Was quick, and efficient, even brought the key to my husbands work for him. it was a little pricey, but it was cause of the code they have to use to cut it. so it a fair trade.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had over the phone with somebody. Maybe if they would have been a little more respectful I would of used them but all they did was keep changing the price every time I called and continued to get an attitude for no reason. Definitely do not recommend them.

This locksmith took TWO HOURS to reach my fiancé who was locked out of his vehicle in Harrisburg. I called initially at 8:48 and it sounded great. The guys call him and let him know “they’ll be there.” No time frame, absolutely nothing. My fiancé calls back at 10:00, they still haven’t made it. So I call the receptionist & she informs me that they were on another call, which would’ve been great to know because I could’ve called a different locksmith. It is now 10:45 and they claim they are leaving Jonesboro. My fiancé would not let me call and cancel so that I could get a quicker, much more professional place dispatched out because he’s a nice guy. Had it been me, no I wouldn’t have waited 2 hours. I absolutely refuse to use this company again and recommend that others call any of the number of locksmiths in Jonesboro other than this one! They have absolutely no regard for other people’s time much less their professionalism.

His price for having to go rescue someone at almost 1am was rediculously cheap (in my opinion anyway.) I called my daughter and told her that a locksmith was on the way. We talked a bit and she says OK hes here. Im like whaaaa? He was the in less than 10 minutes. Literally 20 minutes after being woken up, at almost 1am, he arrived at my daughters car. Thats crazy!! Had a very bad experience! He is one of the mean business guy i ever came across in my whole life! He refused to give me a refund for a manually made car key which does not work! I had to get the spare key shipped from Dallas to use my car and this made me loose my work for 3 days! I ended up paying $32.55 for a defective key made by them. Once i got my car key i drove up to the store and asked them a refund and with an angry voice he said I WILL FIX THE KEY OR LET YOU WALK AWAY! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY REFUND! YOU DECIDE. Since i had no other option i said okay to fix the key and ended up having 3 keys for my car which is useless to me! I would never do business with you guys nor encourage anybody doing so! Youve lost a potential customer!! THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY ENTIRE WEEK!

This guy is not a good locksmith & never shows up when he says he will or at all & also I seen he has had multiple DWI/DUI 6 to be exact & has already been to prison twice over them & still continues to drive the street all the way up until his recent arrest a month ago & does not need to be on the roads where our families & children are.

Called about getting the door to my shop unlocked Friday afternoon, and the guy that answered was rude and abrasive. He certainly made it sound like I was wasting his time. He told me he was in Paragould (Im in Jonesboro), and hed give me a call back when he was in town (he never did). Ended up calling J & J Mobile Locksmith, who were courteous, quick, and affordable. Wouldnt recommend this business to anyone looking for friendly or timely service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND! Toms lock and key made me a key for $75 it didn’t work. Called them and asked for a refund the person said we will give you another key and if that one don’t work then you can have a refund. So they made me another key and that one didn’t work! I demanded a refund like I was told and he refused to give me one! Also I now have to get my car towed from passed Manila to get it to my house so he can make sure the key don’t work and then make me another key! He said he would go to Manila but my luck with this horrible service he is gonna want a service charge! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! SUPER RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!After all of that today he finally came to my house and fixed it! Thank you so much! Just wish I didn’t have to go through all of this!

I called at 3:08 pm, he told me it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes go by, nothing. Then forty, and still nothing. I tried calling back twice to make sure he had the right address or number, something. Both times it rang once and went straight to voicemail. Finally I’m able to borrow someone else’s phone and call my Mom. She shows up and calls the same number and he answered almost immediately! Tells her some cock and bull story and then says he’s half way to Trumann! Completely left me in the cold, didn’t bother to call saying he wouldn’t make it, just ditched out on this job for another. So, we call Jonesboro Lock and Key, they showed up in less than 15 minutes and took less than 5 to get me back in my car. Toms Lock and Key has lost my business, and I won’t be returning and it’s a damn shame because I use you guys all the time. You’re by my house, and I lock my keys in the car all time.

This is the place to go for any lock or key needs! I had bought a chip programmable key from Tom about 6 months ago [at less than half the price of everyone else, I might add!] and I thought I had done what was needed to make the key work to start my car, but apparently I didnt. I went out of town the next day, and then just kind of forgot about it. Over 6 months later I happened to be back in the shop for something else, and remembering my key, asked about it. Tom took it to my car, worked for just a couple of minutes, and now my key works perfectly! What impressed me the most was, before I left, Tom told me, now if you have any more problems with this key, bring it back and well get you a new one. After 6 months he was not obligated to do anything, but he went above and beyond to fix the problem. Hes got my business from now on!
