Great place to buy a new or used vehicle. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The sales staff is always there to answer questions and to help you find the vehicle you want and need. Frank prices the vehicles himself and does a great job at making sure that the people get a great deal. You should definitely shop here if you are looking. Great experience. Salesman Cody was great as was the lady in finance. Im sorry I cant remember her name. I left an item in my trade in vehicle. Cody made sure I was able to get it back even though he wasnt going to be working the next morning when I picked it up. He also called a couple days later just to follow up and see if everything was still going well with the car. This is the first dealership I have ever had do that.

I only gave them 3 stars because our salesman, Roger Nichols, is an absolute gem. I wish I could give the dealership itself a negative star review. Here is why: we have had 2 bad experiences when purchasing a vehicle from this store, both times with financing. Ill address the most recent time.In May we traded in my mini van for a Nissan Rogue. The amount of the trade-in left us with a credit which would cover the cost of sales tax. Fantastic, all is right in the world. The next day, we purchased a Kia Forte to replace my husbands car that my son had totalled. The credit from the previous trade-in was also added to that sale & we were told there would be no sales tax on it either (typically we roll the sales tax into the payments). That went fine as well UNTIL I went to the DMV to transfer the titles. Thats when we were charged $675 for sales tax, which we only had because we had received our taxes a few weeks prior. The next day, the DMV calls & says they cannot use the credit from the trade-in because the vehicles were purchased on separate days, so we must pay an additional $250 before they will release our title. I called & spoke to the sales manager who told me to call the Neosho DMV because the ladies at Carthage were wrong & we should have 90 days to use that additional credit. Well, they arent wrong. Neosho confirmed that the dealership is wrong. Not only is the credit invalid from separate days but ALSO not eligible on 2 different vehicles. Unfortunately it appears that the professionals at the dealership dont know what theyre talking about & I could have been in a world of hurt if I hadnt had an additional $1000 in my bank acct that day.Oh, lets add insult to injury but also saying that my husband had Covid when we were supposed to pick up the title paperwork. I called to let them know we needed them mailed but was unsure who to speak to. So I left a message on the finance guys voicemail...and he never returned my call. Professionalism at its very best.

Didn’t expected such bad experience with them after paying over $40k for my truck today was the first time in the shop/service and they didn’t even bother to look at the warranty well decided to just leave after they said I had to pay hundreds of dollars for something that my warranty should cover then we ask the guy to check in the warranty and I guess he is tu busy to do that maybe Chevy dealer wouldn’t do something like that. SMH

Took my new Dodge in for service today and these guys did an amazing job. I needed a quiet place to make a phone call while I waited so they found a great spot for me to do that. The issue I had was very small but they addressed it in QuickTime and could not have been better in how they took care of the problem. Thanks guys for getting it right.

This review is in regards to the service dept only. I had a great experience on the sales side but service was an absolute nightmare! I bought a 2013 Jeep about five months ago. It had intermittent stalling issues. Took in in and they said it was the computer so they replaced it. Next day. Same issues. Took it back. This time they said it was the torque converter so they replaced it. Got it back. Same issues. Took it back again, this time they claim it’s the fuel pump and TIPM. Took them a month to replace them. Got it back.....SAME ISSUES! Over the last five months it has been in the shop for almost two months total while they kept guessing and replacing stuff that didn’t need replaced. Thousands of dollars of work and it was no better than when I took it in the first time. So after I spend five minutes on google I see the problem is most likely a crank position sensor. $18 and five minutes later I fixed my Jeep. This is why people call it a stealership. All of this work was a total waste!

Ask for Kodey. Hes helped us out with two purchases and weve been happy with both thus far! The first was about 4 years ago, now weve bought a second and are very happy with it also!

Never had this many issues with buying a truck in my life it’s been 45 days since I bought the truck and still have no title to it and I just keep getting the run around about where my title is and I’ve heard multiple different reasons but still have no title. Will not buy again from this place.

I was very surprised how down to earth and normal the employees are. Compared to some places that try to be flashy they were normal people wanting to sell cars in a honest manner.Once in the dealership they worked real hard to get every discount and lower payment they could. I never felt like they were telling me one thing while trying to maximize their profits at the same time. It was refreshing.I recommend going in and taking to their team as it was at that point they were able to really get my payments and needs done. In the end I got exactly the vehicle I wanted. After my first experience at this store I was VERY leery of going back, but I am glad we did! After spending most of the day here, discussing trade in, looking at vehicles, etc, it wasnt until the very end of the purchase that anything was mentioned that my girlfriends extended warranty she purchased, (almost 2200) was part of her trade valuation. For a trade vehicle that had no damage and only 14,000 miles and only 11 months old. I feel like they tried to sneak this in at the end, when we were both exhausted from this long process. I personally will not shop here again, and would not recommend.

Alan was helpful in assisting our needs when looking for a SUV. He stuck with our budget and knew what we were looking for. We felt that he was very knowledgeable with what was available on his lot. We were able to test drive for an extended 2 hours which was helpful and he went back and forth for us on price until we felt comfortable.The only thing is I wish we were not limited by was time to make the purchase happen, we were told that if we didnt buy it that evening we would not get the same deal- Alan didnt tell us this, but the manager did. We also paid for the remote start to be installed and felt like this was not worth the cost because it is on a separate key ring which is slightly annoying and unexpected. Again, I do not think either of these two things were a reflection of Alan.
