Studio U is awesome! These guys used to be way down Caraway on the same strip, but now Lavishe and Solid Foundation combined together into Studio U. They can seriously do anything you need them to do now especially that they can tackle any hairstyle with their combined experience.The atmosphere is very opening and relaxed and the staff is incredibly welcoming and willing to make you look great! I’ve been to Lavishe for almost 2 years and will continue to come here every time I need anything. They do EVERYTHING! Facial hair, nails, hair wash, manicure, wedding hair, and much more.They’re still filling in the building as this is a new location, but they are utilizing every square inch of this place.They deserve more than 5 stars and I hope they continue to grow!

Well my hair dresser was very nice and I had a good time getting my hair done. But the work wasn’t good. But the shop did help to take the hair down and get back in touch with the person who did it. Very unsatisfying. But I’ll be okay. Just glad they could take the hair down. Hopefully she can give me a reinstall or something. Since I paid 170$ for a braid down and install. Just to take it down 7 days later. It would’ve been 5 days later but the stylist was too busy so another stylist had to step up and take it down for me. Thank you studio you for trying to help make my situation better. Great SERVICE.

My husband got his hair cut here twice by the owner and Torrence. Both times it looked like a child did it. He actually had to get a hat to cover it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ So much for Holiday photos.

The atmosphere was great, and the people were nice, but my haircut was terrible. It did not look like I wanted, and I got razor burned. So bummed, because I was looking for a good place to go.

First I called @1032 and asked about them taking walkins and did they have anyone available, they said yes. I get there 5 mins later and Shonna says she not available until about 1130. So I come back at 1115 and shondras ready for me. I said I wanted some curls, like beach wavy. I ended up Looking like the dream girls with tight curls that she tells me needs to fall. Okay so it’s end up being $35 which I thought was too much since I’ve went to jcpenny for 20-25. But for $35 to just curl, I wasn’t satisfied so I went back there and told her that I didn’t like my hair and it looks like a dream girls. Initially, she didn’t want to- she kept telling me to let it fall and get in the shower with my wig on, I continued to play w the hair in the mirror Bc there was no way the curls were going to fall and the hair wasn’t fall at all! So shonna then tells me to sit down and attempts to flat iron a few pieces, as I get up, still disappointed in the mirror, then she asks me how many bundles are in my hair- I respond two and she asked if I liked my hair flat and I said yes. I then just leave Bc obviously there wasn’t going to be any resolution. So no I will not be returning ! No I am not satisfied, I’ve had this wig curled before - FLAT and w curls ! But I know to never return.
