Call a today for work, first time using their serivce! The man stop answering my calls and the cab never came. Ended up walking to work. If i could give 0 stars. I would.. These people some send offs foreal!!

Worst service ever....they rude, theyre hardly ever on time, and they lie about prices. I was picked up in one place and they didnt tell me there was an extra charge until I was already at my destination. The driver said there is a fee anytime we have to pick up outside of Joliet, the next day I was being picked up in Joliet, I had the same driver and she still charged me extra. I said well yesterday you said it was an extra fee to pick up outside of Joliet, she said no there is a fee anytime we have to leave Joliet. I wouldnt recommend using this taxi service.

Poor service. If a guy answer the phone good luck on a cab. Its Sunday an no one has yet to pickup or return my call an Ive been calling for a hour

They hardly ever answer the phone & they take a very long time to pickup, absolutely the worst managed cab service Ive ever experienced

Terrible. Waited over an hour and tried to call them and couldnt get anyone to answer. Gave up on them called another company they was there ten minutes after I called. After two hours they called me saying they have a cab available. I wouldnt even rate them a one star!!

I would shut these people down..supper bad service and how are you a cab service and dont answer?
