I came in yesterday to get a drug test done and the receptionist Samantha was very rude and kept rushing me with everything. I was in the bathroom and had pee on my hands and she told me beforehand I can not flush or wash my hands. She then started knocking on the door repeatedly and tried opening it but luckily I locked it. I think she started being suspicious if I was doing any foul play for my test but I was not. It was the worst experience I’ve had.

My experience with staff was ok. I never did a drug test before and I was upset that she said no hand washing. Ok I get it to an extent but 1) this is a pandemic 2) thanks for opening me up to how many pathogens because there is no way they cleaned between the 5 people that rapid fire went in for tests and came out. Im pretty sure that there was urine all over the floor. I dont even feel like my sample was kept clean because I saw the tech touch all sorts of things then my sample and then touch a million things without washing hands.

Drove almost an hour away to get here for an employment drug screen, Literally did everything the employee asked me to do, Only for her to tell me my pee was too warm and theyre just gonna toss it. I wasted so much time and energy thanks to the absolutely incompetent employee who was also extremely disrespectful. I did not have ANY foul play going on and the fact that they screwed me over is absurd. I am beyond regretful I ever chose this place to do my screening because now it cost me a good job because today was the only chance I had to take the screening. Please, Whatever you do, Do NOT come here for anything. They are extremely shady and incompetent. Literally the worst people for this job. Go elsewhere!!

Made an Appointment online and was able to walk right in and be taken care of within 10 minutes. Staff was friendly / courteous and professional. I have been coming here for several years and have never had any problems. Good idea to register on line and make an appointment before you go.

I never had a bad experience with a receptionist before today. She was rude and unprofessional. Also, this location is in the basement level so the waiting room is extremely dingy and small.

Phlebotomist Pam is extremely unprofessional. Very rude. Probably shouldnt work in healthcare due to poor attitude. Disrespectful like shes perfect. Do not talk ignorantly to a patient about their past. Has nothing to do with you. Also is not your place!!! Know your place. Have some respect for patients! We are in a pandemic and times are very stressful right now for everyone. If you cant work professional then get a new job!!!!!

I have been going here for years...usually not bad. Maybe it is because I came after 1pm, but took forever and made me give them a credit card even though I have insurance. I will not be going back here.

Very unprofessional, rude, ignorant people, I was told I can’t drink water before a drug screen, i was being very polite, and still was talked dirty too.

Super rude and ignorant receptionists. They try to find everything and anything wrong not to take care of you. Very very lazy. I had to go back 3 times before they could figure it out and order the correct tubes. Then when I finally got in it was 4:35 and they close at 5pm on a Friday. I checked in through their kiosk and sat down and waited. Not one person was I sought, patient or anyone who worked there. At about 4:45 a girl finally emerged from the back telling me she couldnt service me due to closing in 15 minutes I told her I work in a doctors office as well and know its annoying for someone to come in before close but I had already waited 10 minutes and checked in and she was still open for 15 minutes and could draw the blood and get rid of me and go on with her weekend. She then continued to argue with me trying to find any reason in the book to not service me. Balance..okay I paid half of that and had a note on there from a previous phone call to billing that the rest was supposed to be rebilled. It wasnt until at 5:30 that she finally gave in after speaking with her supervisor that she did the test. Theyre just nasty, rude, women here that need to get another job somewhere wise of they hate working there so much. Again I work in a doctors office and regardless, patients come first...not your weekend you need to get to.

Never take your babies here for a blood draw! Horrible experience. If something is beyond your knowledge it should be adressed! They are not pediatricians!

I feel kind of weird writing a review about a lab, but I seen some negative reviews and thought Id give them my side of the story. First off, like someone already mentioned, it seems they do not allow children here. Thats what was written at the bottom of the paperwork from them I was told to bring it with me. That being said, the office staff was very friendly with me and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I had to go in for a drug screen for a new job. I was scared of going from reading the other reviews, but Im glad I ended up going to this location.

Absolutely the worst drug screening/bloodwork office in the tristate area. The hours are insane. They actually take a lunch break for an entire two hours, then once they come back to “work,” you still sit there in the waiting room for hours. I’m here right now, there’s is 13 people waiting, only 10 seats, and the waiting room is about 75 square feet, and still, 38 minutes later, nobody has been called in for testing. It smells awful in here. It is very dirty. Best of all, the incredibly ignorant disgusting woman behind the desk just fly out does not care. If you ask any questions, all she says is we will be right with you. I was here earlier, on the lunch break because I didn’t know that they had a special lunch for 2 hours and she greeted me with a very warm, “why you here?,” and she stuffed a PB&J sandwich into her face hole.

Horrible hours for drug screening.

I made an appointment online, but was not seen at my appointment time. It is first come first served. So why even make an appointment. Unfortunately I have to use labcorp because of work having some kind of account with them. Dont know if its just this Labcorp that is this way. Will try a different location next time.

They dont do many routine bloodwork tests. They said they couldnt do my test, probably because it was a later Fri appt.

They are child free,dont forget to leave them home. And yes they have 1 hour lunch,dont bother.

Dont bother with scheduling an appointment, youll just get lumped in with the rest of the first in, first out line.

Rudest people ever answer the phone dont bother calling unless you want to be talked over and belittled for asking questions.
