Joel with Alert One has been so fantastic. The perfect mixture of professional and personable, and their services WORK, and if they’re not working they will come back until they do. We have had a major ant problem since purchasing our home, and this past Spring when we first started getting services from Alert One was the first year we finally were as close to ant free as we could hope for. Joel has been our service provider since the beginning and it’s been a huge comfort to have the same familiar face, especially throughout the pandemic.

Alert one pest control has helped me on multiple occasions. I have not met a more honest and helpful businessman than Randy. On more than one job I thought I had multiple issues and was willing to pay to get them fixed. Randy inspected the buildings and showed me that some of the treatments were not necessary. I have never had any troubles on those buildings. When I have needed them to treat, they do an excellent job. They show up on time and get the job done. I really appreciate all that Randy and this company have done for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is having pest issues!

Very ethical company. I have been their customer for over 20 years. They contact me regularly, for treatment to my home. I have had 3 services techs and by far Cody is the best. Don at Alert One is outstanding. We have had great service. They are responsive, professional and serious about doing great work for their customers.

They come 3 to 4 times a year and spray according to the season. If in-between you have a problem you call and they come back and spray that area without charge. The young man that comes to our house is always very professional and honest and does a great job.

Found termites at my house.... disgusting..... only one small area near my back door. They treated my home and now check it annually. I have pest control and mosquito treatment too. I called for help with an issue I wasn’t sure what was going on that was destroying my home. The woman answering the phone was very pleasant and assured a call back from one of her expert staff and I was called back expeditiously and Randy was able to come out for an assessment within an hour! I was so impressed and he could not have been more thorough and professional.

Alert 1 was great. The first spray didnt fully stop the carpenter ants from coming. After contacting the office a couple times, Randy came back out and did a respray on the affected areas of the home. He did a thorough check to ensure that the ants were not going to come back. Spoke with someone on April 23rd about a termite inspection and spraying for termites, was given prices and told they would be here by the end of the week (April 27th) and would call me back to set the final time. Ive never heard another word. Business must really be booming for them if theyre not interested in establishing new customer accounts and relationships.
