I scheduled a grout cleaning for my tile floor in the upstairs bathroom and tile by our front door and in closet. Smells and looks great. Grout is white again. Definitely recommend. Exquisite Carpet Cleaning always goes above and beyond when it comes to cleaning our carpets. We have used them for years and are never disappointed. They came over on Saturday and we’re actually early which worked out perfectly so that my two young ones could go down for a nap on time. Jake and Josh were super friendly, very helpful in helping me move some items I hadnt gotten too and they worked quickly. Our carpets look brand new when they were all done. We also found a little surprise in our sons room by his race car piggy bank when they left. Jake and Josh left some money and a note by our sons bank that said, Good luck on saving for your first race car. For these two young men to be so thoughtful and so that was just the cherry on top to an amazing experience. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.

This is our second time using them, and they make our white ceramic tile floors with white grout - that turn brown and disgusting with two boys and two dogs at home - look BRAND NEW! No amount of scrubbing and mopping can clean this grout, only Exquisite can make my floors shine! Exquisite Carpet Cleaning did another fantastic job on our home carpets. From the initial phone call to schedule, through final paperless invoicing, they are THE best. Very efficient, professional, and courteous. And our carpets are 15+ years old but now look like new!

The on premise carpet cleaning service was completed very well. The technicians were very professional and all work was completed in an efficient manner. My wife and I were very satisfied. However, we also had had several area (oriental) carpets cleaned. They were removed and taken away and cleaned remotely (back at their shop). When they were returned, we were not satisfied. The technicians were instructed to just leave the carpets rolled up and placed in our foyer....my wife and I would reinstall. When unrolling the carpets we found the following condition;- carpets were not lined with protected paper- the large area carpet was returned with loose threads pulled up throughout the center area (we needed to trim the loose threads). Not present before they were taken.- some of the smaller carpets were returned with loose debrisVery disappointed

I love the results I got from getting my carpet clean with your company. My carpet was in poor condition. When I mean poor, very poor condition. They were able to get both 95 to 99% of the stains out. I have 5 girls and 1 dog So you can imagine the condition of the carpe. It almost looks brand new. What a wonderful small, local company this is! The quality of their work was excellent, but their real best asset is their customer service which was outstanding. The two men who delivered my cleaned oriental rug were exceptional in their willingness to help. Not only did they volunteer to vacuum, roll, and tie up the area rug being replaced, but they also carried it down a long flight of basement stairs to store it for me. They then painstakingly positioned my newly cleaned and now lovely-looking oriental carpet which involved lifting a heavy piece of furniture which they did carefully and expertly. I was shocked to have such wonderful Service with a smile. I live in LAGO VISTA in Lockport Illinois which is a retirement community where my neighbors and I sometimes need a little extra help, which these men so graciously provided.
