Staff is very helpful and kind. Location is a little difficult to find. It is the building just to the North of the Rialto on the corner of Chicago and Clinton. It has no markers. Go in one of the two swinging doors off of Chicago(not the rotating because it is locked), to the elevators, and go up.to the 4th floor. You cant miss it!

They get right down to business here! They’re willing to walk first-time applicants through the process of registering as a substitute teacher or other licensed professionals on ISBE’s web site. The last time I visited this office I was in and out in less than a half-hour.
