Working with Bonnie Tile was a nightmare. The grey grout was not properly mixed and the color varied on the floor from light grey to a charcoal gray. The whole floor should have been removed and redone. They did tear out patches. The grout is still not a consistent color. I argued and fought with Bonnie Tile for months.

They do not impose their choices on you, but they will not let you make foolish choices either. They helped us plan our bathrooms, and they came out amazing. Such beautiful tile! They really stand behind their work too. We had an issue with the grout in the 1st bathroom and they took care of of it immediately, no questions asked. So, of course we went back to get their expert advice when we remodeled our kitchen. They are invaluable. I would never go anywhere else. I wish we could give them 10 stars!

Bonnie Tile replaced my floor tile and shower tile in my master bathroom. This was a very small job but I was treated as if I was spending a million dollars. I will definitely use Bonnie Tile again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and relatives.

They helped us pick out a great porcelain tile for our kitchen and hallway that looks like real stone at a great price, and then installed it a few days after the tile was delivered. It looks great! Their showroom designers helped us match up the tile with the new kitchen cabinets we picked out, granite counter tops, and wall paint and now that everything is installed our new kitchen looks wonderful.All of their employees were very nice to deal with. They answered the phone every time we called, and called us right back when they could not get us an immediate answer regarding the tile delivery or installation questions we had. Their installers were very professional, sticklers for getting everything just right, clean, and they didnt let our cat and new puppy bother them, either.Their showroom on Indiantown Road in Jupiter is not the largest, but they have a tremendous amount of tile samples and are familiar with and can get any tile there is. Their website is not the most up to date, but you should just visit them in person anyway.We mentioned them to some of our Juno Beach neighbors and found out two families on our street used them in the past and were also 100% satisfied. Well be using them again when we get the rest of our floor tile replaced in a few years.

Wow! What a disaster. Where do I begin Firstly, let me note that they are very nice and try to fix the problems they create.I hired them to redo my daughters bathroom. They hire subcontractors to all the work and this is the problem. Incident 1: After the one of the tile subcontractors came, a $300 pair of Costa went missing. I don’t think it was the subcontractor that stole the glasses but one of the young men that helped him clean up. After this incident I installed Arlo video cameras in the house and it immediately took away all trust we had in the company and workers. When we mentioned this to the owner he replied “Boy, Costas are expensive” but made no further mention or amends. Incident 2: as they were cleaning up and removing the paper covering the wood floors, they carelessly ripped off the enamel on multiple large areas on my wood floors. They did make attempts to repair the floors but you can still see the areas of the damage. Incident 3: when my daughter used the newly completed shower, it flooded the floor below. Apparently, they did not properly install the shower and water damage was done to the subfloor, wall, crown molding etc. After this happened they did respond properly by asking the owner of the plumbing company to identify and fix the problem and a mold remediation company was called to decrease the damage

We are very pleased with the service and the products from Bonnie Tile. Almost two years ago they helped us with new floor tile for our house and remodeling two bathrooms. Everything was completed to our satisfaction, and we are enjoying it every day. Thank you

I just had 2 bathrooms remodeled from Bonnie Tile. They were reasonably priced on their work and they had a great selection to pick from in their showroom. The management was on top of the work on a daily basis. I will use them again when doing another project.
