First time getting my hair cut professionally since I was about nine. This is the best place to get a cut and lined up and the prices are reasonable. The location I went to was about a hour from where I live but, I will definitely be going back any and every time I need a haircut and my beard lined and trimmed. Be sure to ask for Brittany when you go.

Don’t bother using the check in online services. At least at this location anyways. I did an online check in and was told that 3:59pm would be my appointment time. At 3:30pm I get a text saying I’m “next on deck” and to “be in the store or forfeit appointment”. I was already en route and could exactly go faster...made it there just prior to 3:50pm...I checked in and get told by the automated system it will be an additional 20min wait (since I wasn’t magically in store 30mins prior to my appointed time)...but at 4:00pm my name gets removed from the check ins and I receive an automated text that says “sorry you couldn’t make it” despite having checked in and following all instructions to the best limit any customer should be expected to. What a waste of time.

Love the place but feel they may have tried to pull a fast one. I’ve been going for three years and always paid $17 for cut. Prices are no longer posted. Today I was billed $25. When I asked about the price increase she asked what I had paid in past? I told her $17. So she went into computer and changed her rate to $17 and said it was her mistake. So I got my bill and it was $32. They had charged me $17 for some forming cream. Last time I paid $12. Again no posted prices.I feel they are trying to pull as fast one. I don’t mind paying when I know up front. I would have chosen not to buy hair creame had I known it $17 for 3 ounces.I drove 3.5 hours from Monticello. ( I’ve moved) But usually thought it was worth a trip to Jonesboro. Might have to rethink my road trips.

One year ago I reported that the Highland store falsely told me they couldn’t do my hair because I had lice. After buying $50 worth of lice removal products I came home so my son could help me. No matter how had he looked nothing. The money and embarrassment I went though caused me to contact the company at least 3 times . After a year still not one person contacted me. Not even as much as an apology.Sorry I interrupted her break!! MC

My boys ages 12 and 14 got their hair cut and they absoultely love it. We live in Gatewood, Mo and we will be making the trip back to see the ladies who cut their hair.

The haircut was decent, but I had to do some extra trimming when I got home. I also did not get the scalp massage I had heard so much about. Well probably go to a different barbershop next time.

Friendly staff. Sometimes the queue is messed up and it seems somebody is jumping in front. I never see name tags so I typically dont know who cut my hair unless I explicitly ask. Cut quality can be a bit or a miss. Overall pleasant experience though

Kinda pricey but you seem to get a lot for your money. Both times I went in I got the full treatment cut, wash, massage, and hot towel treatment. It is very relaxing. Both girls who cut my hair did a good job. This isnt my usual place, but they always seem to work me in without a wait.

My son has sensory issues and we have never had a successful hair cut anywhere. We went and Whitney was wonderful. She was very patient and worked with him and got him comfortable before she started. He left with a great haircut and no tears.

Not bad for a chain. Ask for Andrea! With anyone there just suggest that they cut very little to begin with so you can always take more off. Take a picture of it when youre done if you like it. That way you can remind them next time.

I have been using SportsClips for well over 10 years now, 5 years at this location. I consistently get excellent service here. The wait time is generally minimal. I like the recent upgrade to computer based sign in and the way the stylist remember your last cut (with notes). I have experienced many of the stylist and can hands down recommend Jamie if you are looking for the best results. Make sure you get the wash after your cut. Jamie is the best and, besides, who wants to walk around with hair on their clothes after a cut?

Always have a good experience here. I love it even more now that I can check in and skip the line when I get there.

The staff is great here. There may be a short wait to go back, but thats only because they give every customer the time and attention they deserve. Plus, you get to watch sports the entire time! Also, ALWAYS opt for the hot towel and shampoo. Trust me... youll walk out of there feeling like a new man.

I myself went here with a guy friend. They did a great job on his hair. The decor and theme is all sports related. They have tvs at each station tuned to sports of course. Im not a sports fan so its not my thing, but for the guys its a great thing

They are always very nice. But, i had a very bad haircut today. Basically, the haircut wasnt screwed just not at all what i wanted, i wanted a low taper around the sides and back i wanted a slick back look and she gave me well a fade basically i told her specifically what i was trying to do Ive been growing my hair out for a couple months to try this new hairstyle but guess ill give it a whirl in a few more months sadly. But im not as mad cause maybe ill try a new hairstyle with what i have

Great service, great haircut. The MVP runs you 24$ for the works and a shampoo/massage. If youre looking for a basic haircut its probably a little on the pricy side, but overall a great store.

Horrible experience, worst haircut my kid ever had. Asked for a refund.. was denied, they want me to bring him back in to fix it after they pretty much buzzed his whole head.. I don’t recommend this place

Dropped my husband to get his hair cut, since he was desperately needing one. After a $20 mens haircut and a overly generous $5 tip, the result was horrid. I could have done a better job with gardening shears. If there was a way to cancel the payment, it would be worth the bank fees. Had I seen the end result before he left, the girl would have been fixing her mistakes or a complete refund would have been the only way to make it better. She left his bangs unsymmetrical as though she didnt touch them, sporadic patches of hair that can be seen across the room, and by NO means in the slightest did she even attempt to line him up! I will be calling corporate and sending pictures of this atrocious attempt at a simple haircut for a MAN!I would NOT recommend the Sport Clips Location # AR401 in Jonesboro to anyone!

Extremely high turnover. Can never get the same stylist so they can get to know my husbands style. His last stylist was too fast, didnt cover his neck, and cut his hair uneven! And this was the second time this happened. He Will never go back!

Horrible haircut and very rude. Took her less then 10 minutes to cut my hair and it showed I had to come home and fix it myself. I would definitely recommend you to find someone eles!! Maybe not all the stylist there are bad but the last 2 I went too need to go back to school for sure!

I had the worst haircut of my life here. The lady cut my hair so fast. I went there to get my ends trimmed but my ends looked worst ( looked like razored hair) than before. Never going back!!

Normally, the girls there do an alright job. My 15 yr old son was very frustrated Saturday. He asked for my help talking to the stylist about what he wanted since several places have messed it up. I told her how he liked it cut, that he liked it uniform and classic mens hairstyles; I told her he liked nothing remotely modern or current. He came out shaking his head, and she had cut one side I. The front over an inch longer than the other side so that he could flip his hair. He told me he didnt want to go back because the girls always seem to decide what they think looks best instead of listening to the customer. My 2nd son was also getting a haircut and the stylist that did his hair did not cut it as asked either. As I used to work in service, I still tipped both stylist, but as the day went on I wished I had not.
