Amazing store, amazing staff and amazing owner. Not sure where to begin but J-Town is by far one of the best bike stores in Florida. Customer service is second to none, staff is knowledgable and very down to earth, they do not pressure you on making a purchase rather help you in making the right decision. The store focuses more on customer service and just having a conversation with you than trying to sell you something. The store has a vast variety of accessories to chose from as well as bikes. Techs are fast and cordial and Jeff the owner is a great, understanding individual who truly cares about his business and his customers. I have read some of the negative reviews others have left and I truly do not understand why anyone will take their time to leave such hurtful comments based on lies.I highly recommend this shop and its staff. They are always available, they are educated, they are professional and they treat you with the utmost respect. My brother, my sister in law and my wife have purchased bikes at J-Town as well as a handful of accessories and we are extremely happy with the service and the way the store does business. Pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Just when I thought my bike was doomed and I was going to need a new one I brought it in and an employ named Chris helped me out and provided me with various things that they could do to make my bike better. Unlike many places I called they had amazing prices. 5/5 stars most definitely coming back here.

J-Town Bicycle tuned up an old beach bike that had been sitting in my parent’s garage with just as much enthusiasm, friendliness and efficiency as they would have had for a high end racing bike. Jeff took their excellent customer service to a whole new level when he rescued us with a flat tire. After skillfully repairing the tire, he sent us on our way, along with some fun local tips. Thank you Jeff—you made our day!

Love this local shop of friendly bike enthusiasts who are NOT cycle snobs. I gave them a budget and they suggested an incredible bike for my 12 year old that he will have forever. The bike was under budget and less than online and other shops. Go here first.

Had to have some repair work done on my bike recently. Was told the repairs could be completed in about two day. Was finished at the promised time and price was fair. Would definitely recommend J- Town Bicycle for your biking needs. They will get the job done quick.

We believe in shopping local. My husband grew up riding a bike everywhere. Then we moved to Florida and he stopped. When he decided to get back to something he really loved, he popped into J-Town Bicycle. The friendly, well-trained staff helped him find just the right bike. I highly recommend this store.

I am no stranger to bike shops. Bike shop experiences usually go 1 of 2 ways - they are elitist and create a feeling of not cool enough or they are super kind and create an atmosphere of comfort. J-Town creates a warm, kind, and friendly environment. They were so kind and helpful to me. Open to all questions. Patient. Informative. I ended up purchasing a Küat rack from them. Not just because it was in stock but because they were so kind and not pushy. They went out of their way. They have gained a loyal customer based on this experience there. They also have stock despite the current boom and subsequent depletion of bike parts. Thank you J-Town. Especially to the gentleman who helped me with my purchase and the fella who put the rack together and on my rack. You all rock.

Came here today from San Antonio, TX and was greeted by the owner outside while taking care of someone else. An incredible sign of a great culture. Ended up talking to someone else and they were just as kind and welcoming. The parking lot was never empty. One of the greatest websites I’ve ever seen. This is a must stop for sure!!!

Everyone at J-Town was extremely helpful and friendly. I am very happy with with my purchase of the Specialized Roll Sport. It was difficult to get a hold of a shop that would take the time to help with everyone purchasing bikes during the current situation. Great local bike shop. Been here for 25 years and run by the same owner that whole time. More bikes on the floor and ready for sale than you find in a typical bike shop. Good staff with plenty of mechanics ready to tune your bike and get you back riding.

I have been a customer for 15 years. The service is great and all the guys go out of there way to help. They adjust brakes and gears for the lifetime of the bike at no charge. Who does that!?!? They set a high standard for bike shops everywhere.

Just purchased my new Scott Spark 960 from these guys and they are great. Sara was a fantastic associate and answered all my questions. I shopped many bike stores before finally selecting this one. They not only won me over with the bike but also the service. I didnt feel like just another customer, everyone in the shop was attentive at all times and took the time to answer many of my remedial questions. Sara you are awesome!! Have had alot of work done by these guys and Im always happy with the results. Don just fit my Specialized Roubaix to my fitness bike geometry and it now rides awesome! Im having fun riding my road bike again!

My daughter and I were in town for vacation and wanted to go riding last Saturday. The J-Town Bike team was super -- From talking with Sarah on the phone Friday as she gave us information and reserved the bikes, to Don on Saturday morning as he got us all squared away. The rental rates were very affordable and gave us everything we needed for a great day. The fun adventure my daughter and I had biking the length of Jupiter Island on the Cannondales was one of the highlights of our Florida trip this year.Well definitely recommend it to any other snowbirds coming down to Jupiter.

ONLY place in town where you should buy a bike!! Best service. Great people. Have outfitted my entire family for the last 25 years. Still buying from them. A wheel more may be than the last time I bought one but its awesome.. LOL

Awesome customer service. I called in as I was leaving another bike shop that, Don picked up. Over the phone he was already more help then the other guy. Stopped by to look at some cycling shoes. He showed me the range of Specialized shoes he had. Recommended one that was mid-range on price. Installed the cleats and pedals on my bike. Will be using J-Town for all my servicing needs on my Roubiax!

Very service minded and reasonable prices.

$100-$200 for a bike helmet. They have literally nothing for bmx bike parts and theyre crazy expensive. Dont bother with this place. Ive been going there for a long time and a lot has changed in past couple years. Ill take my business elsewhere

Disappointed. Avoid if you care about your time and money. Two trips within an hours time, $40 gone, and a broken bike. Many other bike shops with better customer service and quality product.

Horrible customer service. Have been a customer for a few years. Recently brought my bike in for service...$400 later with no complaints, noticed that I was missing a gear bag that holds my flat tire kit. I called to ask if they could look for it when they had a chance (previous time, I left my wheel, they forgot to give me back my tire, tube, and garmin speed indicator). I didn’t hear back for a few days, so I texted the owner. More than a week later, after no follow up my husband and I went to the store to get an update. Apparently they spoke about it and didn’t find it, but no one thought to return my call. Honestly, I would have been upset regardless since I only use that bag when I have a flat and know that it disappeared when it was at the shop, but I was extremely disappointed when I was not given the courtesy of a call back. To make things worse, when we were there, someone had the nerve to say that the bag (which was practically new) probably fell off when I was outside riding. He probably should have asked how much I ride outside before he made that comment since I rarely ride outside now that I have a trainer. Very dissatisfied with the service. The staff is nice when all goes well and you pay your bill, but could care less when the sale is over. My first review on google ever. I had a small business over 15 years ago and this experience pushed me to write something negative about another small business. I suggest using On Your Mark or Tri Bike Run for your biking needs.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning at 10:00 AM with 2 flat tires on my wifes bike. They took me in immediately, changed the flats (new tubes), greased the chain, tightened all loose bolts and I was out in 20 minutes. BTW, they had 3 techs working on other bikes at the same time. Very friendly, great service, I will always use and recommend them.

As out of towners in need of service for our ebikes we were appalled when a local chain store said no can do because you didnt buy from us!Drove almost around the corner to J town to find a REAL BIKE SHOP! Where great service goes hand in hand with smart sales people. Walked in (cheerful greeting) was asked how can I help YOU. Explained our issue of 50 miles into our new RAD eBikes and needed basic bike service, the eSide of the bike was working fine.Sure thing, love to see a new (to them) bike brand!Went back to RV loaded them up and brought them in thinking we would be without for a day or two. NOPE! Derailures and disc brakes adjusted on both bikes in no time. Then came the test ride, sans battery the first time, installed battery, you should of seen Ron zipping around the parking lot!Needles to say this store is one of the best I have been to in a long time!Fair shop ratesKnowledgeable StaffGreat Attitude!

Jeff was awesome. Hes very knowledgable and informative. He had a variety of bikes to choose from and helped me select the perfect one. After adjusting it to my size, he helped install a bycicle rack on the back of my car. He patiently showed me how to put it on and take it off. I would never buy a bike anywhere else!
