Wes was friendly, helpful, and honest. Wait times can be long here even with an appointment so I suggest dropping your car off. But they always do a great job!

Horrible service, I had an appointment at 12:PM and dropped off my car 11:45AM. The guy at the counter asked me if I’m getting oil change and the alignment and I said “NO” just the alignment. So an hour later the guy said we can’t get the oil change because some tempered with something or something. The point here is that I specifically said no to the oil change, they proceeded to do so. Then two hour later the alignment was not done. I was told that it would takes an hour to an hour and half to get the alignment and tire rotation done. Nothing got done for two hours! These new guys don’t care about some one business anymore.

I was a potential new customer. 3 weeks ago I stopped in and received an estimate for an oil change and tire rotate. Then I called to make an appt and was put on hold last week. I then went online and made an appointment a week ago for today at 12:30. I arrived and spoke to Wes. He said did you book online? I said yes. He said your appointment has been “diverted” to 05/27. Otherwise he said he would do his best to squeeze me in late today. He said we always have issues with the online appointments and you are better off calling. Bottom line is I wasn’t going to wait 4 hrs for an oil change and tire rotate. To me this is awful service. They lost me.

Rude and disorganized staff. Was told to come in for 7am drop off for oil change to pickup same day yesterday to have ready by 9am. Given different story at 7 am this morning, other customer in front of me has same issue.Going somewhere else that is respectful of peoples time and stands by what they tell their customers.

I have been taking my cars here for about four years for new tires oil changes and hazard repair to my tires and would definitely recommend this location for excellent service and a great staff.

Called to make an appointment, was told they have plenty of spots for me to get an oil change. Drove 30 miles to get it done asap. When I get there they told me they were slammed and I should drop it off theres about a 4 hour wait. Thanks for wasting my time. Never again will I come here or recommend anyone else.

A+++! I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs. I was traveling from out of town and found myself there twice! Lucky me LOL! I started off with a flat tire within 1 hour arriving to my destination :-(. I brought it to this location to honor my warranty and it was fixed in no time, thank you for getting me back on the road quickly! Event #2 while traveling was a dead battery. I solved that problem through another provider and a day later, another dead battery! OMG, only me. Due to Covid, my towing service would not allow me in the tow truck .. grr... so Im in a strange town and now Ive got to figure out a way to get my car to Tires Plus again and figure out whats going on with the electrical system that Im blowing batteries! Anyway, I was greeted by Bill, (I think) the manager, nice guy, and very knowledgeable. He could see the frustration in my explanation of whats going on with my electrical system because now, my brake lights were on and the car isnt on! LOL.. again, only me! He knew right away what it was, a good guess anyway so I left my car and said, do whatever.. if its something major call me, if not, Ill see you in a few hours...I was exhausted at this point. 2 hours later I came back, the car was done and Bill was correct, the mechanic who worked on it was awesome, the rep that checked me out was outgoing and friendly and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and compassion... bless all of you!

Terrible drop my car off at 830am for two tires to be replaced came back to pick the car up at 4:40pm and the car still untouched.. poor service poor excuse didnt even tried to help the situation what so ever either would not recommend..

This Tires Plus location in Jupiter was very disappointing. I visited in mid Jan for a simple fix and ended up with damage on interior that was not there when I arrived. Tires Plus denied all accountability though it was obvious it happened while the car was in their care. This company has started to hire young inexperienced mechanics so customer beware! I have canceled my Tires Plus account and will never use their services again.

My name is Ashley and I have been customer of tire plus in Jupiter for at least 3 of 4 years. So on 7/18/20 I purchased 3 new tires for my Lexus IS250 i spent over $500. My car front and back tires come in different size. Back is bigger than front when end of the day I went to pick my car up drove home I noticed it drive different when I made a sharp turn cause tire was rubbing against the fender. Good thing I only live 5 miles away. I look at my tires they put front tire to back and back to front. I trust them with my car if I se obvious mistakes they made what happen if mistakes that we can’t see. I lost my trust and confidence in them so I’m not going back. To anyone who uses them for anything please recheck the service before taking your car home.Concerned customerAshley

Absolutely recommending to friends and family. Staff was so friendly, kind and honest. Truly appreciate all the customer service. Prices were fair and straight forward.

To make a long story short, I took my car into Tires Plus for an oil change and new tires. They returned my car to me with a Suspension Error, which they were unable to fix. I had to take my car somewhere to fix the problem they created and now Im out $2000. I will never go back here and I am very disappointed with how they handled this situation. When a place of business does something wrong, they should own up to it and do the right thing to fix it.

On New Years Eve at 2 pm we were able to get our car serviced quickly and reasonably priced, and they were happy to help. I never experienced anything like this in the service industry. Thank you Tires Plus Jupiter! Susan

Ive been bringing my vehicles here long before Google was a thing! They have always done a phenomenal job. Their prices are fair, and are always kind and professional! Their hours are great too!

This is the best place to get work done on your car! They are trustworthy, down-to-earth, and reliable. Marcos the store manager is super. Would recommend this Tire Plus to anyone. Definitely going back when I need to.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my car in for engine problems and left it OVERNIGHT. They fixed it and charged way too much $$, but that was expected. I left and realized 2 months later that they had SWITCHED 2 of the front NEW BF Goodrich Advantage T/A Sport tires to 2 USED WITH WORN TREAD BF Goodrich G Force. When I called the manager said, We dont do that. You mustve bought two different types of tires. I told him I had the receipt from Sams Club for 4 brand new tires from the year before and even had to replace a flat a month later with same tire and had receipt from Sams to match it. He kept refusing. I told him my car is in the garage overnight and Tires Plus is the only place I had taken it. I told him if he was unaware then it was his employees doing it. I told him I would never take my car there again and tell everyone I know not to go there!!! Bad Business!!!!!

My husband and I bring both our cars to tires plus for normal service and emergency maintenance. The staff there is very friendly and kind. They always take very good care of us and our cars. When an issue with our car does arise, they very kindly explain the problem to us in a way that a non-mechanic can understand. No one is happy when they have to get their care serviced but, this tires plus does their best to make sure you leave happy and satisfied with their service.

We came in with a split tire while heading home 3 hours away. The guys at tires plus got us in and out in much less time than anticipated and we were on our way. Thank you so much 😊

I got a set of four tires there. They were running by three get one free special. And it was the best deal around. The people were friendly at the counter. And they didnt try to upsell me. I was pleasantly surprised because in most of those places they really try to get you in the door just to sell you something else.

Quick service and friendly staff. They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute as I was just passing through Jupiter and had gotten a nail in my tire. I had called other places that were a little closer first and all of them told me at least three hours or next day but they were able to get me back on the road in a little over an hour. Thank you!

I went for a engine oil change, tire rotation and they said something about my... blinker fluid change too?? Don’t know if that’s even a thing...Well my car, not to brag... is sexy. It has a wheel lock. Well they dump everything in my truck just to get the wheel lock. My new Gucci shoes where on the GROUND!!! Not acceptable. My wife you know... her stuff...where on the ground too!!! Out of all of that... my blinker fluid was the only thing I got good out of it. And my oil. I think I gain 100hp from the blinker fluid. Recommend this place. Good horse power you get out of there product. I ran a 8:2 sec.

I dropped my car off to have a tire fixed and to check the windshield wiper system as it was not working. They had my car for 5 hours. When I picked up the car they had not checked the windshield wiper system. When they checked it with me there I was told it would take another hour to make the repairs. I was not waiting another hour after they already had 5 hours to complete the everything. Very disappointing!!! I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give them a zero.

Decent place, cheap tire repairs too. Only negative is that the wait is long as its a very popular place. The bathroom is very nice too

I had my first ever tire blow out. I was panicked, and had zero idea what to do. Everyone at Tires Plus made me feel comfortable. They recommended a towing service that was prompt to find me, as well as, reasonably priced (Schmidts Towing). They were helpful, and didnt talk down to me. I felt respected and safe. In fact, the final cost was less than originally quoted. While I hope I never have another tire blow, I do hope that if it does it is near these wonderful folks.

There are many auto repair dealers out there but there are few that are honest and worthy of respect. This establishment has met all of my expectations and more. They worked on my 2000 Ford Ranger to repair my master cylinder and replace the four tires. A few days after getting the truck out of the shop a problem arose. It was still leaking brake fluid. Marcos, the service advisor told me to bring it back in. They replaced some parts and returned it to me. After getting it back the second time, the brakes locked and left me stranded. They sent a tow truck and took it back. This time they replaced all of the parts at their expense. They did not take any shortcuts. They went directly to Ford, ordered the entire assembly and installed it at no additional cost. It was returned to me with an apology for the inconvenience and a coupon for a free oil change. With the time spent in labor and the additional parts, I know that they did not make much, if any, profit from the brake job. Things may go wrong but it is how the company handles the situation. Because they stood behind their work, they have gained a loyal customer who will return for other repairs and someone who will recommend this company and the staff that runs it.

I called a day ahead and made an appointment for 5:30 p.m. . When I showed up for my appointment I was told but they didnt have any technicians that could do the work available. Why the appointment was made if they wouldnt have any available technicians is beyond me. After some arguing they said that they would look at the car but they wouldnt be able to do anything about it until another time . I then asked what time would be the latest that I could come and have the work done. They said four o clock. Lets just assume the work takes an hour and a half. That means that the texts are just sitting looking at cars without the ability to do anything to them for the last hour and a half until they close. All of this would have been avoided and I wouldnt have had to call off of work and make a whole bunch of plans if I would have just been told in the beginning when I made the appointment of the situation. In my eyes, if you make an appointment you honor the appointment. If somebody has to stay late, thats just part of the job. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not recommend this shop to anybody else.

Were new to the area but for years we have used Tires Plus back in Broward County. I am thrilled to have found the folks at Tires Plus in Jupiter. They are pleasant, professional, and offer top tier service. My new set of Bridgestone tires was the same price as Costco offered and I much prefer the personal service I received from TP rather than the impersonality of those big box or on-line places. See Bill, he was the greatest.

These guys charged me almost $1000 to repair my axle and then it only worked for less than 400 miles. I am embarrassed by being ripped off in such a manner. They will do the same to you if you take your car there. Be careful out there. There are many snakes in the grass.

Yesterday I was told to come in this morning for an oil change cause they were short handed. This morning I was told they wud need my car all day. I drove 5 minutes down the road to Tikal Tires on Toney Penna dr. No wait whatsoever. Do before you buy tires thinking that free tire rotation with your oil change is a good deal realize it’s like going to a dealership now.

Explained everything, did a good job, and finished it in the time I was told.

Rude customer service on 5/10/18 at 430pm. Tried to rush me off the phone without asking me tire size and just kept saying “bring it in”. Said vehicle would need to be there all day. Quoted me 100 dollars more than their Lantana store for same tire even after I told him quote. I use their Lantana store for a fleet of work trucks but will never nor let my friends and family use the one in Jupiter.

Jupitermustangmike was a 20 year loyal customer 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ tires plus has a new policy according to the desk workers on friday oct 23 2020 they turned me away / they would not mount a new tire on a new rim 🤷‍♂️🐎🐎so I went to Tequesta Tires.i was sad because it was an emergency .I was helping a stranded motorist.i do this alot.i dont want anything from anyone 🐎🐎🐎I just dont understand but its ok.i am a servant to Jupiter in memory of my friend and your friend Bruce St Laurent / he is watching over me/ and Broedells watch over me in Tequesta.i have a harbour freight tire tool but it wouldnt do the job without taking a chance on the bead / so I took the mounted tire / except it needed the final bead mount / and they turned me away

There are a ton of consumer complaints against Tires Plus Stores. They care nothing about there customers except to see how much money they can extract from your wallet. Took 2 hrs and 20 minutes to change (4) tires. Why. Because they took the old ones off the car, re-balance them, and re-installed the old tires. Would never go to another TP store.

I read the other 2 reviews and was worried going there. There was a buff dude at the counter with spiked hair. I forget his name but was very nice to deal with(talked a little fast lol) Service was fast and they dont try to pressure you to fix stuff on your car. Maybe there was different management when other 2 reviewers were there.

It was my first time getting my oil changed at this shop. I searched for a week to find the best deal on a synthetic oil change. My search began after I found out that Jiffy Lube was going to charge me $80. I eventually found a coupon for Tires Plus online for $55 full synthetic Pennzoil Oil, with filter, tire rotation, fluid top off and inspection. Despite arriving at 9 am on Saturday I was forced to wait for 2 hours, but its my fault for not making an appointment. The mechanic that worked on my car was very professional and through with his operation and inspection. When I went to check out the sales rep didnt try to up-sell me on pointless maintenance like the last guy at Tuffy told me i needed my transmission fluid flushed when I knew it was still quiet pink. Overall a great experience that I thought to be a great deal.

Had to go back twice after having them install four new tires. the first time they forgot to reset my TPMS, and when I want back for that they over inflated my tires to 50 psi!!!!

Please be careful!!!!!! They sold me expensive tires for my 2014 vett & one of them was defective. They said because its not there brand I have to call the manufacturer & file the claim & forms. After I do all that then they can help me well!!!!!! Maybe before you sell another name brand tire that you cant warrantee, you should be HONEST!!!! And tell that to youre customers. So careful everyone they arent transparent!!!

Avoid this place. I wanted to change all 4 tires for my car. From their web, I thought tiresplus might be good. I had less time, and they had the ad 59min. tiers change or 59$ back, I thought that is pretty interesting. But when I went to this store, they took 1h.20min. to change the tiers. When asked about the offer, the sales man behaved as if he does not know about that offer. After arguing, he offered the free oil change. Over all its all gimmick. Next shocking is in the bill– the supply item for 6.89$. This is something I have never seen before. This is apparently for the thing they use in the car to prevent their technicians from dirtying your car seat, while he drives your vehicle in their facility. Comeon guys. What if the technician had a health problem, and vomits in our car, do we have to pay for the cleaning? This did not make sense to me. They boast about customer care. This is what they care for– your money! Look for all the items in the bill before signing the invoice. Advise: stay away from this store. Look for something else for a better customer care!

We didnt see the reviews before we went to Tires Plus in Jupiter. I called the manager Marcos to speak to him about my two front tires and the roughness of driving. He quoted me a price for two front tires and said bring the car in ASAP.We arrived and the price was excellent for two new front tires and needed to remove and replace the Tie Rods Ends - both left and front. He showed us the damaged Tie Rod and Ends and the old tires were down to the steel belt.They were through, open, and completely transparent on the work to be done. We were more than pleased with pricing, expertise of workmanship, and completness of finishing the repair with new Firestone tires. Pricing was less expensive then others we stopped to see in the Jupiter area. We will look foward to getting all our work done on our car at Tire Plus. Thank you to the staff of TIRES PLUS.

Went here to get my tires rotated and oil change. They stripped the bolts on my tires. They tightened them way too much. Had to replace them when I went to get my tires changed at my dealership that I purchased my car at. Don’t go here!

These guys always help us out. Most recently I had a flat tire, 2 babies with me and I didnt have my wheel lock! But they figured out a solution and saved the day. And even gave my boy some stickers before we left :)

Charged me over 200.00 in labor, when I obtained my suv back, I had a new problem in my truck that didnt have in the first place. I took it back to find out that my rotor is warped. Now they want another 300.00 to fix a problem they caused. Not happy
