After visiting 4 different studios around Joplin/Webb City we found our favorite one! Teachers Brandon and Amber are both so amazing! Our son loves it there and so do we. We have set and watched many classes and the interaction between the teachers and the kids is amazing! My son is also learning so much and having fun at the same time! He has been taking judo and karate classes for over 6 months there now and we cant say enough about it! LOVE LOVE LOVE

I have a family of six, four of us participate in Judo and 3 of the kids do Karate. Sensei Amber is a great coach and mentor for the kids. Having a large family it is hard to find an activity that is not very expensive. Joplin Judo and Jujitsu has a fee structure that doesn’t break the bank and allows the whole family (who wants to) to be able to join and participate. The monthly fee is for as many or few classes as you would like to attend. My oldest daughter does competitions, so she goes to practice 3-5 times per week. The rest of us do 2-3 times per week. It is very flexible. Amber works with each person at their skill level. She doesn’t expect me, who is older and out of shape, to perform at the same level as the younger adults. She is very encouraging and pushes you to whatever level you are comfortable with. I feel that Joplin Judo and Jujitsu has a great family environment with very skilled coaches and leaders.

Absolutely amazing place not only for yourself but for your children as well! Amber is a great mentor and so wonderful with the kids. I seriously wouldnt take them anywhere else. Always kind and always professional!!!

I have been doing judo for over a year and I love this place! Being able to do both judo and Jiu Jitsu, plus competitions, is why I chose this gym instead of going back to my old judo program.Amber is an amazing instructor. She knows how to push her students while keeping things fun. The people here feel like a second family to me.

Been here for almost two years now. Its a great group of people lead by a great teacher. Amber cares about standards and passing on knowledge there correct way. Good for children and adults.

The staff and instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Loving that they now offer karate in addition to judo and jujitsu.
