Anne was so diligent in following up. I needed to make a change and save money. I inquired about State Farm but assumed it was too expensive. Anne kept in contact but I found myself busy and again expecting higher rates. Finally, I got in contact with Anne and she was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. Home InsuranceDebbie Weber helped us find a good deal on our insurance right after our current carrier decided to drop us along with about a third of their accounts. We were worried because our home is under mortgage and wanted to make sure we avoided a lapse in coverage. Switched insurance to State Farm a month ago with 4 point inspection - all paid up and ready to start, and today with one days notice, been advised that insurance will be cancelled if I dont replace roof tiles by Monday! Isnt tomorrow July 4?? So that would leave me one days notice! The rider or State Farm dropped the ball when they got the 4 point inspection and have now dropped it in my lap. I am horrified that I have just switched to this company!!

Up until recently car insurance had always been one of my least pleasurable experiences. When I decided to buy a new (one year old car) car in 2013 I wanted to make sure I had great insurance coverage. This was the most I ever spent on a car and I wasnt financing so there were no guidelines for me to follow on what I should get. State required vs the maximum premium coverage offered could range thousand of dollars. I called Progressive, Geico, Allstate and many of those companies that check multiple agencys. And I did this both online and through the phone. Then I spoke to Kelly Hagar State Farm. I was in shock on how much they beat the competition in each area. Price, options, and the many customer service related areas. It was so above the rest I actually called the other companys back and asked some of the questions and got new quotes on options I didnt even know were available until Kelly Hagar State Farm made me aware of them. None of them came even close to matching KH State Farms quote. For the same coverage all the other companies quoted me approx 25% more than KH State Farm except for Geico who quoted me 15% more for the same coverage. (Not 15% less like Geico commercials claim) But What really annoyed and bothered me the most was none of the other companies informed me that many of those other options were even available. They just tried to get me for every dollar they could including coverage I didnt need at levels I didnt need it.But when I spoke to Kelly Hagar State Farm, her husband Steve was very honest, gave me all of my options and most importantly explained the details of each type of coverage. He didnt try to maximize my plan but gave me what I wanted at a fair price. He also made it very fast and easy for me.Since being a customer of theirs I have gotten to know all the employees in their office, but none other as Debbie Weber. She has gone above and beyond for me so many times. Just the other day I had to make some temporary changes, came to the office unannounced with only 10 minutes to spare and sure enough, Debbie takes me back right away and reminded me of all the different levels you can choose if each coverage, what is and isnt the state laws and what can happen when you do or dont have that type of coverage. They really want whats best for you and your situation.I now know what my elders meant when they would talk about The Good Ole Days with The Mom & Pop shops. They all know you by first name when you walk in the door. If there is ever a tough situation youre not happy with, you still walk in smiling because you know these people are your friends and they are going to help you fix it. I couldnt even imagine going anywhere else.I only wish all the utility companys have to deal with such as FPL, Comcast, my cell phone carrier and my bank just to name a few had a customer rep I could call like Debbie Weber and have them help with my dilemmas or answer whatever questions I may have.
