Just bought a new home and prior to closing we found out it had fleas. Paul Armstrong came out the day we closed and sprayed for fleas. He was great at listening to our concerns and explained the process well to assure fleas were gone. Not one flea since he has sprayed. He was extremely professional and would highly recommend him for any of your bug needs!

Very unhappy with this company was very expensive I spent 1500.00 which I was happy paying at the time because I was informed a guarantee would be given that they are not standing behind my problem is back and now they tell me tough Luck and that people pay more then that all the time dismissing the amount of money that I paid like it was nothing for service I feel like I did not get the value out of. Problem is not been resolved.

We had a significant infestation of Brown Recluse spiders in our home. We saw them in the closets, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. One night, we came home to find the largest, gigantic Brown Recluse spider in the known world (well, probably not, but at the time, it was to me) sitting on my pillow when I pulled back the covers. After a brief period of freaking out, my wife said enough is enough we need to call Bug-A-Way! I called Bug-A-Way the next morning, and they dispatched a bug-killing crew to our home. The team explained to me they would start outside and then work their way into our home. I was impressed with how quickly they arrived and went to work spraying our house outside and then sprayed inside the house. They recommended we remove boxes from our closet, cut back foliage around our home, which we did. Since the initial treatment, that was the last time we saw the spiders and are now spider free. I would highly recommend the Bug-A-Way team! Everyone from the office staff to the technicians did a fantastic job and truly cared to solve our bug problem. Thanks to Bug-A-Way, were bug-free at our home and they gave our peace of mind back.

Very professional, experienced company, We developed a bed bug issue. They arrived with knowledgeable people, and the right equipment. After the heat treatment we havent seen one alive. After doing research online we decided to call a professional. You cannot eliminate these on your own, and trying only makes it hard for the professional to solve the problem.

WARNING! Had treatment done lots of personal property damage and still bugs hours after treatment. This is a huge mistake 1200 dollars will cost me close to 10 grand in repairs and still have the damn bugs horrible!Well I finally got all repairs done from the damages even had to have another bug company come and finish the work. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! cost me more money and headache for a whole year Ive been fixing what they did in one day. Still thinking of filing lawsuit......

Good at what they do and they were actually early for the appointment rather than later

I seen my neighbor was using this company and I appreciated the level of attention to detail that the employee was using. I asked for a bid while he was at the neighbor’s and the gentleman(Jeff) gave me a price of $225 with 1 year contract(included 5 more exterior sprays for $70 each) and included spraying 3/4 of the yard for ticks on initial spray handwritten on the back of a business card. About 3 weeks later I called the office to get the program set up and there was a difference between what Jeff told me and the office per our phone conversation wanted $250 with 1 year contract for our 4500 sq ft house and half acre of yard(entire yard). To be fair I could not find the business card Jeff had given me but he did not say whatever you do keep this card. The office didn’t say they would need to re-price the job.When Jeff showed up to spray I spoke with him in the driveway to go over the difference in the charges before he ever touched his equipment. I explained either spray what we talked about for $225 or spray all my yard for $250. He asked if I still had the business card because he has a terrible memory. I replied no but he never disagreed or put up any resistance, so I figured he and I were on the same page. Once he started I watched him and he did a quality job in the most all the areas. He did the areas he had priced me 3 weeks ago and not my entire yard. When it was time to pay he wanted full price payment and I told him I didn’t mind paying the $250 but he needed to go back out and spray the rest of my yard and he refused. I ripped up the contract and sent him on his way with a $250 check. If he knew there was gonna be an issue why did he start to spray in the first place?? I opened dialogue in the driveway on this very issue to avoid potential problems.I think the spraying plan is a fantastic idea, as far as dealing with the interior at first for $250 and only addressing the outside every 2 months for $70(addressing inside only when needed to keep unneeded chemicals out of the house around family/pets). The bottom line is the phone customer service and actual employee showing up to do the work were not on the same page. I did my part to try and avoid conflict and it seemed he was just trying to do whatever to get the 1 year contract signed. I truely didn’t understand why the employee was willing to lose a 1 yr contract(1 intial spray $250 and 5 x $70 for exterior spraying every other month) over a difference of $25 or spraying entire yard on intial spray.Update: The office has tried contacting me a few times since and left me very nice messages. They also sent me a nice letter with my uncashed check in it. I am going to change my intial rating of a 1 to a 3 and scratch it up to a bad day.

We called and asked them to come out and sprayed . we specifically ask that they spray for fleas. They said theyd be out monday and itd 125 $ . well they came and they sprayed ....but they didnt spray for flees. When we called asked why it wasnt done they said they forgot to write and down and it would be an additional 40$....why would i pay for thier mistakes and why wasnt i quoted properly .....
