There are no signs that will guide you to the office location, then when you are done finding it on the end of the building behind a tinted window u see Shipping and receiving.You get assigned a dock and good luck finding any numbers higher than 4 on any docks all the way to the end of the building.This place is not trucker friendly at all .I would say incompetence 10000%.Fix this place by posting a sign for the office and one number for each dock . Ez !

Service was excellent

If your picking up a load here as I have several times, this place is great!. In and out every time. However they have been working with only one dock for the longest so show up a little early. Pilot right down the way with all the amenities.

Super fast less than 30 min

Horrible customer service. They deliverwd the wrong item and now Im out of $300. They wont reply to my messages asking about when I can see a replacement, but I never get a response. Dont even bother trying to call, you will just get the same message over and over, Due to the high number of callers, .... ect ext They never answer.

MUST RECALL ASAP, Unfortunately there is a huge safety concern I have, recomend recall. Regarding the hex Olympic bar. I was recently called to repair broken welds on several of these bars. The upstanding and professional un-named weight lifting facility, has 15 of these particular bars. Every tine there in use, there is always a trained instructor present. The bars are never over weighted per manufacturer specs.I arrived at the facility to find 3 bars with the welds completly broken, and the remander of the bars had welds that were beginning to fracture. The welds had a significant amount of undercut in each and every weld (google it for definition) which seariously compromises the integrity of the equipment. These welds also visually have quite a bit of peroucity which means pin holes in some welds. There is so much more wrong woth these welds that I can explain..... this equipment is unsafe and should not ever be used until welds are propery done by certified welders. Im very concerened with the safety of everyone that uses this companys equipment.I will most defenetly remove this review provided each and every weight lifting bar has been recalled fully. And if cap goes after my buisness to legally have this add removed, I am fully prepared to fight them sparing no expense. This is incredibly dangerous to you all!.I do not leave bad reviews and Im an upstanding very well trained professional certifield welder in all aspects of welding, additionally I am a certified structural engineer. Tgis issue must be addressed

Great product but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Brand new set of weights missing bolts for the rack and they don’t ever answer the phone.
