I was a walk-in, however the employee was very friendly and the whole process was actually quite fast. Convenient hours at this Joliet location as well. Definitely recommend.

I came in with my daughter around the beginning of the month and I was blown away by the service. Destiny was amazing, and she really went the extra step. My daughter had dropped her ID in the hallway and the tech came all the way to the parking lot to give it back, caught us right as we were leaving! Above and beyond the whole time

Went here for my conceal carry electronic fingerprints.Met with Sonya in the office, interrupted her lunch in fact. She wasnt phased by my bad timing at all, jumped up and went right to work. Would have been out of there in 10 minutes but got to chatting with her.Sonya explained everything to me as we went along and really made the trip worth it.Thank you so much.
