I took the advice of a friend and took my 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat to Chip at Ideal Body Shop! It was the smartest move I could have made. I am 1000% satisfied. Chip is an artist, he cares about his work, he cares about the reputation of his business and guarantees that his customers are completely satisfied! A rarity to find such competency in a local owned and operated small business! I highly recommend, that the next you need a auto/body shop for your “exotic car” or “fancy truck” you call Chip at Ideal Body Shop. You will be glad you did!

Chips work is the best! Hes taken care of our Suzukis as well as our Porsches and done a fantastic job on all of them. We would never go anywhere else.

Chip does great work

Ive known Chip for 17 years and in that time hes repaired my 2000 Lightning, 2008 BMW M3 and recently my 2019 Aston Martin Vantage due to a racoon hit. His attention to detail is impeccable and I wouldnt trust anyone else to repair my vehicles.

I have been taking my cars to Chip at Ideal for body work for 15 years. They do the best work and they are always busy. And yes, he has to see your car before he gives an estimate even if youve been there 6 times before.Thats a smart way to do business. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My 2016 Corvette was hit in a parking lot damaging a fender and bumper cover which had to be replaced and, of course, painted. The work was perfect. My detailer has gone over it with a fine tooth comb and cannot find any problem whatsoever with the paint or the repair. It looks exactly as it did before it was damaged. Outstanding result!

Called the shop on the phone, one of the most useless and disrespectful person answered. I simply asked for a rough estimate quote on a 4 door paint job, listed my cars model, year, condition of paint already on the car, etc. Told me he cant do anything until he sees the car, then he went off about how all he gets are people asking for quotes ... well if your a small business owner and want business, you treat your customers with every ounce of respect and do anything you can for them. DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL THIS GUY GETS A REALITY CHECK.

As I walk up to the building I asked a person standing there if this door was the office. He asked how he could help me. I explained I was doing a restoration on a Vintage car and would like to get a quote to repaint it. I immediately felt unwelcomed. He basically told me he would have to decide if he wanted the job and he was a year out for any new work. I dont even know if he was the owner. Very gruff
