I had a customer service issue at a few of the tire shops and one dealership in the area. Goodyear was fast and friendly, made sure my tire wasnt losing air and invited me back to make sure everything was going good. This team is AWESOME with excellent customer service!

I brought in a tire that was loosing air and needed to be replaced. We did the paperwork and I left a 3:30 and was told to be back a little before 5 (closing time). I was there at 4:45. Tire wasnt touched because the work order never made it to the shop. The upside was this young man ran around that shop like he was on fire. The tire was done and balanced in less than 15 minutes. Great job!

This place is outstanding! I have gotten oil changes and tires installed here several times. They are all great guys and do an excellent job each time. Mike is also very helpful at the front. Love this place!

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!!! We drove almost 4 hours from the west coast of FL to spend Christmas in Jupiter. Not long after starting the trip; our car began to have a bit of a shimmy to it. We thought we might need new tires so being Christmas Eve - we ordered them online and scheduled and appointment. Unfortunately when we showed up we were informed the tires were not in stock and the wouldnt be in for a few days. Thats when we explained we werent from there and wouldnt be in town that long. So the AWESOME manager (didnt catch his name) said he had others in stock but wanted to check the tire first before jumping right to slapping new ones on. In less than an hour; they found that I didnt need tires, there was a small bend in the wheel, they rotated and balanced them too! All beyond reasonable. Knowing we were out of town they could have EASILY got away with just selling us new tires. But they didnt. Probably one of the MOST HONEST AUTO SERVICE Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The best service in town

Gave my husband a printed quote for new condenser; $850.00. Had it done by a recommended mechanic for $450.00 (with a warrantee). Ripping off seniors.

They quoted me $50 to mount and balance two tires, and when I arrived they told me it was over $105. The price they tried to charge me with over double what they quoted. Very unacceptable business practices. Go to tirerack.com for best deal on tires.

Bought 2 tires originally from Goodyear. One of the tires had a slow leak brought the car in and they had patched the leak. 2 months later the same tire is leaking and they couldnt find where it was leaking. So I left with nothing resolved but the next day the car was driving horrible . They had over inflated that tire and the car was shaking tremendously. Because of their inadequate work I had to go to Nissan to have my tires balanced after so they could correct the problem that Goodyear created

Traveling from another county and realized my brakes were slowly fading. Seen Goodyear was open a Sunday. GREAT!!! Wrong. Dude at the front desk told me to comeback tomorrow. Lol. What are you guys even open for on Sundays? Smh.

OK, heres the truth. This place IS exceptional !!! Called 1st thing this morning with a slow leak that wasnt slow anymore and seriously wondering if I could even drive with its condition ... Mike answered the phone. Listened to my situation and advised me how to deal with it. About 45 min after arriving ... I was rolling down the road ... what could have been a major headache became an errand ... like buying milk.

Ive been coming to this location for years, before leaving for college, during, and now after I still continue to come to this location. Everyone has always been kind and professional.

Poor customer service with inept staff. Far superior service facilities in Jupiter.Dropped off vehicle at 8am. They called at 4pm to tell me they cant change tire or do oil change. There excuse was its to difficult to work on a 2016 Mercedes sprinter van. Go figure...

What a friendly great experience we had with the employees at Goodyear on Indian town Rd in Jupiter today, I came for a flat, I realized I may be covered by my leasing agreement and I had to call The dealer, they couldnt have been nicer,They said please let us put air in your tire, if you will be driving to the dealer. Wow.! Being that I only have one year remaining on my lease I asked for a less expensive tire and bingo they came through. We bought the tire with them and they called us back 45 minutes later to say it was ready. Oh and did I mention they filled the air in my tires of my other car as a courtesy! Great experience overall, they are my go to, in the future. Rick

They changed my oil and did a tire rotation for free. They also noticed my AC filter was long overdue for a change and took care of it for me. I trust them completely with my car. I even received a phone call the next day after my service to check in and make sure everything was working well.They are honest and provide top notch service.

I would like to endorse this autoservice for oil change and maintenance. The last time I had my oil change in an Express station and it took me over 100 dollars. The oil they sold are much much more expensive than the product they sold in Walmart or online. Besides, the station also charged me labour fees over 20. It took a couple of days for me to consider a trustworthy maintenance service around Jupiter and finally I have chosen Goodyear for its reputation and discount. Full synthetic V-brand oil (I had to use semi-synthetic oil last time because their skyscraper price), maintenance and tire rotation together cost me 1 hour in the morning ( I had made an appointment beforehand) and less than 80 dollars. When everythings done, I got a quote for an engine cleaning from them. So far my car works well therefore I would like to recommend this auto service station for the service I mentioned above.

The team at Goodyear jumped through hoops for us today and saved us today and got us back on the road quickly.After our low tire pressure light came on while on I95 we pulled over at a service station in Jupiter Florida and discovered a huge screw in one of our tires. After trying 2 other tire places who did not have the tire or said it would take all day to fix it, we tried Goodyear. The service team there hunted down a replacement tire at another location and had it sent over quickly and we were back on the road in a couple hours. Thank you!

I came in with an appointment to get my tire plugged because it had a nail in it. I was out in about 40 minutes. I thought the price of it would be like $20 or dollars, but they did it for free because most places charge you for these type of things.Based on other reviews, I cant really say anything bad about Goodyear.

They tried to charge me $400 to change a simple blinker that was out. The manager told me it would cost $200 to change out and might as well do both of them. Do not trust them they are shady and willing to lie to get more money out of you.

Dont go there if youre from out of state. I was talking to a rep up front when a tech came in from the garage after going to my vehicle and looking at the plates and said they were booked until the end of the week. The bays were empty and several technicians were standing around doing nothing. This is not the first review Ive seen like this. I wish i would have looked before, wouldnt have wasted my time. If i was the owner Id have that manager fired.especially after seeing multiple reviews of this nature.

These guys were great! I dropped off a whel & tire to have a leak fixed one day. Next day, they called and said it was ready. Went in to pay them and they said NO CHARGE!!! Very few businesses get it as far as customer service & these guys nailed it. I will definitely be back for tires and other services. Thanks.

My family and I only take our cars HERE- they do not try to get the most money out of you, they are straight-forward and reliable. I took my car in the other day for an oil change, and they checked my brakes and rotated my tires and found a screw, which they removed and then patched the tire for free. Chuck and Mike have been working there for decades and have never disappointed us! I even left my shoes and water on the bench after being picked up by an Uber and they retrieved and kept them for me. This place might as well be family; I highly recommend!

Charged me $80 for an estimate on a new air compressor. And quoted me $1,200 to replace it. Guy down the street at Reliable Auto gave me an estimate for free. Will never give goodyear my business again!!!

Guys were great fast and honest. Repaired my flat tire for free and did not sell me on anything!! Would buy from them in the future.

After 2 blowouts on the Florida turnpike on the same day on our travel trailer, we contacted Mike to see if he had what we needed..He stayed open late and helped these snowbirds get back on the road..over and beyond kindness and service!!!

NEVER AGAIN, brought my tire on Sunday 2 pm, they told me it will be done before closing time 6 pm, and they will call me. With no call on Sunday I wanted to pick up the tire on Monday 10 am and it was still not done. The guy/mechanic in the shop was playing on the cell phone in the chair and fall almost asleep. I left with my flat tire. Would give 0 star if I could. NEVER AGAIN!!P.S. Drove to Tire Kingdom, they took care right away, the whole job was done in less than 20 min. Saved my life two times when my tire blew out. One was some weird random piece of complete furniture in the road exploded my tire and ripped out my splash guard, there was no way of avoiding it, because the SUV was too fat in front of me to see around it even though I gave them a big driving space. Goodyear changed the tire without pushing anything else, just to keep me going.My rear tire completely shredded for some reason, they were able to change it the same day.Oil changes are half the cost of other places over here and they dont push anything. Very peaceful experience getting an oil change over there. The chairs are comfortable, and you dont have to watch weird sponsored advertisements from the company on the television.

They offer free flat repair, which is pretty nice. I dropped off a wheel to be patched and tipped the guy $10 since i realize they dont make a living offering free services and i didnt have a car there for them to upsell me on. The wheel was still late and i had to wait at the end of the day when i came to pick it up as they hadnt touched it all day.

Indiantown rd store in Jupiter,fl store hours for today 9 am to 6 pm. I brought my work fleet vehicle to get a tire changed at 10 am was told i needed to leave it so they would have time to work on it so I left my phone # and I went home. At 5 pm I drove back to see if the truck was done yet since they were going to close soon. The told me they didnt change my tire because they didnt know how to lower the spare tire to replace it! I left the truck there all day and not one phone call to me to say they couldnt do it. WHAT KIND OF TIRE PLACE CANT CHANGE A TIRE!!!!!!
