Stranded on I70 west of Junction City and not only were they there within a few minutes but already knew what repair shop was open and where we could get service late on a Saturday! Asked the lady on the phone about towing prices just now. She was really rude. If you cant even answer the phone politely than you dont need my business.Based on other reviews I would probably fire the receptionist and hire someone professional. She is scaring away business from you guys.

Our insurance company sent out Buds to jump start my husbands truck, 1st they never called to let us know they were on their way, my husband looked out the window and seen someone messing with his truck. 2nd they brought DEAD jumper boxes (husband has 2 batteries on his truck) to try and jump his truck and instead of taking responsibility for it they blamed it on my husbands truck saying his truck completely killed their boxes. The boxes gave no power what so ever to his truck. He was there no more than 10-15 mins and said the batteries were trash and he needed to buy new ones. Called the insurance company back and filed a complaint and they sent someone else out and they jump started it with no issues at all. We also have our own personal battery tester, the batteries are good not trash like they said. Very unprofessional and rude.

WARNING!!! I was on Fort Riley when I had my truck towed. I told the driver my wife had my debit card so she could pay him when he delivered my truck to my house. When he got to my house he told my wife that they only take cash and that she owed him $80 for what my insurance didnt cover. However, he told me it was $40. When I went to their office and showed them my receipt I found out that he wrote a different receipt for the company that showed the total as $40 so he could keep $40. They did give me my money back.What makes it worse is that my wife had to take my 6month old daughter out in the freezing cold to go get him cash from an ATM.
