work with me for a cheaper rate. The staff is friendly and the cars are always clean and normally have half to full tank. Despite Covid, theyre a great location to get rentals from. I go there so much, they know me by name lol. I really appreciate them, thank you for being open and fair.
TLDR- no selection- limited pay options- gas policy sucksI’ve rented there 3 times now in the last year and they have yet to have the vehicle I reserved. What’s the point of offering different classes of vehicles if you’re just going to give me whatever you have and call it an “upgrade”. No I don’t want an upgrade to a pickup truck, I have 4 people. No I don’t want an SUV for a road trip or I would have reserved one, I want a sedan that’s good on gas. Like I reserved.Last time I reserved a car, they called me an hour before the reservation to say they didn’t have a vehicle and they’d call me back when they got one. Never heard back! Went elsewhere.They don’t accept cash. This is 2020 not 2040.They have the opposite gas policy as rental agencies at airports. Instead of returning it full, which is easy to do nearby before drop off, they make you return it at the same level as when you receive it. So if the tank is almost empty, you have to calculate how much gas / how many miles to end up back at the return empty or else you’re filling up the tank for the next guy. Not a huge deal, but not 5 star service.
Horrible, booked a 15 passenger van online for the 4th of July weekend. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me that it had a bug infestation and they were bombing the van as we speak. They actually thought I would put my children and their friends in this environment. They offer no help, or alternatives. Beware
Do not rent a car from this place. We reserved a vehicle two weeks before the day we were to pick it up. On the morning of pick up they texted us to say that the car would not be ready to pick up at noon as expected because they did not have one. They said they would let us know when it arrived. A day later we never heard from them so we called. They said they would not have a car for us. They offered no suggestions just simply they don’t have a car. They really could care less. We have using Uber all week. So unless you want to Use Uber I would suggest you try a different rental agency.
The car we got had cobwebs inside, trash in the trunk and ants inside the car. We cleaned it out and proceeded on our trip. Later that day we came back to the car to discover ants all over the inside and outside of the car. Obviously there was a nest in the car. We discovered the car had not been rented since August (this was Oct. 23rd). Enterprise sent a AAA tow truck to pick up the car after a 3 hour wait. Then,, after another 4 hour wait AAA delivered another car to us. We were set back a full day on our trip. Not a good experience at all simply because the Jupiter Florida office from which we rented the car had not cleaned or even checked the car. Again, in the trunk we found cardboard and wrappings from someone having purchased a new set of golf clubs and leaving all this stuff in the trunk which the staff had not even discovered.
I reserved a VW Jetta and when I got to the office all they had was a Chevy Spark - it looks like a clown car.I drove off and immediately realized the right rear tire was flat. I turned around and the office was closed. I had an important meeting the next day do I pumped up the tire and realized that I could drive at least 30 minutes without a problem.Went back to Enterprise the next day and still no cars. They said I could take the car to somewhere tire place to have it fixed. I said - what??Miraculously, a car was returned and I received an equivalent model to the one I reserved.I asked the manager why are you taking reservations without cars??? A lot of people were there looking for a car.He blamed Covid.This is a wacky companyUpdate: the manager of the office did call me back and apologized for the problems. Offered some comp and was very customer friendly. Hope they improve their reservation system, though.
While I have been using Enterprise/ National for years, I rent from this Jupiter, FL location quite frequently for both work and pleasure. I never run into any issues here; if it’s supposed to be direct-billed, I don’t run into hiccups or surprises when I’m onsite. A very consistent experience that takes the stress out of renting a car. The customer service is excellent and you never have to wait long.I wish I could remember the reps name who always seems to help me out. He definitely deserves a shoutout!
This is the second time I have reserved a car at this Enterprise location and upon my arrival was informed that the size car I requested was not available!!! I was told that if I could wait an hour or so that they would have the SUV I had reserved. I didnt have an hour to spare so I was forced to settle for a car, quite a small car. Both my husband and I were very uncomfortable on our 8 hour drive to and from our destination and we barley had enough room for all our gear!! Our experience was way beyond unsatisfactory!!! Whats the point of telling you what type of car we want and what time wed like to pick it up?? Not once did this happen, but twice!!! Disgraceful!!!

I reserved a car because I was putting my car in the shop under an issuance claim. I dropped it off and was picked up by a young gentleman who was nice, wearing gloves but not wearing a mask. When I got to the center I walked in with a mask on and was scurried back out the door by the two guys working the counter. What about the guy who drove me there in an enclosed car without a mask? Where was their concern for my life? I am an Assistant General Manager of multiple retail locations. I work everyday with the Public, am very aware of Covid, how to protect myself, others and still provide services in a calm fashion. They do not. They seemed frantic if anyone even tried to step foot in the door. Providing all services outside. I gave one star only because the non-manager guy tried to be sympathetic and because I had an issue. I had lost my drivers license, which I didn’t realize until then and that wasn’t their fault. I get it, the public can be hard to deal with sometimes and sometimes have unrealistic expectations but I do not. However, after explaining I was a single mom of 3, with a full time job, now without a car and whom had just been dropped off on their door step. I pleaded for solutions and offered up looking my DL on FDMV website which clearly stated it was valid (I also had my old expired DL and valid passport too). I was told they couldn’t type in my correct DL expiration date that they only had the ability to scan the physical DL. I was flat out told by the manager I couldn’t speak to his supervisor, that it was his decision to make and that “it was not going to happen!”We all know, appointments at the DMV are scheduled far out and it is impossible to replace a DL in a day let alone a month due to Covid. After being turned away, calling a friend to pick me up, frantically trying to figure out how to get my kids from school. I ordered a replacement and was provided proof of a valid license by the state valid for 90 days. The next morning, I called to see if that would be accepted. I was told yes if it was notarized (which it was) but I had also identified myself as the lady from the day before. When the manager was asked, he held onto his stance, unwilling to look at the state issued documentation or refer to his supervisor, even if I emailed it to them first. Once again, flat out saying no without my physical DL. For which was an obvious contradiction to other similar situations in which they had permitted such documentation for others. I called corporate because the website states they can accept that type of documentation but was told it was at the sole discretion of the location as whether to accept it. Thus, the manager just chose not too in spite!Look at the reviews on Yelp and you’ll see tons of bad reviews for the Jupiter location. Same kinda stuff over and over again. I called another Enterprise location, the manager was awesome. He accepted my documentation, was able to type in my correct expectation date (the other manager is a liar) and was in a car 5 minutes after my arrival.Now that’s what we need more of. It’s called a sense of community, kindness, understanding and willing to help your fellow neighbors. Do yourself a favor JTown and go somewhere else.
They we hired to provide us a rental as our truck was being repaired from an accident. They gave us a similar truck to ours but it was absolutely disgusting on the inside. Clearly a prior driver had smoked A LOT in the truck and it hadnt been properly treated. We called to give feedback on the second day we had the truck and they apologized and promised to call us as soon as a suitable and clean replacement vehicle was available... and that was 3 weeks ago. Even my 4 year old spent 3 weeks calling it the stinky truck and didnt want to drive in it.
Super easy and reasonable priced. Loved the car that I was given. So comfortable in excellent condition it made traveling very easy. They were also very COVID safe with check-in and return. Highly suggest renting from here!

The car that I had a reservation for was not available. I had wanted a SUV since we were going on vacation & was told upon my arrival that I had a Chevy Malibu instead. Not acceptable. So do you just overbook & hope for the best? I understand Covid restrictions but the have you wait outside in 100 degree weather. The office is huge & could accommodate the patrons safely. I will have to be pretty desperate before I rent a car from here again.
I was recently sent to this enterprise by progressive insurance after an accident. I had a reservation number ready when I arrived. Due to the current pandemic, the lobby was not open to customers despite plenty of space in the lobby to set up seating with proper social distancing per current recommendations. I was gracious and understanding of the current health risk so stood outside. I was greeted and told to wait on the bench outside. My wife left as I expected to be given a car. Well, after being outside in the blazing SoFlo heat for about 45 minutes, I was told to go home and wait for a call back when they had a car. I was upset but I had no choice because I was referred by progressive. About an hour later, I called to check the progress. The young lady on the phone told me their drive was en route to pick me up as they finally had a car. But right as we were about terminate the call she asked for my address; The driver had obviously not left yet. The driver eventually arrived. I got in the back. I was surprise by the profanity that came out of his mouth as he sped down my residential road. The driver answered calls, not by hands free link, during our drive. When I got back to store I was not allowed inside and spent another 15 minutes in the heat waiting on a car. Overall the process was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this store to a friend.
I showed up to pick up my reserved car. They said they had no cars. No email, call, or txt. The app still showed it was a confirmed reservation.The lady at the door was nice though.
Overpriced & car smelled of smoke. Called them to report & not much was done! 2 stars because they have nice cars. Location is huge but will not let you come inside, even with a mask. This is south Florida & it is hot!
Not good! I had reserved a mid size sedan because I I had a 2700 mile round trip and wanted a car with good gas mileage, instead, I show up and all they have is a Chevy trax- which was a gas hog - even though it was a 2021 I could barley get 28mpg.I complained and they gave me a 16.00 credit which did nothing because it ended up costing me about 70.00 more in fuel costs, then when I went to return the car, they said they had no one to drive me back to my place 3 miles away and said I had to take an Uber, and said you pay for the Uber - she said she would give me a 10.00 credit - so I ordered the Uber - which arrived but the return process took so long the Uber left and then for charged 6.00 for the Uber driver cancelling the ride- then a worker comes out and says “ do you need a ride”This place was a mess

My car reservation for TODAY was canceled 2 days ago by Jack (Jake?) from the Jupiter FL office due to the Caravan recall, but when I asked for a replacement was told that nothing could be done, that I was out of luck🤬. I called the supervisor at their reservation desk and he assured me there would be a car for me and that he was going to call me to confirm. Two days later, still waiting for the call. Luckily Avis was able to help, next time I’ll go straight to Avis. Much more dependable!First review: I frequently rent cars for work, this is the best location! I asked for a pickup ASAP and they came right away. AWESOME service, Jeff and Dario are knowledgeable and even upgraded my car. Looking forward to renting from you again!

They are out to steal your money, I watched them treat customers really bad and were laughing telling them to go somewhere else. I rented a luxury SUV last week in Jupiter to show a group of executives multi million dollar commercial properties...picked SUV up at 8:00 a.m. in a time to get to the airport to pick them up. Pulling away from Enterprise I realized there was less than 1/4 tank of gas and all of the interior windows were very dirty. I had to go to the carwash for interior cleaning and to the gas station to fill it up with gas. This wasn’t a last minute reservation - there was ample time to prepare the rental, but they did seem short staffed...and short sighted.When I dropped off the rental I told the employee, he just said “oh ok.” I would like Mgmt to know that it pays to sweat the small stuff.
CS has flown out of the window!1st I admit when placing the order (12/04/2020 at 11;58pm) online I didnt realize the auto time for pickup changed when amending my reservation. My mistake! However when arriving at 5:30pm to pick up my car at 6pm and being greeted, i had no clue I was late for my pickup time(12pm). The agent took my DL,CC and pointed to the car I was going to receive. The agent went inside(Im thinking to get the key for the car) he came back out to say he had no more cars and my reservation was booked for 12pm. I was stocked, the agent showed me the time for pickup. I asked if they had any other cars anywhere close, he said he didnt know. The store manager then walked up and all went wrong!! I asked the store manager to see if he could call another store for me to pick up a car and this is where I was blown away!! the store manager words were Hes not going to call another store because the time(5:45pm) and they all have families to go home to!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Ive called 3 times to speak with a GM or RM no calls... the customer service has flown outta the window!!
Reserving the car was easy. I returned the car and left my childs booster seat inside. I called the next day first thing in the morning and was told they could not find it. I asked how that was possible considering they are supposed to take it and spray it down with cleaner due to COVID. This is what they apparently did before I was given the car. At that point they should have seen the booster seat I had left. I even stoped by to see if they had found it and they acted as if maybe I had taken it out and forgot about it. I did not take it out. I believe one of the employees took the booster and now Im out the booster seat. Sad this company would try to turn the blame on me. Im 100% positive it was left in the Nissan Rogue.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! I had reserved a van on 12/1 to pick up on 12/21 for a Christmas vacation. At 4:50 pm the night before I was to pick it up I received a call from Donnie telling me that he would not have a vehicle for me. I explained to him that without this car my family could not go on vacation, and he told me there was nothing he could do. He went as far to tell me that as many cars could be reserved for a day and if they had it great and if they didnt have one, oh well. Donnie did not try to help me at all and was extremely rude. I called the escalation department and spoke with a very nice woman named Kenya and she was shocked at their behavior. She looked on her computer and showed a van close to me was available however when we called the location they said they didnt have anything for me. Kenya and I called at least 4 different locations that showed availability on the computer and not one location had one. At this point it was now after 6:00 pm and the locations were closed. Kenya said an area manager would call me regarding the situation. The next morning I called the Jupiter location back and spoke to Melissa and explained what happened. She informed me that she had a van that was going to be returned that day and she would hold it for me. She said I would hear from her between 12-2. She never called me and when I called Enterprise back the location was closed. Terrible customer service! It has now been 10 days and no phone call from the area manager so I just called back the escalation department and spoke to a very nice gentleman Damon. Damon went over everything again with me and put in another complaint and asked that someone call me ASAP. I would stay away from this place if you need to rent a vehicle!!!!!

I have always had great experiences with Enterprise until today! I have rented numerous vehicles without a problem. Today I went to pick up my rental and he ask for 2 forms of ID to verify my address. I have never had them ask that-so I didnt have my utility bills or any mail with me. Had I known- I would of had them. Associate was rude. I guess I will switch to Avis-as other customers have stated.

We recently had an issue due to a car accident, so we needed a rental. The workers were so friendly and attentive to everyone there. We were taken care of fast, as were others before us.
Sales rep was efficient when I rented the car while my car was serviced. The car was immaculate.

For location at 275 A1A, Jupiter FL.Will never rent from this location again! Awful service from manager and attitudes. Reserved 4 door premium sedan, Nissan Altima or like, a month in advance. Besides slow service and long wait til upon arriving there were only 2 cars to choose from, neither one anywhere close to a 4 door sedan. Only options were a 2 door sports convertible with a tiny trunk or bright red sports car, also 2 door. We needed 4 doors and trunk room for all baggage. I dont care if the sports car cost more per day than what I reserved! Its NOT what I reserved nor needed. Manager Don Fitzgerald couldnt have care less with his smug attitude. Was offered an insignificant 10% discount ($6). Never again will I use this place
Worst Enterprise Rent-A-Car I have ever been to and I have been running mostly enterprise my adult life the past 40 years so Edwin told me there would be absolutely no cost out-of-pocket for me and much to my surprise two weeks later I noticed a big charge on my credit card it took them almost 3 weeks to remove it and then they charged me some $15.32,for some reason on top of not informing me that if you use their Sunpass you were charged every day whether you use the turnpike or not the first time you get on the turnpike you’re charged every day from there on out so altogether they got me for $22 there & $15.32 for a no cost claim. They are just Trying to rob you anyway they can, lie right to your face and then charge you, unbelievable. I’m never ever going to Enterprise, any Enterprise ever again

The customer service was well received when picking up the vehicle. It wasnt the exact car that was selected online but it was very roomy and comfortable during a long drive. The gentleman handled the return promptly and with ease. He had promise that my deposit would be returned to my account and it was as promised. I would definitely recommend them they do a bang up job!
Booked online to rent a car for 3 days, no problem. Was going to uber there but figured Id try the pick up service. No problem, was told Id be picked up around 5:15, place closes at 6pm. Sat outside in the nice Jupiter Florida heat in the middle of August for a good 50 minutes while calling at 5:25 to confirm Id be picked up, which in fact was confirmed. And just before 6pm I had to call and cancel the service as no one showed up to get me. Solid service.
Best experience ever! Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate you. It was wonderful to actually get great customer service for a change. I went in to pick up my car and was on my way in no time at all. Would highly recommend this location. I was visiting from out of town......very impressed.

Guess they just wanted to seem like they care?? Well clearly they dont. But Id prefer they not waste my time twice!!!!

I never wait more than 5 minutes if I wait at all, the vehicle is always ready, the managers all run a tight ship and the employees all provide friendly, efficient service. I recommend promotions all around and an automatic 20 point boost to ESQI for this branch.
The staff was very helpful when I returned a car I just rented because the previous driver had smoked in the car. They immediately swapped out the car with non-smoked unit. They went over backwards to make sure I was satisfied.
I was in a car accident and my insurance told me to pickup car from here and I received a rental with a huge dent, the material around the windshield falling apart. I ask to be switched out and I was sent all over the place to get a switched since Friday and now it is Tuesday and still I can’t get switched out.
The representatives at this office are top notch! Ive been renting vehicles from Enterprise for years and have always been absolutely satisfied.The professionalism and courteous approach is refreshing. Thank you! See you in April for another round.

I had a completely smooth and hassle-free experience with Enterprise last week. Immediate pick-up at Schmidts Auto Body and no wait once we got to their office. Friendly service from Wendy. They put me in a very nice car at a rate that would be completely covered by the insurance and I simply dropped it off at Schmidts when my car was ready. I will use Enterprise again.
What a great experience with Enterprise. Greeted upon arrival in Jupiter and agent walked around with me to make sure there was no damage to car and he made sure I knew where all the important things were and how they operated. Great price for a full size and nice car too. Always happy with them!!

Save yourself the trouble, Enterprise doesn’t guarantee they will have a vehicle for you, even if you make a reservation a week ahead!We made a reservation to pick up a car at 9am, that morning at 8:45 we got a call saying that they don’t have a car for us, but they will have one FOR SURE at 11am.We changed our plans and waited.Went there at 11am and the manager said they still don’t have a car for us! Why did you make us wait for a car you know you don’t have?! This company is a joke.We went to Budget, got the same category car for cheaper and in 5 minutes we were on the road.
Do NOT go here. Poor customer service and not forth coming with fees being charged or presented to you.
They picked us up at the auto body shop, treated us well. Nice facility and fast, friendly service.
Everyone at Enterprise was very nice, polite and professional. I ended up with 2 different vehicles for a whole week while my car was being repaired. 😄
I have rented here dozens of times (literally). Aside from the fact that they are often extremely busy during peak hours (generally, morning), I have never had a bad experience and, in fact, I think they generally go out of their way to ensure that you are treated politely and professionally. There are other options nearby, and sometimes they are even less expensive, but I continue to go back here whenever I need another car.
As always the service is Superb, the 2 gentleman that were in the office at the time of pick and drop off, were so helpful and kind. The one blonde had helped me earlier on the month when we had rented for another weekend. I wish I had gotten his name so that he could be acknowledged for his outstanding service.
I have not a bad thing to say about Enterprise. They are my go-to car rental company and I always get 100% the best service! These guys at this location are very friendly, great to work with and always quick to get me in and out and on my way. I couldnt be happier. Keep up the great work!!

The WORST Car rental company around!!Booked a premium plus car 5-20-19 had only 3 smaller cars available?? Booked a luxury car for 5-21-19 again had NO luxury cars... available?? Needed large car to take family on trip!! The staff is rude and unwilling to accommodate! Enterprises claims to be a family based company? I was treated like...They didnt need my business! Service and going the extra mile is what makes a GREAT company! Enterprises is a huge disappointment!!!!!!!!!!
A bit unprofessional, customer service is lacking in picking up and dropping off. Being the customer you would expect the treatment that is advertised and not a hurry-up-we-are-busy-kinda thing. Just because another customer may be upset or a co worker is late or not properly trained, you may want to treat each person walking in the door as you are trained to do. First and last time I will be at the jupiter location.Funny thing...i even said the experience was not as expected. A manager was to call me yesterday before close of business just to chat......and nothing.
$200 hold on my account to rent the car. Brought it back with a full tank of gas (have pictures and time stamped receipts) Only $156 credited back to my account. Now, I’m not saying that math comes naturally to me or that I’m even good at it but I am about 50% sure that two hundred does not equal one fifty six. I would also appreciate if someone would return my phone calls as I’ve been hung up on multiple times.

I gave one star because i have toI’d give ZERO!! Never will do business again with this horrible people. Booked a Van with two months in advance for holiday, and SAME day of pickup we called to confirm, they advuse they were delayed but will honor the reservation. Well guess what happened, very late in the afternoon (around 6pm) they advise they will not honor the reservation. This is the WORST ENTERPRISE, and the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on the “Manager” of this location and their employees.

I have a service animal they were understanding and accommodating.They really went above and beyond in all aspects. The car I rented wasn’t available so they upgraded me to something more accomodingnfor my animal.I ended up needing the car two more days, I have 0 issues adding two days.I needed dropped off at the airport, they were on top of that as well, got me there with in minutes of me dropping off the vehicle.I’m not a fan of the gas option but it was a great deal and I bought it this time and I’m happy about purchasing it.They really made up for my last experience with (rolla, Mo)Wish I could give more stars I’m super happy.
Had to dispute the final invoice because they charged me for 8 days and not the 4 days I rented. The person at the rental office at the origin was a bit abrupt when I asked her to refund the overcharges. She wasnt very well trained in customer service. She called back and offered a slight discount, which didnt even cover 1/3rd of what I was owed back. After a second call, she admitted her math was wrong and said shed have to go to corporate to make any further adjustments. Now 3 days later, nothing has happened.Terrible experience. Imagine how much money they scam this way!
It was my first time renting a car. I was nervous, but they took the the time to explain everything to me. I got a great car and there were no hidden fees.

I rented an SUV to pick up on the 21st of November. I received a reminder email several days ahead of time. I noticed that the rental was scheduled to be picked up at noon. I wanted to pick up at 10 am. I went by the local office on November 17 and spoke to the manager. He said picking up at 10 am would not be a problem. That was great news.I arrived on November 21, 2018. Guess what? If you guessed my car was not available you would be correct. I had to sit and wait for nearly an hour. How inconsiderate! This is very disappointing.
I am a weekly renter and have used all of the major car rental companies over the past couple of years. The staff at the Jupiter location is friendly and accommodating. The quality of rental cars has improved a great deal over the past few months. I would highly recommend using this location.
Have rented from this Enterprise office for years, and always had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and professional, and they have always been willing to help with a smile. The best car rental experience I have ever had anywhere in the world! Thats the truth!!
