I have been a customer of K&T’s for over 10 years now so it is about time that I write a review.Our carpets are very old and after our team left it looks like they breathed new life into them. We have an area where we often eat dinner while watching TV which was an absolute mess. Somehow, they worked their magic and all stains are now removed.One of the things that I find absolutely wonderful about the company is the employees. From the person who initially takes the call, books the appointment and follows up with a reminder, to the team who actually does the work. I have had the same individual who cleans the carpet coming back to my house for YEARS now. There is comfort in that for me, and a sense of accountability knowing that he will be back next time for the next visit. Likely, they will be following up we me soon as they always do to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Great job and great customer service…thank you!

I need to give a big recommendation to a carpet cleaning company we just had out, Chemdry. They cleaned our carpets (3 bedrooms and a set of stairs) in about an hour. Jeff and Brandon were knowledgeable and friendly. The carpets look amazing and they dry really fast. They use green- certified solutions which are safer for kids and pets. The price was great too!

Carpet looked like new going to use them again

Scheduling is a breeze; they do their best to work around your availability. Always prompt, courteous, and great at getting out dirt and stains, yet honest and knowledgeable and will give you a straightforward answer about the end result you can expect. Their process leaves the carpet clean and fresh smelling and it dries much quicker compared to other cleaning methods.

I had K&T out twice because we moved into a new home and wanted to do the cleaning by floors. Their prices are very reasonable and they were able to get us booked as soon as we needed. Brandon was awesome and I highly recommend requesting him. Would hire them again no doubt!!

I have used K&T Chem-Dry for years. I have a wool berber rug. It is very old now but does not look it! The service and quality of their work is exceptional! Recently I had my upholstered kitchen chairs cleaned. I expected great results based on how they have taken care of my rugs and I was not disappointed. They look amazing!

Ive used KT Chem Dry over the last 4 years and have always been happy with the results. Kids, a dog and just general traffic require me to get my carpeting cleaned at least 3-4 times per year. Each time KT Chem Dry offers times that work with my schedule, they are professional and thorough at the time of the service and the job they do always exceeds my expectations. I also like that the carpeting dries much quicker than traditional cleaners. Ive referred them several times and everyone is always happy with their service. Youre only question after you use them will be why didnt I call them sooner?

We have used K&T each year and we are very pleased with their work. With two small boys, weve had many spills on our white carpet. It still looks great thanks to K&T. We also recently decided to also have our sectional cleaned and that was well worth it. It looks like new! I highly recommend K&T.

This is my 2nd time using them and I did not have a problem. This time it was not as good experience! I asked for 3 areas to be done. The living room, hall and the steps. I live in a bilevel. They did half of the steps and went to the truck. His response was technically thats another area with an attitude! I was not told this the last time they were out.

I have had K&T at my house a few times. They are always very professional and thorough. They always are very good at communicating both the pricing and their process.

The gentlemen, Neil and Al who did my furniture were courteous, cleaned up after they were done, and furniture looks brand new! Was a joy to have their service.

Fellows came on time and got right to work. Measured the spaces that would be cleaned. Did a great job. Lifted furniture with styrofoam to allow for carpets to dry.

Thak you for getting out the odor of my three cats after our house sitter had to unexpectedly go to the hospital and could get someone to take her place. The cats had plenty of water and food for 48 hours but their bladders only had enough room for, at most, 12 hours.
