Hiring Joliet party bus was an absolutely great idea! I was able to have one of the best parties of my life on the 28 passenger limo bus. The customer service agent and the driver all worked together to make sure that me and my friends had all the things we needed for a FUN night out. I really look forward to the next time Ill use this company! Highly recommended, and advise folks book with them in advance.

Joliet Party bus and Limo Company representative was an incredible help for our wedding. The Party bus limo and Rolls were clean, comfortable, and affordable for shuttling me, my wife, and bridal party to the church and reception. We all had an enjoyable ride. Having the comfort and additional photos with the Rolls Royce is an additional nice touch. Aside from this, he and his team provided such excellent customer service that very few can compete with.They have many years of experience in the business, and with that comes the knowledge of just about every venue/town/road in Joliet. Throughout our wedding planning process, he was able to provide advice on coordination of our vendors, logistics, locations for photos, etc. He was a great asset to have when we needed someone to talk to.Lastly, and most importantly, we were unfortunate enough to have the heavens unleash a tsunami immediately after our church service. Our limo driver escorted every one of our bridal party members to the limo in the down pouring rain. They were soaked, but all of our guests were dry. It was such a nice gesture that we truly are thankful for. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this limo for any event. We were so lucky to find such a great transportation service for our Wedding Day!

I called requesting information, the man did not even greet me on the phone, barely gave me information, and then hung up after giving me information without saying goodbye or asking if I need any further help. Safe to say I will not be ordering through them..

We rented Joliet Party Bus to transport 28 plus guests from my wedding into Patrick Haley Mansion for an after party. Its still being talked about today; we all had such a great time on the limo bus. Our bus driver was courteous and helped us all get in, including a couple few pieces of luggage for out of town guests.On the way to Joliet we blasted music and enjoyed a few drinks. They provided the auxiliary cord, but it would be a good idea to make sure your device is compatible with the system beforehand. Soft bar of Ice, soda and water were already on board and provided by the limo company.We did a pit stop at the Rialto Square Theatre. People got to take photos as the sun was setting, the timing couldnt have been better.Will definitely be using them again & would highly recommend them for your events, we had a great time!

This place doesn’t deserve ANY stars! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Spoke with a man named TONY who was RUDE and IGNORANT! Anyone looking into this limo service MOVE ON!!! Not worth it!!!
