Sunday morning I went at 5:30 am. Was very clean for being available to members 24 hours. Only two other members were there. Plenty of supplies available to self clean after usage. Was surprised to see the showers supplied soap dispensers. Also noticed that they sold prepared, healthy meals for reheating. Equipment is in great shape. I love that they have 24 Elite clothing available for sale.

They are very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Their sauna doesn’t work properly and they never have anyone there at the desk. I also was kicked out for purchasing a protein bar I put the money in the box to pay for it because there was no one at the front desk and they never gave me my money. They are thief’s and liars. Worst Gym I ever been to. Millennium family fitness is much better.

Overall a really good gym but until recently Im not sure whats going on with one of their weight areas. Its completely crammed to the brim as of recently with benches and random weight racks. Watched an elderly lady trip over one of the benches (because theres no where to walk with all the stuff theyve put over there) as a couple of us rushed to help her. You try to work out and someones smelly bum is in your face because everything is ontop of each other, lol. Otherwise everyone is really friendly, nice set-up, good machines. Always greeted with a smile when I come in.

I love the equipment available and the staff seemed nice. Everything was very clean and I am looking forward to working out here!

I was visiting Joplin and when I got to the gym they were being disrespectful to me and my family. Me and my family have been here for a short amount of time and they treated us very poorly. The manager of the gym isa young guy and he has no idea how to treat his customers.the gym also smells like old sweat and is rarely cleaned.

Worst gym I’ve ever been to. Equipment is of poor quality and sauna doesn’t even work.

Im in a wheelchair and the only thing that I would suggest is an automatic handicap accessible door that opens. Other than that I love 24hr.. my jam fs

My husband and I have been members at 24 for quite a while now. We live close to the Webb City location which is nice and convenient. The nice thing about 24 is that when I am home with our daughter and decide I want to go workout, I can easily drive to the Joplin location on Northpark Ln. They have child care there. The staff is excellent, and friendly. Also any 24 gym location I have ever been to is always clean, and the people (staff and members) are friendly. If you do not know how to use something you can literally ask anyone, and they will help you. We will always have a membership here. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone!

Great place to work out! The people there are all friendly or at the very least polite. Definitely has its share of very fit people, but theres no intimidation factor at all. Ive been going here for 3 years or so now. Also, there are multiple locations which us helpful if you live and work on opposite ends of town.

Newer machines. Kind staff. I love going to the sauna here. Not quite as much as I loved going to the steam room at the old YMCA in Joplin but now as far as I know theres not a gym in Joplin that has a steam room.

24 Elite has awesome facilities, brand new equipment and a great staff. If you are interested in personal training, their team is professional, well educated and produces results! If tanning is your thing, the beds are top notch. Some of the best that would cost a fortune per tan at a salon and it is included in your membership! My husband and I have enjoyed the past year that we have had a membership and will be continuing our contract.

Excellent place to lift. Clean, spacious, large variety of equipment, plenty of free weight choices, friendly staff. I’m a member of another gym because I’m on the road all the time, but I’ll definitely be back here next time I pass through. Sure wish y’all we’re nationwide.

Was at a different gym in town and recently transferred to 24. Absolutely love it here, Im a big guy and 24 works perfectly with my needs and wants in a gym. Ability to use chalk (I always clean when I spill) protein and supplements on hand, great staff, great equipment (only place in town that has good platforms as far as I know) and many other things is why I give it 5 stars. I would suggest it as a great place to workout to anyone.

The staff are so nice, the Zumba instructors are great they make it so fun and a great workout. I am new there so I havent used the equipment but they have a good amount of machines. They have a daycare which is great.

Asked a question about some things that one of the owners and his wife posted and it was very derogatory towards people who want to be in better shape. I asked if they still felt the same way and instead of saying that they were wrong for what they posted they decided to not answer the question and block.

This is my favorite of the local TWENTYFOUR gyms, mostly because of the available space. Plenty of space and a good variety of equipment. The tanning beds are a little awkward to operate and they dont have the glute ham raise that they have at their other Joplin location, but otherwise its a great gym. The yoke is a fun addition that Ive never been able to try before. Always clean and great prices. 3 squat racks!

I travel the country for work and have seen many gyms. This is a rare gem in regards to real gyms. Specialty equipment, bars, things you dont just find in your normal gyms. If I could give 6 stars I would. Can NOT beat the deal for what youre getting. Emailed them, returned my email and welcomed me in for the week. Top gym! Period.

Tried to go and buy a day pass tonight at 6:30pm, and couldnt get in even though it says they are open till 8pm. We drove from Oklahoma to use this place.. super frustrating😡😡😡Update 10/15/2020Called during business hours and no one answered again. Drove all the way from wyandotte oklahoma and no one was there . Just wanted to use the day pass.

Solid facility, great price, staff leaves you alone unless you ask them. The 7th st location gets a bit too packed, sometimes, but new location is bigger.
