Horrible apartments! Black mold, repeatedly hot water tank leaks, and they legally release you for your contract to send you to collections later for carpet cleaning when there is absolutely NO carpet in the apartments!

I am a disabled RN and applied for an apartment with USDA Rural senior low income apartment in Carthage I was denied due to my credit and I asked on their website to please have someone contact me because I wanted to appeal sosome district manager there called me at 8:30 AM in the morning being very rude about the fact I have poor credit due to credit card bills I have no evictions or criminal background and he was rude to me . I understand some persons must be rejected but there is never any reason to be rude and unprofessional so if you are a disabled senior person without a great credit rating . I wouldnt even bother . Life throws hardballs at people and things happenThese folks take USDA money from HUD and tax credits and act rude to a decent human being .

I been living in Indian creek apt for little over 3 years. It hard to get anything done. My oven went out Friday and I text the manager and her boss about it she told me there nothing she can do til Monday April 12 maybe. I have also Call Frankie and no phone call back this is how they treat there people. I been on time on rent never late. I been seeing yall put drugs back in apartment

I rented from two properties owned by Bell Management. My first apartment I never had any issues with communication between me and the apartment manager, nor did I have issues getting anything fixed. When I rented from the second location, it was absolutely horrifying. I was treated very poorly by the apartment manager. She lacked communication skills as well as respect for others. There were many times that my AC unit had stopped producing cool air, and it would be over a month before she even thought about calling someone to come fix it. I would reach out daily and would be ignored, or told that it would be fixed soon and it wouldnt happen. My thermostat would read over 90 degrees and it was not taken seriously. I was also ignored when I had hot water tank issues. I tried reaching out to her supervisor countless times and was also ignored by him. Its very disturbing to not only have issues with a hateful apartment manager, but also be ignored by the supervisor.If all of that wasnt bad enough, I was promised my deposit back when I moved out since she told me I ALWAYS had the cleanest apartment there. She said that they would consistently choose my apartment during inspections when she had the chance to choose, because my place was always perfect. Then when it came time to do a walk through with me to go over everything, she stood me up and failed to meet me. She stated she forgot. So, instead I was asked to drop my keys off and that everything is probably extremely clean anyways, and that she wasnt worried about it. I dropped my keys off with her and was expecting my deposit back, but apparently after reaching out to their main office I was denied my deposit. Somehow the cleanest apartment there had charges that added up to my deposit amount. One of the charges was a cleaning fee. How does the cleanest apartment get a cleaning fee???I feel terrible for the other tenants having to deal with this.In response to the owner, I cannot find a way to respond back, but I am referring to Emerald Pointe in Ada, Ok.

I absolutely love my job and the people that work with me! Helpful supervisors/managers that not only take care of their employees but also care about our tenants. Bell Management takes extra steps to ensure complete care of all of their properties and staff. Training for employees is thorough and continues throughout employment to make sure everything is top notch. They have all types of properties from 55 and up to disabled/senior living and even our conventional properties that are absolutely gorgeous (and offer many amenities!) I recommend you find your next Home with Bell Management!

I am very lucky and grateful to work for a company like Bell. They hired me as a busy college student and always worked with my schedule. They saw potential and growth in me that I didnt even see, and they have taught me so much. I have always felt that they genuinely care about me, my happiness, and want to see me succeed. They value their employees opinions, and treat every employee with the same amount of respect and trust - everyone is important and crucial to the success of the company, no matter what their job is. They are a great company to work for and a great property management company. I see on a daily basis how much they care about their employees, as well as their properties and residents. They take great pride in all of their properties, and work very hard to ensure that their residents are happy and safe.

I have worked for Bell Management for quite some time now. I have to share how happy and impressed I am with this management company. First of all, they go above and beyond for their employees and their tenants. They hold the cleanliness and appeal of the property in highest regards. Everyone from my direct property manager all the way up to the ownership that I have worked alongside with has been amazing!!! I have learned so much from them and appreciate their ongoing dedication to cultivating an above par work environment!!! Looking forward to being here for many years to come.

My grandmother has lived in a Bell Management property for years. Its very nice, affordable and safe. It has a great sense of community with all the tenant activities and monthly pot luck dinners. She loves it!! I would highly recommend!!

Ever since this management company took over our complex has gone downhill. The building is no longer cleaned on a regular basis, hallways and stairways are no longer temperature controlled (its a large singular building), management is unresponsive to complaints; other then those about the marijuana smell in the hallways, and the garage entry/exit that sits at a 30°slope is not heated when it used to be, because of this it has made it impossible to exit our garge safely.I used to love where I lived, but ever since this management company took over icant wait for my lease to be up to find a better company! If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

Two months after resigning my lease to insure my rent rates would stay the same, Bell management raised my rent by $20 and I was told by my apartment manager it was over their head (they couldnt help me) my apartment manager was the one who aproached me to re-sign my lease after my initial year was up, to avoid this. Now I see that was just to trick me back into contract. Wolfe run/crown pointe apartments.Other than that the apartments are nice

My sister lives at a Bell Management property, she is very pleased with the manager, maintenance and the care they take of the property. The unit was clean, fresh paint, nice appliances and new flooring when she moved into it. The manager always takes time to hear any problems she is having and take immediate act to resolve the issue. The property provides 2 very nice, reasonable priced onsite laundry facilities, This is a huge benefit for her as she doesnt have a vehicle. I would recommend this property and management company to anyone looking for AFFORDABLE housing.

As a professional in my field and having been in practice for over 30 years I am disgusted and horrified that this management company is even in business. Their regional supervisor Josie Ramos from Joplin has the worst personality and horrible customer service skills. She is rude and disrespectful and cannot even communicate professionally with ANYONE. This company dishonors contracts and leases and are possibly committing fraud with the federal government due their poor office practices. The apartment complex also has such poor communication with tenets they put their lives in danger. The hidden electrical issues are beyond belief. BUYER BEWARE. 💯

The most disrespectful company I’ve ever rented from. Allows certain tenants to go against the lease as well as threaten the other tenants and will not speak to you about the situation. Inside if the apartments aren’t up to par either. My carpet has been torn to shreds for 8 months now and I have both of my children living with me trying to live around the two large holes in my hallway floor. Would not recommend, if it were possible to leave 0 stars I would.

One of the WORST management companies that scam the elderly. I only last 2 months in their housing because the tenant before had been infested with BED BUGS ! They did NOT treat the apartment and simply moved me into it..... I professionally cleaning the apartment when I moved out, AND took dozens of photos proving how I left it....and yet, Bell Management is trying to charge ME almost a thousand dollars for cleaning. and they posted it to my credit rating now ! This company does not take care of the apartments they manage. Work orders get ignored, complaints about horrible neighbors get laughed at and nothing is ever done. They installed fake security cameras (which gives tenants a false sense of security) because of the shady people in and out all the time and have never even replaced the batteries that make the red light blink so they might appear real. The manager comes maybe an hour or two a week. They collect the rent and nothing more. This company is a complete joke and people don’t deserve to be treated this way.

Worst ever I have had problems since I moved in the carpet is gross they didnt replace it before I moved in the electrical is all messed up Everytime I plug something in sparks go flying or I get shocked the carpet pulled away from the tack strip so the had the carpet ppl come back in and tack it back now its done it again I tell the manager here at the apartments and nothing I have trouble with my neighbors she wont do anything at all worst maintenance ever and worst manager they could ever get here in the Everton apartments

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT IN STOCKTON MISSOURI THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE WHEN I MOVED SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY FULL DEPOSIT BACK, I EVEN THREATENED TO TAKE HER TO COURT TO GET IT BACK SO DO NOT RENT IN STOCKTON UNLESS THEY GET A NEW MANAGER I CAN DO A WAY BETTER JOB THAN HER AND SHE WOULDNT ADJUST MY RENT WHEN MY INCOME CHANGED
