Our salesman Ryan Harvey was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time after the deal to go over the many features of the car to make sure we were comfortable with everything. We bought our first ever Subaru Outback from Fletcher Subaru and I have to say it is the safest vehicle I have ever been in. My wife is an at home Nurse and has to travel the backroads of Missouri to take care of her patients and twice now Eyesight has saved her life when someone pulled out in front of her.Since buying the Outback we have had Fletcher Subaru maintenance our Outback and I have to say that our Service Technician Holly has taken great care of our car and has addressed any questions we had! She went an extra mile to help get our windshield replaced; awesome Car Company, awesome people!

I bought a car from Suburu almost a year ago in July. I’ve never gone through a dealership before, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I needed a car that was reliable because I drive back and forth from work. When I got the car, it was not clean. There were stains, old food under the seats, weird spots on the dash board, and just crumbs everywhere. I made sure all liquids were good and everything was fine. We discovered that there was a huge hole in the coolant tube and they refused to fix it. Then, I got my car stuck in reverse at a parking lot and also discovered there was a huge recall on the shift bushings. This has been on recall for 3 years. They told me everything was perfect. They never bothered to tell me about it or to even fix it. Then they took three months to get me my title and they are just now cutting me a check for it- which they never signed. I’ve driven to Joplin about three times this week getting it fixed and they still haven’t helped. They were extremely rude when I asked them to help. I would recommend going literally anywhere else for a car.

Going to this dealership is like going to the doctor and waiting on test results. Every once and while people give generic politeness and sympathy looks while you wait for news and you no its probably bad with the looks you get the longer it takes because the politeness dissappears because the news is no sell and who is going to deliver it this whole dealership is bad. Had the same experience the last time the actual sold a car to me. Went to the Nissan dealership had it was nope .Three days later they called me back and wanted sell me a Dodge. NO DOWN PAYMENT DONT BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS THEIR AD IS A JOKE!

I just had the pleasure of buying my first Subaru at Fletcher Subaru today, I had the best experience I’ve ever had getting this deal done. I was just starting to look, got on their website saw a picture of 2021 WRX Limited that was due to be delivered soon. I called had the good fortune of getting hold of a salesman (Rob Jennings) who explained the cars arrival date and that another dealer was trying to acquire it, so I went down put a deposit down, and my car came in last night went in this morning on lunch did all the paperwork, and was on my way in about 45 minutes, no fuss no problems no issues. This included dealing with my trade in giving me more than I hoped for, and as well the price on my new WRX Limited was at or below market value!! I believe the Business Mgr, Travis laid out all my options and without any pressure allowed me to pick any options that I wanted, even helping me get lined out on how to recoup money from a previously purchased extended warranty on my trade, very positive experience! Travis and Robb, who came to my work place to help with logistics, will definitely get my business when I’m ready to buy my next Subaru, seriously recommend giving the guys at Fletcher Subaru a good look when your looking for your next great vehicle, and your next great car buying experience!!Tommy L

Just like every other car dealership, they sold my girlfriend a used car that had multiple outstanding recalls and serious potential mechanical problems, and on top of that took almost a year to get her the title for the vehicle. Inside of the vehicle was probably not touched since the trade in and had multiple stains and looked pretty rough. I guarantee they wanted to flip that used car to make a quick buck. I definitely won’t consider this place if I wanted to buy a vehicle.

Edit: They corrected everything after this review.I dont normally leave reviews but this was the worst new car buying experience I ever had! Drove the hour and a half up there to get our new Ascent, worked 3 days to have everything ready so we could sign and drive and not be there two hours since we had our 2 year old son with us. We arrive, car isnt ready, paperwork isnt right, car was dirty, trim was dented, tape gunk and water spots all over the windows, cargo cover was missing, and it had 550 miles on it! We ended up spending 2.5 hrs there with a screaming toddler... They promised to get us new trim and cargo cover, get a call a week later verifying address, that was two weeks ago, no contact and will not return calls. Travis our salesmen is a complete joke, wont return calls or texts. They have their money and now they just dont care, no service after, buyers beware!

We purchased a 2019 outback on Saturday. Sales and finance crew were top notch with excellent service. However, engine coolant reservoir was empty. No one in the shop to get coolant. Also the washer fluid was low/empty. To low to see anyway. The car was taken into the back to be detailed. It came back with the same bird droppings on the roof that were there when it went in. Time to wake up the folks in the back . So far no other issues.

I highly recommend this place.We had been looking for a replacement to our current vehicle. Good, used Subarus are admittedly harder to find during these times, and we had at this point become a mostly Subaru family.It was obvious we needed an upgrade to our own vehicle from 2006. Ricky was a super sweet guy. Setup the appointment at 5 - we had to arrive 30 minutes late, but he still made time for us. He was a lot of fun to travel with when we got to test drive TWO used Outback models.I was leaning on the 2017 model, but was still hesitant in our position. They worked with us late and I was amazed at the deal we landed. Sure, theyre salespeople, but as many know, theres good and bad ones. These are GREAT onesDont hesitate to look around here if you are looking for an amazing deal on a used Subaru. Worth all the time you put in!I also know they are keen on their service. When driving the 2016, I noted a noise. Ricky was quick to make note of that for their service department to review. They really work to put the best conditioned cars out there, as any good dealer should.Chet was also an amazing individual to work with, as he knew a lot of our situation, but still wanted to give us the best deal possible. Sales team was goodService team, Not so muchBought a pre-owned VW Passat from them in February and never really looked at the spare wheel or any emergency repair parts in the trunk under the carpet. Had them replace the brakes before we bought it and that all went well without any problems. When summer finally came around we started noticing a musky wet smell in the vehicle and couldnt really find anything wet.Took it in for a service at their location today and we were told they could not rotate the tires because they couldnt find the wheel lock. Supposedly they searched the whole vehicle for it including in the trunk where the spare wheel is at and ended up sending it home without the rotation and a check oil light that wont reset.Got home and fixed the Check oil light problem by repairing the hood latch sensor that had a broken wire, right in the open in front of the engine and not to hard to figure out. (Wont hold that on them, its not that easy to put THAT 1 and 1 together) a latch sensor and a check oil light??Went on to figure out what wheel lock they were refering to. (this vehicle doesnt have a wheel lock, but checked it anyway). Opened up the trunk and checked the spare wheel to find the cavity with about 2 of water in it. Would have been nice to know that theres a leak or something and that the jack is rusting up in there and the spare wheel is sitting in water every day. To make it even better theres some NEW CAR air fresheners thrown in there too that kinda tell me someone knew about it and decided to keep it a secret. This explains the wet musky smell weve been getting.It is impossible to miss all the water in the cavity and the condensation on the bottom of the plastic liner. They didnt look or just decided not to tell us. If the service team is not equipped or competent enough to work on a VW, please let us know before we have anything done to the vehicle again.

Came in for service this morning. No mask wearing.The employees all have their masks off inside. Theyd slip them on if a customer came in, which is something, but pointless if they arent wearing them otherwise while inside.The service techs drive customer vehicles without a mask. If one was asymptomatic, they could spread covid all through a customer car and easily infect the poor person once they drive it home.I am getting my vehicle serviced and chose to walk around outside as they arent utilizing best practices to ensure customer safety.I will stick to driving an hour south and get my vehicle serviced at Adventure Subaru.

Exceptional buying experience all the way around: I have been looking at cars here for a while and every time I stopped by Daniel Vang would walk out and answer any questions I had about vehicles or financing options, without any pressure to test drive or buy. When I finally found one that caught my eye, Daniel set me up for a time to come look at it, discuss the car in more detail and offered a drive again without any pressure or pushing. Daniel was very knowledgeable, kind and fun through out the entire process. They were also very transparent about the cars record --maintenance and otherwise-- both before and once they got it, making sure to review it with me and ensure I knew what all had been done with it since the start. When I finally decided to buy, they worked hard to find the best financing and deal while keeping it in my price range, again without pressure to buy if it wouldnt be a good fit for me. They took the time to read through each form I was signing, explaining all the details in the fine print, and answered all questions clearly before signing. Their financing individual also was very knowledgeable about the car, my financing plan, and did not at any point try to push add-ons I didnt want or didnt need. Im very happy with my decision to buy with Fletcher Subaru team and Daniel Vang, and recommended their expertise and buying experience to anyone looking for a good deal and great service

The one thing I asked was to please not waste any time. Lets not play the haggle game for hours and they did just that. Rob being a newer salesman was still great to deal with. Didnt give any false information. Very true on his answers and made sure it was the correct answer before he relayed it to us. August and Jeremy H. were also super nice to deal with. There wasnt any pushy sales tactics. Very up front and honest transaction! Would certainly go back in a heart beat! I also cant leave Kathy out, she was originally the one we dealt with on a Sunday when they were moving the lot and she still took the time to talk with us and made sure we got taken care of even though she was tied up with other customers. Great new building, great staff, great cars!!! Thanks a Bunch!!!

I recently had an airbag recall on my car. I elected to use Fletcher Subaru to do the replacement. I had a couple other repairs needed on the car at the time so I opted to have the dealership do those as well. I will say, after a negative experience with another dealership 11 years ago I have yet to frequent another until now. So, yes, I was a bit skeptical. I must admit I was very pleased with the service I received. Sure, I had to make a couple return trips to get everything squared away but no worries. One of those was expected, the other not so much. Things happen, I’m okay with that. Being responsive to my concern and addressing the issue 100% to my satisfaction makes up for any little glitch . Fletcher Subaru has earned my business. Good service, very accommodating, and knowledgeable. I feel very confident using them for future repairs and they will be the first to get my business when it comes time to purchase a new car. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We went in looking at the Forester with concerns of the towing capacity and voiding our warranty if we tow a little over the max. The salesman was awesome in getting us a couple of people to voice our concerns with and work out the details of these concerns. This helped us avoid a mistake that we would have regretted and helped us into the vehicle that we actually needed to get, the Ascent. We couldn’t be happier, and they helped us get into the Ascent with the accessories that we needed just in time for a trip to the mountains where it shined. Lauren was absolutely worth the stop in and shop. We were heading home from a vacation and headed about their dealership from a friend and decided to stop in. From the start Lauren treated us like family and was able to answer all of our questions. She never pressured us to make a purchase and was on our side the entire negotiation. Easy and painless. They offer a great power train warranty and an excellent on-boarding experience for Subaru’s to ensure you know all about the features. I worked with them over the course of a few weeks (they waited on me every step of the way) to find my exact vehicle, then bring it in for me. I never stepped foot on the lot until they had the vehicle there, but they worked tirelessly for weeks to gain my business. It arrived as promised, and on time. I drove 90 minutes one-way to buy from this lot and it was an easy, fast, tailored, hassle-free, friendly, and quality experience. We bought a used Subaru, and werent given accurate information about the warranty. So, when we started having trouble with the vehicle not starting after having it less than a month we took it back to the dealership. I was then informed that the warranty only covered the drive train and transmission by one of the rudest men Ive ever met in my entire life who was ironically surrounded in signs and plaques proclaiming the love of Jesus. Patrick then proceeded to inform me that even though wed received inaccurate information from his wonderful salesman that he didnt technically have to fix my problem. This isnt the first time weve had problems with this dealership either. Less than 6 months ago in February my husband bought a used chevy sonic. In the time since weve bought the car weve had nothing but issues with it. Everything from oil leaks to the air conditioner going out after being assured prior to buying it that there wasnt anything wrong with it. These arent new problems with the vehicle, its been made fairly obvious that they were poorly fixed and shoddily covered up. Between the lemons weve bought, and the incredibly rude customer service I wouldnt recommend anyone shop there. Take your money elsewhere. For a business who prides themselves on customer satisfaction, they were sorely lacking. Ill make absolutely sure we never buy another vehicle from here and that my friends and family also stay away from the apparently poorly informed salesmen.

Well, where to begin, I went there for an airbag recall. They cracked the dash, broke vents and scratched the deck near shifter. Not a problem and they resolved all issues created except left hazard light unhooked. Took in today and they fixed it, had oil change done and when asked about other services, I was told that they do not work on cars over 10 years old 🤬it all started with warranty recall and cascaded into no longer choose to work on my vehicle. If I were ever interested in New Car Purchase, I would NEVER CHOOSE TO GO SOMEPLACE THEY DONT WORK ON A CAR I KEEP MORE THAN 10 YEARS!!!

While I did not buy my Subaru from Fletcher (big mistake on my part), they are now my Service dealer. Great communication, service and follow up by the entire crew. Big shout out to Jim Barry - Service Manager - and his crew of Travis and Zeak. They did what they said, in the time they promised.This was so far from the horrible dealer service I experienced where we bought the car in Broken Arrow. That dealer should take lessons from the Fletcher folks.

Drove up in our 2019 Outback we’d recently purchased for our family, looking at Crosstreks for our daughter. Thought we’d check options at other area dealers. We were greeted inside at reception, then a “salesman” who knew very little about the car—about any of the Subarus—came to us. He asked if we’d like to walk around the lot to see the few they have; we asked if maybe he could bring the options to us to compare? “Oh, that’s a good idea!” (OMG! 🤦🏼‍♀️) I honestly felt sorry for him; he had to keep going back inside to ask someone else about EVERY single question we asked. Here’s a tip: If you have a salesman who just started training two weeks ago, you may want to have someone working with him to answer customer questions. You know, like they do at restaurants? I mean it’s an expensive purchase! He couldn’t give us any info on pricing! And they obviously just let him keep coming in instead of coming out to help someone who’s obviously at the purchasing point! Again, we drove up in a new Subaru! Horrible first impression; definitely off our list!

My wife and I had bought a wrecked Crosstrek (not from Fletcher) and were concerned about a sound that it was making so we wanted to listen to one that was in good condition and Cathy had helped us do this. Where to start - Chrysta Henderson in particular, the internet sales rep, was a dream to work with and really went the extra mile both in comm and scouring the landscape for the vehicle I wanted to earn my business. Then, when I informed her Id be coming in from out of town she went a completely unexpected extra mile by handing me off to Lauren, the in dealership saleswoman, with marching orders to get me a ride from the airport to my AirBnB at 1130pm (they had an Uber waiting) and then Lauren also picked me up IN my new vehicle in the morning to come to the dealership and do all the closing paperwork. Everything was provided that I needed beyond getting to the airport in Joplin, and I have never had a car buying experience quite like it. Multiple folks at the dealership all took their time to explain options in terms of warranties, walk me through the different features of the vehicle, and put me on the road safely well prior to 11am after opening around 8 or 9. I appreciate efficiency and effectiveness in operations, and these guys have it in spades. I was surprising my wife in Little Rock by 3pm. If and when we start looking for a next Subaru - even though I dont live anywhere close to Joplin - Ill be contacting them first to give them a shot at my business again.

Very happy with my experience at our Fletcher Subaru dealership here in Joplin Mo! Researched for over a year to year to find my new car to purchase. Look at many makes and models and ultimately decided the Subaru Forester was a perfect fit for me. Went to the dealership with many questions that day and Lauren McRae was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I needed to know before I decided to make a final decision. The purchase was made with ease and I drove off into the sunset in my “Ruby Roo”! Dont buy used cars here!! They tell you that the vehicle has been serviced when it hasnt. They offer a 30 powertrain warranty, but they dont honor it. We bought 2 used jeeps from them and told them something was wrong with the transmission on one of them 1 week later. They said they took it to get checked when they didnt, but said the transmission shop said nothing was wrong with it. A week later I took it to another shop and found out that the transmission is shot.
