Contacted Rons after nearby shop FUBARd engine repair. Truck was towed to them and kept while engine was ordered. Once engine arrived, they updated me on progress. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wish they were in Florida.

I started using this company around 2011 from being recommended by a co-worker. They have always been honest and reasonable when making repairs on my vehicle. Finding an honest repair person is getting hard to find now days. My entire family now use them for repairs. Since we have been with them for so long they are more like family now. I would highly recommend Rons Auto and Deisel for your vehicle repairs.

Walked in, not a single person greeted me although they were people laughing and cracking up behind the window. No respect for customers. I will not be back and I will definitely recommend a nobody ever visit this place or waste their time anyway at all. Unprofessionalism is a palling and I cannot believe they’ve been in service as long as they have. Ridiculously poor experience.

Female own is extremely rude. They will hang up on you during your questions. I got hung up on twice before I could explain my question and the repairs I needed for my truck. I will never go here.

They will charge you for SENSORS that they did not putt on. Will just clear your computer and charge you for a sensor and labor. THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS! BE WARN.
